I’ve been to a lot of different Denny’s locations before but this one probably has one of the worst service I’ve experienced. When my friends and I arrived, we had to wait almost 15 minutes just to get our names down because nobody was at the front. Then we waited so long to get seated even though there were a bunch of tables open inside. They took our order not too long after we got seated, but we played the waiting game again as we waited very long for our food to come out. I ordered pancakes and wasn’t even given my syrup, I had to get up and get it myself.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Worst Denny’s I’ve been to ever! Our experience: service sucks!-waiter took her sweet time for everything we would ask– we didn’t even want to ask for sauce because we knew our food would get cold before she brought it out to us! So disappointing! And then let’s not forget the food… Oh my god the food! I ordered a T-bone steak and eggs. The steak-as if I was chewing on rubber. Gross! The hash browns-brunt! The only good thing that was good was the jelly packets on the table. Unbelievable! This place should close down or get better management!

This location never disappoints! The food is always phenomenal! today I had pancakes with strawberries and whip cream and the strawberries were so fresh and refreshing! Winter was our server and was very attentive. The bathrooms were in excellent condition and the hostess was pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful dining ezperience! Keep up the good work!

Not the fastest service. If you’re wanting a milkshake this is not the place to go, they have one blender and one server at a time making them. Both of us at my table were finished with food before 1 of us got their milkshake, I had to wait for two other people who ordered after me before getting mine. Customer service is friendly enough although like I said not the fastest.

One time, went with my husband and our 3 little ones. The food wasn’t that great, but ok. The waiter, he messed up my order and we were thirsty here and there. Getting refills was hard and ended up asking other workers there. He also messed up my 7 year old son order too! Second, took our family of 6 and my dad! It was my 17 year olds birthday! Food took time and it was just ok! Service was ok, not great! When it was time to pay, my hubby paid with card and put 0 in tip amount. He left a tip on the table with cash! Later Dennys charged almost $ 30 extra on top of the bill! Nothing on receipt stating they charge gratuity automatically even if it has tips where you can write down the amount. He called the restaurant and later got a call back after it being investigated by manager! The manager lied about the error being on there part with the over charging and blamed our bank. What bank is going to guess how much to pay your bill at a store or restaurant??? Nice try manager to cover your butt, but yeah, NO! THEREAREBETTERDENNYSTOEATAT! Good luck!

Best experience at a dennys diner ive ever had. And this was literally after leaving another dennys hete in town which I left a very bad review off herndon and blackstone. This dennys was perfect. We were greeted at the door seated quickly our waiter was spectacular. Took our drink order fast and brought out our drinks fast. food was spot on hot fresh not a single complaint I can think of. Checked on us frequently. This isnt the first time ive visited this dennys but my first review here ive never had a bad experience here. Definatley recommend the Sante Fe Skillet !!!

The worst dennys I have been to. Was greeted with attitude as if the hostess didn’t want to be working. Got seated and waited for 20 minutes without any help. The place was not busy at all and weren’t even asked what we wanted to drink. Two tables were helped before us and when we tried to get 3 servers attention each of them ignored us. One had purposely walked the other way so she did not have to help. When we got up to leave we told the same hostess that we had not been help and all she said was«mmmm sorry». Don’t not eat here.

Be aware that they rent out their banquet room on Saturdays to a church so the whole place is booming with loud Christian music. We had to leave because the staff was paying more attention to them rather than the rest of the restaurant.

I have never wrote a negative review, however my experience at this Denny’s was unacceptable. A few weeks ago I «booked» the free meeting/banquet room for a group of 15 to 20. I arrived an hour early to stage the room. After checking in with the front desk, I found the carpet dirty, the tables sticky and extra condiments piled onto a table. The staff was busy and I had time, so I commenced to moving tables and washing the sticky off. After 30 minutes, when my speakers for the meeting arrived, I was informed that they had double booked the room! We were moved to an open area in a corner that was cramped and again, had a dirty carpet. I observed staff members standing around chatting at the front desk for more than few minutes on several occasions throughout the evening. To top it off, the music on the overhead speakers was too loud, my speakers had to talk above it. I asked for it to be turned down to no avail. On the plus side, our young server tried to accommodate us and was very sweet. Very sad to see a business in our community in this state of chaos.

