In-N-Out Burger

In n Out is a classic California burger joint that has little to no flaws and the franchise has a consistent quality that is upheld in every In n Out I’ve visited. In n Out has a minimalistic menu which is awesome as it doesn’t intimidate first timers who have yet to conquer there first double double. The meat is always cooked perfectly (medium rare) and has a juicy tender taste to it. The fries are cooked awesome as well they always have a great crisp and the option of animal style (melted cheese and grilled onions) is always great. The price for the food quality is amazing; you almost feel guilty as the food is cooked at such a high standard and the prices are low. This In n Out in particular has a great vibe and is always packed with locals and friends from my high school (CWHS). This location is always very clean and hygienic as I’ve never walked in and seen something out of the ordinary. The drive thru line may seem intimidating at first, as it stretches into the parking lot, however the line moves smoothly as the efficiency of employees and cooks is unmatched by any other fast food franchise, I would say, in the nation. There is little to no flaws with In n Out and this location; I normally don’t give fast food franchises higher than 3 stars but In n Out burger is a 5 star fast food joint and a quality restaurant in my eyes. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out on a great «burgergasm» that you can’t have anywhere else.

Pros:
–The spread on the burgers tastes great
–the outer rims of the buns are crisp and delicious
–I’m a regular here, and an employee has NEVER messed up my order. Only students (enrolled in high school/​college) are hired here, and they’ve proved time and again to be very competent workers
–animal-​style fries are delicious
–has a «not-​so-​secret menu» that includes a double meat burger, 3×3 burger, 4×4 burger, protein style burger, and animal style burger
–amazing chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla milkshakes
–animal style fries are delicious
–amazing quality burgers and fries
–has pink lemonade as a beverage option
–generous with their fries; never give you too little
–huge windows that allow for drive-​thruers to see what’s going on in the kitchen
–affordable prices; inexpensive compared to the quality of what you’re getting
–appealing white and red atmosphere; clean
–the trays are a perfect size (smaller than your standard fast food trays) and a perfect shape (concave so that it is easier to carry and to prevent food from falling off)
–not necessarily a pro or con, but I recently noticed that there are bible verses on the bottom of the cups
–this is personally my favorite fast food restaurant, surpassing all others in quality, taste, and customer service
Cons:
–because it is so popular, it is always a bit crowded, and they seem to cater to the drive-​thru

Fast and efficient despite the long wait, In and Out will always satisfy your hunger with quality.

Terrible cooks about following directions. Ordered well done and I get medium rare. Disgusting and very unsafe since it was for my toddler son. Management should keep a better eye on things. I know it’s a pain to cook it well… but seriously I order it that way for a reason. RAW MEAT CARRIES MORE HARMFUL AGENTS THAN WELL DONE. So cooks. follow the simple instructions. My son was eating his «well done» cheeseburger when I noticed how red it was. Purely unacceptable. Decided to write this today since this has happened for the past 3 times I went there. I’ve learned my lesson. Ugh.

We finally arrived in Fresno for the next year. Topping my very long list of places to eat, or one of them, was In-​n-​Out. This place is fairly infamous in the fast food burger world and you can’t get it on the east coast, much less nowhere New Hampshire. So here we were!!!
I got a standard cheeseburger and my boyfriend got the same plus fries and a drink. The claim to fame here is that everything is fresh and it is. You can see employees cutting potatoes for the hand cut fries. The other signature here is their thousand island dressed burgers.
My burger was decent. The patty was much smaller than I’d expected based on everything I heard. There was an abundance of fresh veggies on my burger. Dare I say too many? I couldn’t taste the burger… But it might not have been there, I don’t know. It was a small meat patty. I couldn’t really taste the dressing but you can get extra if that’s your thing. The fries were ok. I wasn’t thrilled but my boyfriend went nuts over them.
The atmosphere was very cute. 50s style red and white; very clean including the bathroom. We will definitely be back here but I might attempt ignoring the calorie counts clearly written on the giant menu and get the double double cause… More meat and cheese!

I’m a fan of in-​n-​out, love the animal style double double! Never disappoint when I get a chance to eat here! Only problem is it’s so busy, never seems to slow down at all!

I speak for most of Cali when I say that In N Out is one of the best burgers for the price out there. I love the simple design of the menu, and the customer service is superb. I love everything about this place and it will always be one of my favorite fast food joints.

