Little Caesars

Their pizza crust has the consistency of bread pudding. Just a really bad pizza. But the price can’t be beat.

Love their new (square cut) pan pizza. That’s all we order now. We still pass on the «Hot-​N-​Ready» and order a custom pizza every time, to ensure a fresh pie. We also do this to order extra cheese… because as far as I’m concerned, they never put enough cheese on it… even when you order and pay extra for it sometimes :(In all honesty, it’s hit or miss with these guys. It’s either good… or not so good. I’m not sure why… but I suspect it’s whoever is making the pizzas that day. When it’s not so good, I don’t hesitate to call them on it… and to their credit, they’ve always made sure this customer was satisfied by issuing a store credit for future orders. However, it’s been my experience that you more or less have to request the credit, because they don’t necessarily offer this voluntarily.
And then there are the rare times when our pizza comes out AWESOME… like the other night. I called and placed my order over the phone with a male employee later identified as «Chris». I asked if «Victoria» was working and he said no. I said, «Aw, that’s too bad… because she makes a good pizza and always does us right.» He was nice enough to promise to do his best in her absence. I ordered our standard pizza (half pepperoni/​half pineapple with extra cheese). I emphasized the extra cheese. When I went in to pick up and pay for the pizza, there was a bit of confusion (with regards to my order and the price) on the part of another male employee (Joel?)… but after that issue was finally resolved, Chris handed me the box and I could tell by its weight that it was going to be good! I didn’t even bother to open it up and check it out at the store like I usually do. I thanked him personally and left.
As I suspected, Chris made us an AWESOME pizza that night. Lots and lots of cheese! I was so impressed, I called back a few hours later to thank and praise him again… but was told he had already left for the day.

We pick up a pie very couple weeks and even though the Little Caesars is NOTHING like the past… It’s slowly trying to make a come back.
I like the jalapeño cheese sauce with mine.
Why not 5? Papa John’s always is #1 to me — just get it well done! ;)

I’ve always loved this place, and up until tonight everything has always been great. I was on my way home from work and I wanted to stop in and grab a pizza. It was 9:45 pm and since I was down the street I thought I would call them so they could have it ready when I got there instead of walking in 5 minutes before closing and keeping the staff there longer. When I called the girl answered the phone «we’re closed».
I was surprised at the greeting, so I replied that I must have been mistaken because I thought they closed at 10pm. The girl then replied with «that’s in 10 minutes». I couldn’t believe the poor customer service, and I’m a regular customer of theirs at least twice a week. It would have been no problem at all if she would have said they’re getting ready to close so they’re done making pizzas, but to answer the phone like that and then remind me that closing was in 10 minutes was rude.
The staff has always been really nice, hopefully management can take some time to train that girl on proper customer service.

This location has only been open for a few months. Finally decided to give them a try.
The location was clean, friendly staff and good food.
I was surprised that the ultimate pizza, wings and crazy bread were as good as they were. It was cheap too. $ 14 for all 3.
It’s certainly not gourmet, but if your looking for a good cheap pizza, this is the place.
The only complaint I have, is the items were supposed to all be «hot and ready» from 4pm-​8pm. We had to wait about 10 minutes.
