Sad to be a patron in a dirty gritty fast food joint. Employees were arguing and threatening to adult each other. Place was empty practically but they kicked some kids out for ordering sodas and not food.

Went there today and received GREAT customer service! Reading the other reviews, I thought we were talking about a different location? Lol
But everyone there was great, kind and went beyond expectations for a fast food chain. Will be back not only for the great food but for the great customer service!

I agree with the other reviewer regarding the customer service. I have patronized this location quite a few times over the years. No matter the time of day I purchase something from this location, the customer service is not very good. Even when there are no customers in line, the workers will make you wait longer than usual for one’s food. When I order in the dining room, they do not even give me the cup that is included in my meal combo so that I may drink something while I wait. Is that some sort of mandate by the management? Also, they do not make me aware of the reason that a menu item may be taking longer than usual. For example, I ordered a strawberry shake during one visit. The worker helping me did not tell me that I needed to wait a bit because the machine needed a little more time. I only know this because I saw the worker put a cup with water with pink coloring on a serving area that I could see. Instead the worker helps the drive thru customers and does not give me my shake at all. Another worker who saw me waiting had to complete my order, which was only that one shake. Also, these workers have never been friendly. Is that a mandate from management, as well?

Customer service needs improvement. The manager Yolanda is always mean and rude. The people here suck and are unattractive. Some people that work here are illegal Mexicans that don’t speak English.
