Ever After

I absolutely love Ever After!!! The store has an amazing selection of clothing, great place to go to for speciality items (e.g flower girl dresses and dance clothing), and a perfect place to find that unique gift. Also, the owners are so helpful, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile to complete an order or special request. They have helped me a dozen of times and always with a warm smile on their face. I love supporting small businesses and this is certainly one I will always support.

Never in my life have I ever been so humiliated the way the 2 women owners treated me !
I have shopped at this store for over 6 years I want to say !
Since my daughter was 2 and is now 8 !
I have spent thousands of dollars at this place !

These women were terrible 1 of them scream at me in front of everyone in the store because I one of there employee gave me wrong information about a item over the phone …
And then turned it around on me and said I was being rude just cause I wanted a exchange !
I have never even returned anything at this place !
The item was clearly defective …
Then the women who owns the place told me she makes the stuff and there’s no way it could of feel apart !
That they would fix for me but charge ???
Money is not a issue !
I make over 200,000 a year !
I am Hispanic !
They treated me like I was nothing !
The amount of money I have put into there business is unbelievable when I know in fact I can buy were way cheaper on line and other boutiques in Clovis /​FRESNO !
Both my daughters have been dancing for many years !
One who is 8 and the other now 10 !
Please people out there don’t support small business like this out here …
Who treat the customers worthless !
Especially when they decided to judge a customer like me who they never met !
when I have been one of the client /​customers for years !
I went home that day so embarrassed and upset !
I will never go back !
I fell like it was wrong in every way possible !
Sunny side dance ware has all the same brands Block etc !
Half the cost and such humble people who appreciate your business !
I will never refer any one to this place again !
Also I was so upset I didn’t even want the item that I bought i said it’s okay no worries all but another one in which I did !
Because I was so embarrassed !
Any how item broke again !
Oh YA 1 more thing item I had was only for 2 days !

Bad Return Policy! Just bought so clothes off a rack that said «Giggle Moon 35% off» Walked out of the store and realized I didn’t get my discount. Came back in to find out that not everything on the rack was giggle moon which I though was very misleading. Said I wanted to return. They said store credit only. I had literally bought it 30 seconds earlier. Small businesses like this make it hard to support them when they have horrible return policies. I’m willing to pay more than the big box places but I won’t shop here again.

Other babies won’t be wearing the same thing since quanities are limited
