YUM!!! The grilled cheese with bacon is delicious! It is mega small, and you can easily eat 2 for lunch… I mean, I don’t order 2… but I’m sure it would be fine if you did eat 2 for lunch… The bread soaks up all of the grease and fat from the cheese and bacon, but it is not too heavy where you are just chewing on bread for a half hour. The CHEESE is fried on the edges and absolutely glorious. Their potato wedge/fries are SO good!!! They’re not exactly crispy, they’re more creamy and soft than a normal fry, but they have much more flavor. –1 star… its kind of pricey for their portions… I feel like they capitalize on the whole hip food truck thing, and escalate their prices due to this«food truck» craze. It could be just me? I’m cheap.

Dusty Buns makes delicious food! I’m so glad we discovered Fresno’s food trucks! Seriously the best food we can find in the Central Valley. We had Dusty Buns at the Gazebo Garden in December. We had the veg out, the dusty bun, and the potatoes. He offered to make the veg out hot, since it was in the 30’s and is usually made cold. It was awesome! I usually don’t love veggie sandwiches, but I end up eating a lot of them when we’re out since I am the only vegetarian in the family. Their veg out was SO good! My husband liked his dusty bun and the potatoes with chili sauce were yummy too! Love this place! We’ll be back!

Kind of disappointing for my 100th review to be mediocre, but it is what it is. I’ll throw it out there right up front that i’m picky about my meats(maybe TOO picky, but yeah…), *especially* with chicken and steak(it’s a texture thing). With that in mind, i was a bit disappointed with the chicken. I settled on the tacos, which for $ 7(plus tax) gets you two small tacos in corn tortillas. The flavor was good, and they weren’t drowning in slaw, but the quality of the chicken didnt seem that great. Mostly consisted of larger chunks of chicken still strung together with some kind of connective tissue or something… bleh, and cutting them up with a plastic fork was futile. to be fair, their menu doesnt say white meat or anything; unfortunately, this will probably rule out the chicken sandwich for me as well, as it looks to be the same chicken used there too. Will likely give them another chance and try the burger next time; it’s just a matter of when i catch them out again, as this was the first time i have.

I really wanted to like this place given they use locally grown ingredients but sadly I was not impressed. Customer service: the young lady who took my order was not friendly at all. I did not feel welcomed or like an appreciated customer. When I asked a question regarding their menu, she responded with a «duh» attitude. Not cool. Price: I ordered the«dusty bun»(which is a chicken sandwich) and the«bistro fries» — my order was $ 14.00. I get it, organic means more money but maybe if there were tables provided to sit & eat my lunch, the price would be a little more reasonable. Taste: eh. It’s not bad but there’s nothing amazing. The chicken sandwich is a solid 3 stars out of 5, that’s the best I can describe. The fries, nothing special. The garlic dipping sauce was very plain. I wouldn’t completely rule out this place, I’m sure I’ll try it again. Just not anytime soon. ;-)

So far I’ve had the bistro burger, tacos, and the regular dusty bun with chipotle chicken. The tacos had a nice spicy kick to them. The tacos are also made with homemade tortillas(can’t go wrong with that!). Other than that, you can’t go wrong with the burgers or the chipotle chicken dusty bun. Both are freshly made. For me it’s hard to choose what to eat because everything is so good!

I bought the Dusty bun burger fries and a drink and I paid 18 dollars. I was expecting the food to be the best burger joint I’ve ever had, it was rather disappointing. The burger was messy and small and the fries were average. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth the visit.

Great place. Great sandwiches. All organic. My family and I been to the dusty buns by Fresno high. Great customer service my family and I alway have a good experience there. Love the orange juice and burgers there. Ketchup was a little hard to get used to but it’s organic. When u been eating garbage GMOS all ur life. Some healthy organic foods will taste different. Other than that this is a great place.

