The only reason I gave this establishment a 2 and not a 1 is because other times we’ve gone the burgers and service have actually been o.k., but on Monday, the service was sub par to say the least. Along with nine of my colleagues, who were also given money by other colleagues to being food back to the workplace, the overall experience was a bust! From the first moment, the waitress took about 15 min. to seat, afterwards another 15 min. to take the order, to which the waitress never returned, which later the meal had to be converted into a TOGO order — -since they took a long time. Finally, upon returning they forgot one of my colleagues meals, so she had nothing to eat when they got back(except everyone shared their food with her). The rest of the hamburgers were raw, not medium well, but raw like the cow had just been taken apart. When two of my colleagues called to complain, the manager did not seem very attentive! Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be going to Eureka anytime too soon.

I’ve been here several times now, and each time, the service is amazing. My server, Katlyn, was spot on about beer choices and did an awesome job making sure I was treated well. Definitely coming again!

Had the bison burger and fries for dinner with some friends. It was very good. Seemed fairly busy so I’d probably try calling ahead next time I go.

I’m not a Fresno resident, but this place will definitely have me coming back. A Fresno local took us here and I’m glad she did. A first glance from the parking lot, it was difficult to spot this place. They have a single«!» as the outside sign. We went up to the hostess stand and were told that it would be a 20 minute wait. No worries. We went up the bar and waited until the bartender acknowledged us. We ordered a Moscow Mule and a Swizzle. The drinks were strong. My swizzle was alright. Right when we got our drinks, we were seated next to the bar. The waitress greeted us and took our order. FYI… They do have a kids menu. My son ordered the Mac and Cheese. He loved it. We both ordered the Jalapeño Egg Burger medium well. It was killer!!! Every bite was bliss. The waitress missed a refill or two and dropped off the bill before we were offered dessert. We asked for the Americana Apple Crisp. It was small, but full of yummy flavor. Overall, the experience was good. I would definitely come back to try something new!

My wife and I visited today after going to Disney’s Frozen on Ice! We had an awesome time here and our waitress Jillian was exceptional. We came around 3:30 and there were around 7 – 8 tables with occupants. We were immediately sat and Jillian made us feel very welcome and had the opportunity to really make sure we enjoyed our meal. I ordered The Tortilla burger, because(read my last review) I had the Napa burger last time I was here. My wife had The Cowboy and my daughter had the Kids Hamburger. Taking a look at my pictures you can see presentation is awesome here! The Tortilla burger is top notch. It has tomato, avocado, jalapeño and a spicy sauce on a handmade patty. It’s wrapped in a tortilla and grilled until the tortilla takes shape. The way it’s wrapped you don’t lose out on any of the goodness that’s inside! I’d definitely order it again! We will definitely be back! I’m excited to keep trekking through the menu here at Eureka!

Around six months ago I came back here with my friend and a couple, and they forgot my food completely. By the time they brought it out, everyone was done eating. Most recently, I came here with my family and the burgers were disgustingly greasy, burnt tasting and overall not good. I am down for some grease on my burger(since it isn’t the most healthy option), but this was a pool of grease. The bun and toppings were completely saturated. The portions were smaller for a higher price tag(which I don’t mind if it was actually good!), so it wasn’t worth it. I won’t come back here again. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and they definitely have declined.

Went here for the first time to celebrate my bf birthday. We had a party of 15. We were seated outside. They had the tv on and the heaters running it was a great experience. Our server was attentive and very nice. I had ordered the jalapeño burger it was the best! It melts in your mouth and had so much flavors. I give them a 5 simply because it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had & they had such Great customer service!

Went to meet some clients here for lunch. Ordered the naked chicken breast with roasted tomatoes and cranberry salad. This place is amazing and tasty.

Came here to watch the game, have a beer and enjoy a burger. This place was on point. Burger was a blue cheese burger medium rare. The beer was cold and hoppy, what else can a gal ask for. This is a must come again place.

This place is good but my chicken was a bit dry. It was still yummy and the portion of my dish seemed to fill me up just the perfect amount. I was full but not overly stuffed and had room for dessert. I would like to come back and try something else on their menu as it seems they have interesting choices. There was also an extremely attractive waiter when I came. Not sure if he still works here but wow he was very nice to look at. Just a plus.

Enjoyed lunch with some friends here at Eureka today. Arrived at exactly 11AM which was nice because the place started filling up pretty quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the honey sweet potatoe fries, and the cowboy burger was really delicious! The service was spot-on and everything was exactly as it had been ordered. Great job, Eureka!

This place has many great attributes. The ambiance is very mellow and relaxed, the food is amazing and the beer selection is great. They have a variety from truffle fries to the lamb burgers or fish tacos. I have had all of them and they are all delicious. The drinks have always been great as well with their specials and featured breweries to their iced cocktails, all is well here.

