I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich when I come here. I also enjoy there milkshakes as they compete well against In n Out that’s right next door. However the regular chicken sandwich is kinda overpriced for the a fried piece of chicken and pickles in between two pieces of bread. The atmosphere is extremely conservative I feel as if I become more republican when I eat the waffle fries. The chick fil a sauce is some of the best sauce compared to any other sauce from any other fast food franchise. The lemonade at chick fil a is really good too, it tastes really authentic and home made, non of that Minute Maid high fructose corn syrup nonsense. Also the entire place seems very clean; however not the cleanest and definitely not as clean as In n Out(then again In n Out has virtually no flaws). This is one of the few chick fil a locations located in Fresno so the majority of my visits to chick fil a are at this specific spot. I give chick fil as a whole franchise 4 stars which is pretty outstanding for a fast food franchise; however I’d give this location probably a 3.5(also an extremely respectable rank for fast food) if Unilocal would let you, but in the mean time I’ll just round up to 4. I’ll definitely attempt my best to become a «check in regular» on Unilocal for this chick fil a… that is if I’m not already checked into the In n Out right next door ;) ;p…

Good family environment but food is so-so. Chick Fil A offers the same chicken in different forms. If you aren’t a chicken fan, I would skip this place. But if you are, you will be content with the menu and the food itself. I’m not a huge chicken fan, but if I eat there, I order the spicy chicken sandwich with a Coke and waffle fries. Waiters and waitresses do an outstanding job of opening the door for you and getting refills. Not to mention making sure the tables are clean before you sit down. Pros: –Good service –Shakes are superb –Always available seating Cons: –Lack of variety on the menu

I went here and ordered a chicken strip meal and asked for Polynesian sauce(which without the meal is not all that good) to be honest the sauce is the only reason I go to this place. And they gave me chick fila sauce and it is the worst thing I ever tasted. And the strips were burnt.

I am completely overwhelmed with the kindness chick-fil-a has showed me. My daughter has been in the NICU at valley children’s for a week now… Today we went to have lunch and when it was time to pay the girl I believe her name was(Serena) told me they took care of us. I couldn’t help but cry because they really didn’t have to do that. I just want to say thank you again! God bless :)

Why is it always busy? I guess they have great chicken! Very yummy chicken salad, love their chicken soup! I’m glad they take Sunday’s off for family!

A bit disappointed. This was our first time and the chicken wasn’t as good as people had told me, may have to try it again but I wouldn’t drive out of my way for this location.

Always a good place to eat. This location had a CLEAN restroom which is ALWAYS appreciated. Service was friendly. I wonder if they are trained to say my pleasure… that’s all I heard hahaha but that is ok with me. Parking is a bit tricky here, whoever designed the whole lot, did a horrible job.

Went through the drive thru 2 minutes before closing hoping that they would still be serving, and not only did we get our food, but also they threw in free chicken strips because the kitchen had extra food prepared. It’s this type of generous customer service that keeps me coming back! Only bad thing about this location is the parking lot is pretty cramped and the drive thru line gets really long at lunch and dinner time, but it’s not hard to understand why!

We love this location, the people are friendly and you receive fast service. The restaurant is always clean. The parking is a little hectic sometimes.

Well I went through the drive through this evening to place an order. It was fast and friendly. I ordered the #1 combo meal, Chicken sandwich with crisscut potatoes and a diet coke. The service was fast(only one other car besides mine). However the sandwich was overseasoned, slightly dry and tough. The bread was warm but half way through the sandwich, the bread was hardening. The crisscut fries where cool and soggy. Overall the only thing that was not disappointing was the diet coke. I do believe in 2nd chances and will give this place another shot. I think the potential is there for this sandwich. The best part is the staff and young lady at the window was very friendly.

Chick-Fil-A is about as top notch of a fast food chain as exists. Slightly nicer than all the others, the thing that makes Chick-Fil-A stand out are its employees. Always kind and well mannered, employees here embody the philosophy of Chick-Fil-A’s founder to be good to everyone you interact with. Not only is it evident at this location, but at every Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. And the chicken… Oh, the chicken is mouthwateringly delicious. Healthier than KFC but not quite Boston Market status, the food is always hot and tasty. Another thing that I like is that they have a great assortment of sauces and never, ever, skimp you. It’s always a pleasure to eat at Chick-Fil-A and I appreciate the moral fortitude of their organization.