This is the worst service out of any in-​n-​out I’ve ever been to. They have messed up my order multiple times and they are the slowest. I’ve been in a drive-​through line at rush hour and they don’t have anybody outside to take orders. Well managed in-​n-​outs ALWAYS have somebody outside when it gets busy.
But, it’s still in-​n-​out, so they got that going for them

food and service is good, but the parking lot is a disaster. i think somebody at city hall fell asleep when they were checking this site plan.

In n out has fresh food every time and if they do happen to drop the ball, they make it up to you if you contact them. I appreciate that a lot because let’s face it, we all want to be acknowledged if we are spending our hard earned money and you know what, we all deserve a second chance too. So they keep a good customer relationship.

We gave this location another chance and I’m glad I did. The food is great and it doesn’t cost you an arm and a leg.
This location can be a nitemare when it is busy. The layout of the parking lot will leave you trapped in your parking spot, as the cars in the drive up will have you blocked. Other times the line will get so long that you will be hanging into traffic on Shaw. That is not a good feeling. They really need to more the drive up line to the back parking lot. That away you are not trapped in your car waiting for the line to let you pull out of your spot, and so the line isn’t blocking traffic on Shaw.
I still hate the fact that they don’t wrap their sandwiches all the way. I really wish they did as god only knows what kind of creatures or germs are in inside those bags. Especially when they were in the factory being made. I’m working in paper factories and mice and rats are there whether you like it or not. The thought of a mouse or rat walking on the paper, make me want to puke. But it still doesn’t stop me from eating there. Screw it, I’ll take my chances!

This In N Out needs to up their game. The drive through is so slow and yet there is no one coming out to help take extra orders! The kitchen is also slow. Also the lady was kind of rude when we asked if the order was ready yet… The awkward moment when you see your bag of food and the worker says it’s not ready and dismisses your question. Eeks.

In ‘n’ Out is always the best food and best experience for me. My pref. is a Double-​Double Animal-​style, no tomato, with Animal-​style fries and a large pink lemonade.
You don’t have to get that but it’s my usual and u love it every time!!!

Not one of my favorite centers to shop or eat at given the traffic and periodic aggressive homeless group that camps out there. But burgers were the craving and I hit the drive thru which had a huge line.
A young lady took the orders in the line and it worked great. Outstanding service all the way throughout and a smooth flow. The food was off a bit– one stale bun and lukewarm fries. Good prices. Might have hit it on a bad day.

5-​star food, 5-​star service.
The staff is always friendly, smiling, and ready to help.
The animal style double-​double is the best burger in fast food.
Nobody makes the most of a small menu the way In-​N-​Out does.
If this particular location has a weakness, it’s the logistics of the drive-​thru, and the fact that other drivers seem to consistently jump the line, by not following the conspicuous directions. But that’s certainly not enough to keep me away.

This particular In-​N-​Out Burger is located on Blackstone/​Nees Avenue in North Fresno in the River Park shopping area. First of all the drive thru is always busy with 7 – 9 cars always. It’s got to the point that they had to logistically block the drive way that turns into the drive through when you enter on Blackstone. So, if that doesn’t tell you anything…
They are always friendly when I go there. At this particular time, I needed to be in and out of there quickly. I ordered my usual but to go. From the time that I purchased the meal, until they called my order, it was only about a 10 minute wait. These guys have made burger making into a science.
Depending on when you go, the dining area can be packed or if you’re lucky, you may get a couple of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. The restrooms are clean and stocked.
You can’t go wrong at this particular In-​n-​Out.

Today was probably one of the most disappointing days since being back from Hawaii. My husband and I went to in n out more than we probably should since being back. I usually order the double double meal with extra veggies. Today we found that 2 of our fries were stuck together. Upon closer examination we noticed the fry had a piece of hair almost fried INTO the fry. I really wish that didnt happen. Wont be coming back to this in n out for sure.
2 stars for not getting any hairs in my burger… I hope.
P.s… I thought they wore hair nets.

I am not a huge fan of In N Out, the service is always excellent and the food is fresh, I just am not a huge fan of the fries.
In N Out is always a great establishment with the freshest of ingredients and for some random reason I had an itching for some In N Out. It was delicious. I just had the classic cheeseburger and fries, but my friend told me to try animal style. AMAZING.
The workers are clean, friendly, and professional. The food is classic and simple, really no reason not to come here if you are looking for a quick bite to eat.

I have been to this location before when visiting family and friends in Fresno. We don’t have an In and Out in Knoxville, Tennessee but I wish we did. I received great service, great food at the River Park location. Oh yeah, I picked up another T-​Shirt. I’ll be back one more time before I go home.