5 stars for a burger joint. :) Burgers were excellent. Appreciated the fact that they have a tasty bunless option: burger on a bed of arugula. Bravo, Eureka! I tend not to be a beef-eater b/c it tends to slow me down, but I couldn’t resist ordering the Pearls Blue Burger b/c it sounded so good. Eureka also gives folks like me other veggie-type burger options as well as salads and fish items. Love the variety of options! Love the Blues burger, but the chipotle sauce overwhelmed any Bleu cheese taste. Leave off the chipotle if you want to taste the Bleu cheese. Onion rings: fabulous — crispy & large. Erica our server was nice, patient, and attentive but not overly attentive. Upon arrival, we had mentioned that one of our party was celebrating a birthday, so when we ordered dessert, she said she’s already put in an order for a sundae. Sweet! Our small party of three was very happy with our beer/wine(the Sauv Blanc was great! — smooth and crisp) as well as our entrees: fig burger, lulu burger, and blue cheese burger. All in all, a great night to celebrate a birthday. I’ll go again — when I’m in the mood for good food, a loud atmosphere, and when I don’t care about sitting in not-the-comfiest-of-chairs. :)

Holy Burger Batman! I came here with my sister a couple days ago on a whim because I was really craving a burger. We wanted to try some place new(to us) so we popped in here. This place is located in River Bluffs and I don’t usually come here. But I will now. I honestly really enjoyed my burger. I’m usually hard to impress with burgers. I ordered the Napa Burger. Basically a burger with pesto, arugula, a grilled tomato(I think my favorite part), pancetta and havarti cheese. It’s quite unusual because I don’t really like tomatoes in my sandwiches or burgers because they just slip out and are usually more of a nuisance to keep inside the dang bun. This one was grilled and I guess one of my weird, «make it or break it» type things is TEMPERATURE. I love my food piping hot and my burger was juicy and piping hot because of the tomato. The havarti cheese paired nicely alongside the pancetta. It all complimented each other. I’m definitely coming back. I have my eye on the fig burger. My sister ordered the lulu and LOVED it. We both ordered that mint aioli on the side to dip our fries. It was yummy!

Came here with a friend. I ordered the sweet potato fries and the bruschetta. My friend ordered one of their burgers. We wanted to try the watermelon beer, but apparently it was out at the moment so we ended up with the apple cider instead. Not bad. My fries had a nice twist with the cinnamon sugar and honey. The bruschetta however was drenched in balsamic vinaigrette and wasn’t as enjoyable as I would’ve liked. Don’t get me wrong, I happen to LOVE balsamic vinaigrette, just not. soupy. My friend really enjoyed her burger, but I didn’t personally try it. Overall, not a bad place at all. I’d like to come back another time and try some of the other things on their menu. Maybe I’ll finally get to try that watermelon beer.

I had the classic burger. It was a good burger. The wife ordered the chicken sandwich which was not what you might think it would be. Instead of a chicken breast it was pieces brown meat chicken it looked like. It could not be eaten like a sandwich because of the pieces. Service continues to struggle. It took about 10 minutes after we were seated for someone to come take our drink order. It’s 100 degrees out, drinks are a priority. The beer was not very cold :(. A beer restaurant needs fast and cold beer. Also, Parents, please, take your babies somewhere else. This is a small bar restaurant not chuckee cheese. Come on.

Great place to enjoy a nice beer & a good burger, I had the Cowboy burger, sweet potato fries & a watermelon flavored beer. The burger was pretty good, nice and flavorful with bbq sauce, bacon and shoestring onions. The sweet potato fries were awesome they were covered in honey I never had them like that before, the watermelon beer was pretty good too and it complimented my meal call me weird but I cant drink just any kind of beer with food. The server I had was nice and kept checking on my table to make sure I was ok, they got plenty of TVs too which I liked, wouldn’t mind sliding by here during football season, all in all this is a great place to enjoy a nice brew and a good burger, a tad bit on the pricey side but everything I ordered was great and the service was too

I have only eaten here a handful of times. The food has been good(jalepeno egg burger, bison burger, appetizers etc.), but I really appreciate this place for their drinks. They have a varied selection of craft beers on draft. The handles rotate quiet frequently so the beer you loved last time might be available the next time you come in. That’s ok, just another excuse to try a new brew and fall in love with it too. They have some tasty whiskeys too. Try the whiskey sampler if you are adventurous(and not driving). I used to live right around the corner from Eureka so it was one of my favorite places to grab a cold one. Since I moved, I haven’t been in for a while. I popped in last night with my fiancé and another couple, and we enjoyed a fun night on the patio. The service was great and there was live music playing. Made me realize how much I miss this place! 5 stars for sure Don’t forget about the happy hour

After coming here for the last few years I gotta say I think they’re declining a bit. The service seems to be a little slower. The burgers a little smaller. And the prices a little higher. Happy hour used to be a better deal and the all day Sunday«hoppy hour» is no more. Still a decent burger and excellent beer selection but not what it used to be. I heard they got new management– maybe that’s why? Nonetheless I’ll still stop by but new popups like House Of JuJu are slowly starting to take over my old go to burger place.

How do you find this restaurant in the plaza? Just look for a «!» on one of the walls. Yep, that’s their sign. Service is slow. It took a long time for them to come get our orders, bring out our food, and get us the check. Though the waiter was kind. The food is okay. — Fish tacos: looks prettier than it tastes. The mango was a nice touch, but it couldn’t make up for the dried up fish that was overcooked. — Fig burger: I liked the fig marmalade paired with the goat cheese. Overall, not too special of a place except for the sign.
