For appetizers, I dined on the cheese Louise plate. It features an assortment of soft cheeses. The plate also features salame, french bread, water crackers, and grapes. For the main course, I dined on the salmon special. It was cooked in butter, olive oil, garlic, and a secret spice mixture. It was glorious! The salmon was served with steamed broccoli and red potatoes. The potatoes were swimming in butter, garlic, and olive oil; heavenly! The chef also offers an assortment of local and french wines that pair nicely with the meal. For dessert, I enjoyed a lovely homemade chocolate brownie ice cream. I did not give this bistro five stars because the chef rudely shuts the lights off at closing time. He did not allow me to linger, relax, and talk with friends. Don’t know if I will be back because of the chef’s rude behavior.
