Mary and Allen were wonderful to work with. I made an appointment for pre-​planning on my behalf of my dad while my mom was sick and in the hospital. My mom passed at 2:00am the very morning of our appointment. I called Serenity because they told me they always answer the phone ²⁴⁄₇ and never use a voice machine. Alan answered right away at 2 am! I was beyond impressed. I told him my mom just passed and I had no idea what to do. Alan took care of everything and advised me what to do next. We went in for our appointment at 10 am. Mary and Lennie had everything ready and spent 2 hours with us while we made my moms arrangements. They are so organized and professional and yet caring at the same time. The service was yesterday couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. What a beautiful service! We had a graveside service like my mom wanted and it was perfect! Serenity is a wonderful place and will definitely use them for our own pre-​planning someday.

Absolutely awful, do not use their services if you want your loved ones to be treated with dignity and respect! My uncle lost his battle to cancer on January 16^th and was taken by Serenity Funeral Services. My father is really struggling with this loss. He called «Serenity Services» to see where his brother’s cremains are after 2 failed attempts via email to communicate (Today’s date is January 28^th). The man that answered the phone did not identify himself nor the business until my father asked him, he responded that he was the owner. He rudely stated that he did not know where the cremains were located as «he was not in the office» and to call back during regular business hours and to stop «ranting or he was going to hang up.» This treatment is NOT deserved by a customer let alone someone who has just lost a family member. If you are unwilling to help a customer, why even answer the phone? Nothing was resolved, as of now we still don’t know where the cremains are or if he even made it to the crematorium what we do know is that the check for the services was cashed within days.
Bottom line, don’t come here if you and your loved ones want to be treated with respect and dignity.
