Late night shopping is the best. Especially when you find sweet deals. Next time I go I need to mention these people by name because they’re very helpful to us every time and they know exactly what my husband likes!

If your going to buy a suit go big or stay home, also don’t waste your time going any where else in Fresno but here. Ask for Assistant Manager Tim Reisig. His knowledge and expertise is top notch. He will match your needs with the perfect suite. Beware of the shoes, you will want to buy several pairs… lol. They also have a ridiculous sale going on right now, buy one suit at full price and get three for free. That’s four suits for the price of one. I’m a fan and will be back!

If you make an appointment they take care of you good. Service is great on costumer service, tailoring and as promised date on alterations.
I always wait for the sales to get a Bargain.

As far as I’m concerned, there are two types of suits: bespoke, and Joseph Banks. There is no reason to get anything less or in between.
I have a handful of the J. Banks Traveler suits and love them. The fabric and fit are great. For the price (you’ll almost always find a door-​buster sale), they can’t be beat.
The Fresno store’s customer service has been great. I always work with store manager Lorrie, and she’s literally spent hours with me to make sure the suits look and fit fantastically well, educating me along the way. When things haven’t come back from the tailor perfect, she’s made them right. I highly recommend seeking her out.
If you’re in the market for a suit, go by the store, ask for Lorrie, and have fun.

this is a review of jos a bank as a company overall. i got measured here for a wedding rental tux. the employee was not well trained and didn’t know where to measure. that is not his fault. that is the company’s fault. they told me i had a balance even though there was a credit card on file. even after confirming multiple times that my tux was to be sent to a particular store in another city, they sent it to the wrong city. when i finally did try it on, the fit was not great. again, they told me i had a balance, even though there was a credit card on file. one of the employees at the pick-​up location seemed annoyed when i told him i wanted to try on the tux. he asked me «didn’t you get fitted for this?» i was thinking «yes, but i trust you guys about as far as i can throw you.»

Please explain why my fiancé’ and two of his groomsmen drove a hour to Fresno to get measured, got there at 7pm there were three people working and not one of them know’s how to measure someone? The 3 of them are in the Navy work until 5 or later everyday! Then they drive a hour and no help at all. WOW!!! I live in Chicago good thing I picked out the tux here because if that would have happened to me I would have flipped out!

Solid 4 stars, I’m somewhat of a new customer having been in only 3 times albeit in the last month. For me a more affordable solution than finely tailored Italian clothing, which I do prefer but no longer have the budget for!
Good quality conservative clothing and actually it is possible to find some more edgy items there so even though it’s conservative it can be definitely made «not boring». The non iron shirts really are excellent quality and they do have a very good selection of ties, I’m sure over the next 6 months or so I will have a complete Jos A Banks wardrobe!
Watch the sales carefully and you will save big. I picked up two shirts and a silk tie that normally would have probably cost me +/​-​$ 250 for just over a $ 100 a great deal. The service really is impeccable, true professionals. This is definitely my new go to place.

This store tries to be the alternative to Brooks Brothers — conservative, even staid business clothes. The draw here is their corporate clothing program, where you get a discount card and invitations to special sales. Not sure what businesses qualify for the card, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave one to anyone who filled out the form.
Another bonus is that you can get Johnston & Murphy shoes at a 20% discount when you order them here. There isn’t a nearby store, so if you know your size, that’s a great deal.