It’s rather disappointing to have to give such allow rating the dusty buns truck. Since the truck was the root of the Fresno fancy food truck scene I would have loved to come here and say that this was an outstanding experience. Unfortunately, I have to say that visiting the truck has been disappointing. Service at the truck is always fine, they call you up, you order, and then you wait. However, that wait is often in excess of 20 minutes if they are busy. I understand that quality food takes awhile, but this can be a bit excessive considering the nature of the food truck industry is built on fast and fresh experiences. One thing that is really disappointing is that the prices have gone up quite a bit. I understand the need to make a profit, but feeding a family will easily cost you $ 50-$ 60. However, that’s only if they have all the products you are wanting. The last two times I have been to the truck they have been out of some of their staple items. They have been out of fries/garlic sauce/bacon/tofu/avocado/buns. The worst part about this is that I got to the location they were selling at 20 minutes after they had opened. Another thing about the bus is that they seem to not have fresh juices very often. The fresh juices are one of the most delicious parts of Dusty Buns. However, they rarely have them. Instead I have had to order the soda they sell because I was thirsty. I won’t be making that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the grapefruit soda. The food at Dusty Buns bus is also inconsistent. The tofu bun is excellent, if you can get to the bus when they actually have it. The fries are awesome if you like some nice thick yeasty potatoes. However, the mac and cheese was so salty that I couldn’t even eat it. While I like Dusty Buns, and always enjoy visiting the bistro, the bus seems to have gone downhill in order to facilitate their growth in the bistro and into SF. I certainly hope that this is not a continuing problem.

Used the truck for our daughter’s wedding reception & were so pleased we did. The food was outstanding. The people who worked it were so kind. What a pleasure the whole Delicious Dusty experience was! Thanks Dusty Buns for making our event so perfect!

AREYOUKIDDINGME?!! I think my mouth just had an orgasm. I had their bistro burger and hands down the best the absolute best burger I have ever had anywhere! Gordon Ramsay, watch out! This would be at home along side the lunch menu at his Boxwood Café. Don’t miss the chance to taste this if you have the opportunity.

After all of the hype I’ve heard about this truck, I was really looking forward to trying the food for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. There was a thirty minute wait for a burger, grilled cheese, and some fries. The fries were undercooked and there wasn’t even any cheese on my grilled cheese sandwich — I had to go back and ask for cheese. On a grilled *cheese*…The«garlic» sauce had no garlic flavor and was more of a lackluster mimic of ranch dressing. The concept is lovely(my dining partner’s burger had cute little grilled mushrooms and looked delicious and the combination of bacon, cheese and strawberries was unique) but the execution needs work. After how much I’ve heard word of mouth, I think Dusty Buns must be surviving on a novelty reputation because they definitely don’t have a repeat customer in me.

Without a doubt, the Bistro Burger, is the best burger I’ve eaten in my life. The buns are amazing and definitely help to make the burger. DB also has great salads. My fiancé and I stalk the bus to get our burger fix!

TotaL DISAPPOINTMENT today at Enzo’s Table food trucks. With a name like Dusty Buns, you would think they would not run out of BUNS? Also, tried to offer us a grilled cheese without a BUN or any bread… now how would you do that? WTF? Also no garlic sauce for the fries! Would have been nice to be told that when ordering Get a clue guys, go sample some REAL food trucks in other cities!

Even though I like the whole concept of all the ingredients coming from local farms being used here, I’ll probably stick to my usual spot at Carthop after coming here for lunch. I tried the Dusty Bun a couple times before at their brick and mortar location, but the one here was just poorly made. They load it up with so much slaw, over their small buns that it couldn’t really hold it together. I had to eat it all with a fork, since it was all soggy from the chicken and just fell apart right after I picked it up. It’s good, but I still can’t say it lives up to the hype in my opinion. It wasn’t the owners who were making this either as before, so it just isn’t the same now here. All this for $ 7 is probably not worth it. Their homemade peach drink though(fresca something?), was really good and probably the best tasting juice I have had in a while. Not too sweet, and tasted really fresh.

This truck was pulled up in front of a bar I frequent here in Fresno so I decided to give it a shot. I’ve been to their brick and mortar place. I ordered the grilled cheese and their fries. It’s really not the food, but the price. Man, the price. $ 7 for a grilled sandwich that’s the size of my fist. It’s just hard to do this regularly. Fries aren’t bad but not amazing. Also pricey. So I honestly don’t think I’d do the truck again.

The eggman is super yummy! It hit the spot! I got their fingerling potatoes also. They were good, but not as good as the eggman. I highly recommend it!

I got the dusty bun w/potatoes on the side. I love knowing that what I’m eating is organic. The sandwich had chipotle chicken & cabbage slaw. I’m not a huge fan of chipotle but I enjoyed this, it was awesome. Would recommend it.