Fresh, welcoming and well mannered happy workers. At first glance this restaurant looks like another, but oh boy was I totally wrong. The food was great, and the service was a nice surprise. Guys in nice shirts and ties bringing your food to you! When I walked in, I was like, «ehh» this is just another Mcdonalds. I gave ‘em a chance. I’m glad I did. It might be exaggerated or my opinion but it reminded me like the In-N-Out of fried chicken, good stuff. Even the shakes were delicious, definitely will try different flavor a, anybody who knows my reviews know that I like to get milkshakes a lot so that’s my expertise. Plenty of sauce packets, straws, napkins, etc, behind you after you order. No need to go up to the front counter begging for another ranch. Food was really good. These people care about you and the quality of the food. Little bit expensive for chicken and fries but it’s worth it for quality food and great service. Even the restroom well kept clean, I always tend to review any restaurants restroom. To me that’s a reflection of what kind of management they have and where they at in life. I rate this place 4.5

so I went to chick fil a today for the first time(wanted to try it out) waited in like a 20 person line(that went by pretty quickly I thought) and right when I’m about to pull up to the window to get my food I realize I forgot my wallet!!! so I was like omg im so sorry I’m going to run back home really quick and get my wallet and then come back, and the girl was like no it’s okay just take your food and I was like oh my gosh are you serious im so sorry and she’s like yea it’s okay and I was like I have 4 $!! and i tried giving it to her and she was like no it’s okay things happen… I couldn’t have been any happier and actually choosing to go here ended up making my day anyways she was incredibly friendly, and represented the business and herself EXTREMELY well… and the food was great! it didn’t taste like normal greasy fast food, it tasted like they took their time when cooking it which is great for fast food

A relatively new chick fila with a nice two-story kids play structure. Food tasted great and fresh and top quality, as chick fila always is Only issue i noticed is that floors were a little slippery for rubber soled kids shoes, something about the floor material used because the floors were clean except for a little moisture/water

This was my first time ordering at Chick-fil-A, mainly because I finally wanted to see what all the hype is about. There was a long line both at the drive-thru and inside, but they shortened rather quickly. Cashiers were nice enough to guide me through the menu. Here’s the good stuff: The food is pretty damn good. While I constantly dream of my rare grilled burgers, I love crispy chicken sandwiches just as much. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with waffle fries(no sauce) and truly enjoyed it. The chicken was thick and well seasoned; not as spicy but it does have that peppery kick. The lettuce and tomatoes on it were fresh and crisp. Here’s the«other» stuff: While the chicken was indeed delicious, I think it’s overpriced for the size of the sandwich; I paid $ 8 for the combo. On its own, the sandwich is around $ 4, about the size of a burger from any fast food burger joint. If you’re simply looking to fill a chicken sandwich craving, why not head to Rally’s and order two of their Spicy Double Chicken Sandwiches for $ 5? The worst part of it was actually the old waffle fries that came with what I ordered. They were incredibly salty — like licking a rock of salt — and barely warm. Oh, and thanks for not adding ice to my sweet tea. Thankfully my fridge has its own ice dispenser. Giving this place just one more shot. The Market Salad and Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap with the avocado sauce look pretty good.

Let’s just start off saying that finding the drive thru line here is EXTREMELY confusing. First you’ll be driving straight down to reach the line, only to find it’s been blocked off by cones. So you have to put the car in reverse and drive down a parking lot row and then try to turn into the line, only to find out the entry way is down one more row! Ugh. So you put the car in reverse AGAIN to back up, then finally make it to the crazy line. It’s like a maze finding it here, I swear. In the end, the line moves really fast and the employees are friendly. I live to order the Farmer’s Market salad from here — it’s my favorite! I would give them five stars but had to dock one for the confusion of finding the drive-thru line. It’s still a great place to eat though!

I really like the freshness off all the ingredients. Who would have thought that having great chicken would be the difference. I really like the grilled chicken sandwich but wonder where are the pickles? I also appreciate the diversity in their work staff. The staff seems genuinely courteous and very sincere which is something most fast food chains are missing. I would give them a higher rating but I need pickles on my chicken sandwich lol.
