DETAILED review focused on Alex and Ani collection Table of contents 1. Background on my previous charm bracelet phase 2. My basic views on eco-friendly products & being charitable 3. Why I personally choose Alex and Ani(collection carried here and displayed upon entrance at Julia Vogue as of January 2016) 1. Yes, I’m guilty of being one of those girls that would buy charm bracelets in my younger years in the mid 2000s. 1 single charm block would range from $ 5 to nearly $ 20 depending on their«coolness»?! I had about maybe 25 charms to form my bracelet at the time. Goodness gracious what a waste of money, they were ugly and of course were a phase and went out of style a couple of years later. Seriously shake my head, who let me do this?! (Completely irrelevant from Julia Vogue) 2. «Charm Bracelets» are back in again. This time, they’re Alex and Ani bracelets attracting early and mid 20 year olds. No, no you guys aren’t going to get me once again… But wait what’s that? It’s recycled metal and infused with«positive energy technology»?? whatever that means. But hey, you caught my attention with the word«recycled» *doesn’t want to like them but thinks they’re really cute* *Uses Internet to look into Alex and Ani and sees they’re Eco-friendly bracelets and partners up with CHARITYBYDESIGN* Although I’m not the most Eco-friendly person around, I certainly lean towards the Eco-conscious individuals and happen to have a charitable past. I rather support a company that has meaning to their envision over a company that works foreign children to death overseas for profits. Alex and Ani is «made with love in the USA» I sure hope so and I do like the idea of branding good-causes. Heck yeah I think you should totally exploit these 20something year olds in benefits to charities and profit off buyers even though they’re mostly drawn into these charm bracelets on a materialistic level. Lol 3. Alex and Ani’s may be just a fad, but that’s okay. I live in the moment and if I like it then I like it. I like that adding to the charm collection is getting another bracelet that has an entirely different symbol meaning to it. It looks good together and I prefer the gold bagels over the silver. They’re not flashy and rather subtle, which I like. Makes it more suitable for everyday wear rather than my damn too-flashy Michael kors watch. Too-flashy things just can’t be an everyday look in my opinion. Most of all– I like that I can wear it *feeling* not too guilty as if I have a justified reason rather than it just being cute 0:-)

I went in with a friend of mine to purchase all of the wedding parties accessories. Katelynn assisted us in looking for earrings and headpieces. She was absolutely amazing. Patient, knowledgable, and very helpful. We were in the store for about an hour and she went above and beyond to make sure we went home satisfied.

I Love this slice of fashion heaven. The staff is so kind and helpful! With their large variety of color, trends, and precious keepsakes I spent hours choosing my must have fashion accessories. Anchor earrings, seahorse bangle sets, matching equestrian necklaces for my daughter and I as well as elegant trendy aqua blue drop earrings for an upcoming wedding. Love their fb, ig and twitter updates and fashion happy hour sales.

I have been a customer of Julia Vogue since it opened. My sister introduced me to the ALex and Ani Bracelet they carry there at Julia Vogue. I fell inlove with my first one, and quickly knew what my next one would be. two weeks ago I went to buy this lovely Alex and Ani Bracelet and I was so excited I did even glance over the bracelet. I assumed it was brand new and perfectly hand crafted as my first. I ripped off the tag got in the car and gleamed over it. It was dark in the car but it didnt matter I was happy to have it in my procession. The next morning I noticed it was bent, and scratched. I was sad I would have to go back to exchange. On arrival I approached the sales staff with bracelet and receipt and explained. I expected a quick exchange. Even with the recipe in her hand she asked if I purchased it there, then called a manager, and basically the manager made me feel as if I was not being honest. demanding the tag! I am not sure the what purpose or difference the tag would make, but it wasn’t until I started to become upset, that she was willing to exchange. This would be understandable if I didnt have a receipt and was demanding money back, I mean for her to not give me anything, but I dont think anyone should be made to feel they are not being honest with a prof of receipt.

The service was really nice, that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. At the end of the day the product needs to be good. I purchased two items; a scarf and a watch. The watch was a new arrival and the chain broke and fell off my wrist 8 days after purchase and the scarf is already unraveling. Again, the girls working were super nice, but the quality is basically crap

I am very surprised at the bad reviews. This place is awesome. If you want bling this is the place to go. The girls are always very nice and helpful. They don’t judge you on how your dressed. Some people need to get off their high horse and come back down to the real world.

At first glance this store seems to be another Fresno causality in the latest string of the«bling boutique» virus… aaahh Fresno… always 6 years behind… There is nothing wrong with a little glitz, but If you can over look some of the over-the-top rhinestone encrusted goodies, you will find they carry a wide variety of regular jewelry and handbags/evening clutches. They were having sales on almost everything store wide, and while it is a bit pricey, it is not outrageous… and really… what do you expect coming to this shopping center? They have to pay rent! I found it to be reasonable for the most part. It’s a great place if you are looking for a unique gift for someone or a cute bag for a night out.

Love this place! Some stuff can be kind of pricy but they have some cute cheap stuff too. It’s filled with lots of blingy pretty stuff, and is near riverpark. Great place for jewelry!

Julia Vogue has just lost a valued customer and I want to tell you why… Less than 2 weeks ago I visited Julia’s for a gift I was buying for a friend’s birthday. I came across a leopard keychain w/a beautiful crystal detail, but at $ 15, I hesitated to make the splurge. Because I had to have it, I went ahead and bought it anyway. About a week later, I realized the crystal detail had fallen off of the keychain without me knowing. Bummed, I decided to make a special trip to the store today to make an exchange. I would have assumed that Julia’s was a store that respected the positive intent of the customer and would stand behind the quality of the product that is sold in the store. But sadly, I was wrong; as I found out today. The cashier refused my exchange because the«tag was not on the keychain»(although I had my receipt to verify my date of purchase) and another cashier commented«because it was probably in my purse…» I guess, an implication that I caused the damage myself. When I asked for Julia, I was told she was«out of town» and all they could do was leave a message that I had been in the store, «NOTHINGELSE» was more than reinforced. If this is how customers are treated, I will take my business elsewhere. I left the store feeling unimportant and accused. The associates should have known better, but apparently they felt they were doing right by me today, because according to what I was told it was all they could do. Very sad. After shopping this store for over a year, that will be no more!

Julia Vogue is AWESOME… I heard about it from several friends… so I decided to go in to buy a gift card, but then I realized that there is an unbelievable amount of stuff in the store. Stuff was displayed in a way I’ve never seen before, I felt like I should be paying admission. Long story short, customer service was so good that they helped me(a guy who knows nothing about girl fashion and jewelry) pick stuff out… and i was actually able to get an actual present instead of just getting a gift card. It’s a MUSTSEE, even if you’re not buying anything.
