Been going here for a while. Ana is awesome! Very friendly and helpful with product suggestions. Some of the other girls are not so friendly or polite but Ana definitely keeps me coming back for a great cut! Ask for Ana!

This place is great! I go there for haircuts, along with my son, daughter and hubby! The staff is so nice! They like to talk to you, and communicate with you and ask you, how you would like your cut! They offer their good advise as well, which comes in handy at times lol!!! It’s always clean and they have a lot of hair products to offer! Have been coming here for a few yrs now, and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon!

I’ve gone here for several years now, and I can say that all of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is always clean and well kept, which I really appreciate.
However, Anna is always my first choice. She is so sweet and friendly and always has a smile on her face. She also does a fantastic job! So if you’re looking for someone, she’s a great choice! I always find it hard to find someone you trust with your hair, but with her you’ll be in good hands.

On June 24, 2015, I had my first haircut at HairCuts Plus. I had read positive reviews from other customers in Unilocal.I was looking at other locations and decided to try here after noticing negative reviews at a competitor in the area of northwest Fresno. I was greeted promptly and I got Ariane as my stylist. She was very personable and did a great job on my hair. I would defiantly recommend Ariane. Since my family list our usual stylist, all of us used HairCuts Plus over the course of the weekend. I like that they are open later so I can get a haircut after work and they are open later on weekends too including Sunday. The facility is clean and everyone is professional and personable. Would recommend for men, women, and children’s haircuts.

It is possible to give negative stars? Just wondering. I have straight fine hair, pretty simple to cut. I asked for a framing to my face (layers), with a trim for the back of my hair, and a trim for my bangs. My bangs usually have to be cut dry, I notified them of this before we started. The stylist washed my hair, did the trim, however wanted to charge me $ 3 extra dollars to simply blow dry JUST my bangs in order to cut them. The stylist was a nice woman and was honestly trying her best. The manager, on schedule that day, was ridiculous. I asked him why I wasn’t notified of this charge when I first sat down and told them my bangs had to be cut dry. The manager ignored me for a long while, shifting between the front desk and her back office, however not providing me with an answer.
I usually go to Spectrum or Planet Hair and they are amazing, I just couldn’t get an appointment short notice. Yes, these places are more expensive, but technically with a «blow drying charge» for bangs, Hair Cuts Plus is the same price as Planet Hair. Planet Hair has AMAZING service. Planet Hair’s management or anyone working there puts their clients first and has great customer.

Best salon ever! Love the new management. Girls are very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and busy every time I go in. I have never walked out unhappy. Huge selection in products. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. I bring my whole family here… and these girls are definitely a rare team of girls that work well with children. If you’re second guessing whether or not to try them out; my advice to you is GO GO GO!!!

Absolutely rude the women Ana who cut my hair gave me attitude I just tried to make conversation on trying a new style for my hair and she acted so rude about it like she didn’t want to cut my hair don’t ever go here take my advise!

Excellent customer service! They we’re busy when I went in, but I was seen within 2 minutes. The girl that did my hair was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Stephanie did my hair and she was great! So sweet and professional. I really did not want to bleach my hair to get a lighter color and she was so honest with me and told me how bad it would be instead of pushing it on me to make that extra money. Instead she took a sample of my hair and tried a color on it that wouldn’t require bleach and it came out great so I did my entire hair that color. She was quick and efficient. While I waited for my color she cut 3 different people’s hair while making sure I was okay. Great customer service!

Went back and had a hair conditioning treatment and my eyebrows done, very happy with both. Everyone was very friendly and it was clean like always

Very clean and nice environment. I didn’t have the best experience. I just went in for quick bang trim. The stylist giving me a cut was Kari I believed a heavier set white girl. She didn’t look to happy to be cutting my hair. I even gave her a smile and still she didn’t look too happy. She gave me a quick bang trip. Honestly it was half ass. She wouldn’t even dry it. Why would you want people leaving your salon looking a mess? I will not return. It makes me so sad because this place is right by my house but I felt so unwelcomed. After I payed and still even have her a tip finally she gave me a sincere smile and said thankyou. Whatever bitch your lucky I’m generous.

If you need a cheap haircut quick, this is the place to go. Easy in, easy out and haven’t ever felt pressured to buy products I won’t use or need.
They do cuts, color and waxing too.
Hair cut and eyebrow wax for less than $ 20, can’t beat that.
