They take forever to make a drink… not too difficult if you are just pouring tea in a cup, like in my case.

I love Starbucks. One suggestion I have though is moving the menu before the drive through speaker so that ppl can see it before they need to order.

Placed a mobile order ended up waiting longer than walk-ins. Had to ask multiple times before even getting my drink.

Service was mediocre. The few times I’ve been here they are always out of holiday drinks… and again today. I’m a disappointed customer…

The customer service I received at this Starbucks was by far the worse I have ever received. The cashier was nice, the the other baristas I cannot say the same. For some reason after standing there doing nothing for about 5 mins. One of the baristas comes over and asked me what kind of sandwich I had ordered. While another barista got my drink size wrong. No one knew what I ordered. And when the order was ready, a completely unrelated barista just set my order on the counter and walked away. I mean, how many baristas do it take for one order? 4 according to this starbucks… One tea and one sandwich took about 17 mins to order and obtain. The baristas here are not friendly… Can’t guarantee I’ll go back.

Always busy, but the baristas are so nice and always seem to be enjoying their jobs. I go everyday but Saturday & Sunday, always a madhouse with the park nearby!

This place can be busy during the weekdays, Especially before 9AM, but they have great customer service. One of my favorite places to go start my bike ride on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Great atmosphere and a place to meet fellow cyclist and runners . Love the little outdoor patio that they have.

How is Pumpkin spice not a holiday flavor??? I ordered it as one of my BOGO drinks and it doesn’t qualify. Very confused

Visited the store on October 24th. 4 people working no one in line it took over10 minutes to get 1 coffee drink. Employees talking about customers while waiting! Terrible work ethic!

I went there like at 830 today at the drive thru, the guy taking my order was beyond direspectful. I ordered one drink and he assumed I was finished, I told him I wanted another 2 drinks. Waiting time was decent not too long nor fast. However the drinks were not as good as I hoped, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it just had ice and tasted like a regular caramel frap. Worst Starbucks around Woodward park. I would recommend going to the river park Starbucks. Way better service.

I wish I could give this Starbucks a minus 1 star. Although I am a loyal Gold Card holder, they rudely refused to give me change. I observed no smiles or willingness to give good customer service. They were not busy, but it took 20 minutes to get my drink. They were slamming drinks on the counter and announcing them in a monotone manner. …NOT a friendly place!

We got there at 10:28pm. They close at 10:30pm and they had locked up and wouldn’t serve us. Not nice!

Very aggressive employee here. Charged me sixty extra cents for cream in my coffee. I questioned it and she started spitting out it was like a latte. I bought 4 shots of espresso over ice. Anyhow, I wasn’t going to make a scene. Paid it but I feel taken! I order these w and wo cream a few times a week. Never have I been charged for cream. This must be her career, because she was very passionate about collecting the extra charge. So someone hasn’t trained her to keep customers. As I was paying for my drink her co-worker told another customer that he made her drink twice by accident and she could have it at no charge. VERYINCONSISTENT. Pay attention for the extra charges.

Service is good, but their humor doesn’t always translate correctly through a drive thru speaker. Most people are genuine, but some people that work there are way too hyper. they might be all jacked up on caffeine? Lol… but overall the service is good. They gave me the wrong drink a few times over several months, completely on accident. If I ever start wearing spandex and riding my bicycle, I would fit right in on a Saturday morning. 3⁄5 for good service and decent coffee. It meets expectations.

This particular Starbucks is my favorite throughout this town. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It doesn’t matter if I use their drive thru or walk-in… super fast with my order and always correct. The employees are genuine here which says a lot.

Very friendly staff. They get busy often, but it’s probably because it’s at a convention location by Woodward park.

As has already been stated elsewhere, Starbucks is Starbucks. Their coffee is pretty consistent and enjoyable — either you like Starbucks coffee and you’ll go no matter what the review says or you think they’re an evil empire and you vow never to step foot into a Starbucks(also no matter what the review says). So what I’m really reviewing is the store itself, because there are probably four different Starbucks that I frequent in Fresno and each one has its own distinct personality. Personally, I really like this one! It doesn’t seem like my experience has been duplicated based on these other reviews(leaving me to wonder if it’s just me), but at least the times I’ve come here, the workers have a hippie, peppy, insanely cheerful(and I do mean *insanely* so) vibe that gives you the impression they’ve all been drinking espresso straight from the pump. It would be awkward except they’re all so darn friendly about it that it’s just amusing and makes my whole Starbucks experience more enjoyable. Even if this wasn’t the closest one to my place, I’d still drive here.

I have a class near Woodward Park on Wednesday nights and this place is less busy than the Starbucks in Riverpark. I went in during my lunch break and ordered a sweetened black ice tea and got a slice of banana nut bread to go. The banana nut bread was delicious but that experience was hampered by my iced tea being unsweetened. Word of advice, check your order before you leave the store.

If you’re up to no good I’d say avoid this place. It’s teaming with cops on certain days. In fact I think the whole fucking precinct was here the last time I strolled through. Otherwise it’s great because other than that it’s kinda empty cause all the riff raff are scared to be here…

Starbucks is Starbucks. The product is commendably consistent and generally of a superior quality. The thing that makes each store unique is the staff. This store seems to always have new faces… and lately they’re all scowling. I stopped in Sunday morning with some co-workers and I was amazed by the negative energy the staff was giving off. When I went to the cream & sugar cart to… wait for it… get my cream & sugar there was no cream. No milk. No containers that could have contained cream or milk. I’m not picky: I just want something to lighten my coffee. When I stepped up to the counter and asked the guy with the fauxhawk if I could get some cream or milk I was answered with a frown and a long-ish wait while he stomped into the back, checked his email, cut himself a little, and wrote a quick poem about the trials of a teenager with bad hair being kept down by the man. Then he stomped out, past me(I had been at the counter hoping someone would spill some milk into my cup so I could leave), and deposited three carafes of milk and cream at the cream & sugar cart. Again, my coffee was fine. The entire process only took a few minutes. I was unharmed by the cranky staff. But I was disappointed by the attitude. Had I been planning to stay I would have reconsidered and taken my business to the Starbucks two blocks away(in any direction).

My drive-thru Starbucks. There is a constant flow of new people working in there but they are all ultra polite. Lot’s of politics are discussed on the patio here. Mayor Autry holds court there frequently.
