Sadly writing a bad review for FutureHome, Jim Richards and team despite my ten year relationship with them.
I have hired Jim to do extensive AV, home theater and home automation work on two homes, including a complex crestron lutron AV home theater installation in a very high end, large home (where he was paid hundreds of thousands).
Here we sit several years later when we have paid them over the years (yes all paid, no warranty work) to fix a problem in the system and they are completely unresponsive to a problem despite many emails and calls.
Found someone else to solve the problem, Suggest you avoid if you avoid Futurehome if you want service after the sale.

Excellent people, nice job, never disappoint you. I usually deal with Frank and Ian and Scott. Other people have also done jobs, and always to our satisfaction. They set up our home theater with large screen and have installed large screen Plasma TV very nicely.
