As I’ve told the owner — I’ve seen much improvement over a few months ago. I’m updating my rating as well. Again, I can’t say enough about how great the staff is at KC & Fowler.

Took my dress pants for a clean. Affordable, fast, and they overall did a great job. I took my pants in around noon on a Saturday and was able to pick them up by Monday (closed on Sundays). They do seem to lack customer service since both times I came in to drop off and pick up the worker was on the phone talking away.
I was informed that there are coupons online and on the back of Vons’ receipts. Would definitely use them again.
