Central Valley Technical Solutions

I am responsible for IT for a trucking company out of Sacramento and we have a location in Fresno. There was some minor work that needed to be done on a server in the Fresno office, so because it wasn’t very efficient for me to drive to Fresno to perform the work, I sought out a tech company in the area that could help. This is where Central Valley Technical Solutions comes in. My first attempt to contact them was not successful — no one called me back after I left a message on a voice-​mail, but Aaron called back after my second attempt. He was very professional. He agreed to do the work. He visited the site, got the information he needed from the server, ordered the parts and then went back to install. The feedback that I got from the gentleman who actually works at the Fresno location was extremely positive and the communication that we received from Aaron along the way was perfect. I am thrilled to have found a GOOD, local IT source for our Fresno location. Yay!

When you first walk into the office, it’s as bare as it gets. Huge fish tank and a small office right by the entrance. We’re thinking, what the heck? Lol.
But Adolfo is awesome. He was friendly and courteous. Very knowledgable. He explained what was wrong with the laptop we needed repair for. Very straight to the point and simple. He explained that he’d be working with the manufacturer of the laptop and that he’d keep us updated every time. And he did. He communicates with email so you can see exactly what the process was as well. If something else might go wrong with my laptop, I’d come back here.

I went in with a broken phone and when I say broken I could not see anything on the screen. The screen was shattered and the phone itself was warped. I tried several times to pull the pictures off of my phone on my own to no avail. So, I figured I’d let a professional try to figure it out. Within an hour, the tech (Adolfo), had retrieved all of the info off of my old phone that I thought I had lost. SOO grateful!