Denny’s «Diner Perks» made this place even better. I accumulate points every time I dine and earn rewards towards free food. This location is busy at lunch time and on weekends so don’t expect super fast service. If you’re drunk maybe you should wait on the review since you may have been a Jack @** on your visit and warranted bad service. I’ve never had a problem here so bad that it earned a terrible review. Other locations. quite possibly. I’d have to say I enjoy three locations in Fresno frequently and this is one.

Went here today for lunch. Servers name is Winter. Worst service ever!!! We got our drinks order our food, and then she left. Only came to give us our food. We all needed refills food was great service was horrible!!! She wasn’t busy at all. I was once a server so I know busy. Girl needs to get her head out of her ass.

0 stars! Waited 15 to get seated and the place was almost empty. Employees walked past us several times and didn’t acknowledge us. Should of listened to my gut on this but I chose to give them a chance. Ordered a salad and waited 40 minutes for food that wasn’t all that great. Our server gave us the check with our food and immediately went on break. She forgot to bring the sides and napkins we asked for. No one checked on us or refilled our drinks, which is bad service. Since we just sat there, I asked another young server for to-go containers and she was rude and seemed annoyed by my request. Not coming to this place anymore!

Was working close by last week. The veggie omelet was sooo good. But one day had to wait 30 min of my 1 hr lunchbreak waiting for my onelet. Another day i had to wait to be seated as half of the restaurant was closed off. I left after 10 – 15 min and went to jack in the box. SO if u have lots of time to wait, the food is good. Servers were nice.

15 minutes to get seated. Wasn’t even crowded or busy. Waited over one hour for our food. 4 burgers, and it took one damn hour, no exaggeration. Fire everyone. Typically don’t have bad experiences, but by the time we got our food, other people who came AFTER us already left. We thought that they had forgot our order and conveniently forgot our existence. Finally, 4 burgers come out after an hour, yes literally an hour, wait. That’s BS. Our waiter wasn’t even nice either, he looked like he didn’t give a F, and didn’t care to be there.

Food was good but service was horrible!!! We waited close to 10 min to even get noticed and seated. Would be understandable if there were a lot of customers. But there wasn’t. Our waiter Nicole was extremely rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked for anything such as mustard or more creamer she rolled her eyes and just walked away. I said thank you a couple times and all she did was stare. She didn’t ask us how we were or communicated in any way. It took her forever to come back to our table and give us the check. So disappointed. Will not come back here.

Unbelievably disappointed with this place. I came here tonight, Valentine’s Day. Arrived about 8:30 pm or so. It was busy but not packed, and there were plenty of open tables. It takes about 15 minutes to be seated which I didn’t understand, but then again, it is Denny’s. When we are seated, it takes about 15 more minutes to get our drink orders. I ordered a milkshake, and my friend ordered a Coke. It takes about 20 minutes to get said drinks, and I come to find that my $ 4 milkshake was a less than half empty metal tin with melted whipped cream on it. I was pissed at that point. Our food orders are taken, I get the Endless Soup and Salad combo for $ 6, my friend has the Southwest Turkey Sandwich with a cup of soup. My friend also specifically asked to have the avocado from the sandwich ONTHESIDE. It then takes over an hour for me to get my salad, no soup, and then another half hour for my friends to get their food. My friend who requested the avocado on the side ended up with NO avocado whatsoever, which was ridiculous considering the fact that my friend made it pretty clear what he wanted. Is customer service even a thing nowadays? I finally got my cold bowl of soup about 15 minutes later. I was never asked if I wanted more soup or salad, the waitress completely ignored us after delivering the food. I left pretty upset and didn’t tip. I’m not a snobby, stuck up person, but also being a waitress myself, I know that customer service should be at the heart of everything you do as a server. The word«serve» is literally the root of the word«Server», like how hard is it to be a good waitress and do things correctly? Your primary concern should be making each guest’s experience as pleasant as possible. There were plenty of other waitresses around for all the other tables, I didn’t understand why it took so long just to get drinks. As a guest I am paying for good service and quality food, neither if which I received. My $ 19.37 bill seemed too high to even pay. I considered walking out. I seriously hope the management cares about customer feedback and complaints because I am one Denny’s customer that won’t be back.
