Farewell Funeral Service

I understand it may be odd to review a funeral service, however, these types of services are probably the most useful reviews to read.
I have had to go to Farewell twice, and both times they were absolutely kind and professional. From the time my step-​mother passed away, until the funeral service, our party collectively contacted Farewell, oh, I don’t know, about 25 times… and EVERY time they were so nice and caring, considerate and flexible.
They answered every single one of my questions and concerns by phone or email. They answered the phone every single time, even on weekends! They were extremely prompt to answer my emails.
We provided our budget to Mike, and he was able to get EVERYTHING we needed for the service and stay on target. He was upfront, honest and kind about all of his suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about this service. I will absolutely be setting up my pre-​arrangements for my funeral at this location.

Farewell Funeral Service was everything my family wanted. My Dad recently passed, and within a few days, Farewell had everything done. The staff, Bob especially, were kind and compassionate and took very good care of us. I was happy with each and every aspect of its service. Thank you.

I would never go anywhere else. Robert B. and Gail G. were absolutely wonderful. They were so thoughtful, considerate, and patient. They treated our loss with all the courtesy you would give your own family. Every detail was attended to, and even a year later when I had questions, they were familiar with our loved one by name and were every bit as helpful as they were in the beginning. I can’t thank them enough.

Clean, beautiful facilities the staff is friendly, caring and extremely professional. We didn’t think a place so nice would be in our budget but to our surprise it was. They were considerate to special requests and we are thankful to the staff for everything they did for our family.

Wooondderful experience!!! They were able to get my Dad’s funeral together within a matter of 2 days!!! They have a Super Nice staff and it made our family’s experience less stressful. :)
