Pizza Hut

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut off and on for about 15 years. I’ve never had any major problems with them. At one time, I would have given this place a 5 star rating because the managers (Nick and Sabrina) were awesome. They recognized me as a regular customer and typically gave me a discount as a loyal customer. Additionally, the place is typically clean and conveniently located.
The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because this store does not always sell its pizzas at the price advertised in commercials or on the Pizza Hut app. Additionally, very frequently, when I call, I get the national Pizza Hut calling center, and it’s always a hassle dealing with them. They don’t even know all the items this location sells, like Que-​papas. Must be a California thing. (Not sure if they even sell them anymore.)

Place was pretty quick, manager helped out right away and food was fresh. People were hustling in the back. Every one was in sync with great communication. Place is great, I will be back.

Extremely rude on the phone– this is the 5^th time– I know it’s the same guy– I complain about him every chance I get !! Pizza thrives on delivery — why be rude?

I’m not sure which of my bad experiences with this place to write about. Over the past 3 years I have gotten pizza here 5 times. Every single time, I showed up 10 minutes after the 20 minutes they told me it would take for the pizza to be ready. and I still sat there another 20 – 30 minutes. 3 of the times they have gotten my order wrong, and only once offered to discount it for the mistake. This past weekend we tried them for the last time. We should have known better, but it’s the closest pizza place to us. Ordered two medium pizzas, original crust. They said it would be 20 minutes. We got there 30 minutes after, waited ten minutes. and they’re both the wrong crust. And then to top it off, the guy LIED and said the crust was like that because it didn’t have time to rise. I almost started laughing because it was clearly their artisan crust or whatever it’s called, because I’ve ordered that before! Then he opened our pizza that was cheese and black olives and made a disgusted face and said «I don’t know how you eat that». That’s the customer service you can expect here. So, that was our last time giving this place our money. Stay away from this place and spare yourself.

A lot of demand on untrained staff.
I placed an online order for pick up at 7pm but when I arrived at the restaurant; the pizza was not ready. I waited 35 minutes for the pizza and finally it came out fresh from the oven; however, the young lady that showed me the pizza was horrible.
The lady opened the box to show me the pizza and she rested her chin on the pizza box lid; she looked down at the pizza and said, «Oops!» She reached down and move the pizza to the center of the box with her bare hands.
I was done with them after that. They refunded my money and I left. I left a 2 star rating because the staff showed effort but without training and/​or common sense; disaster is immanent.

It’s a pizza hut, not really sure there’s a whole lot to be said.
The delivery is normally right on time with the prediction of the website. The drivers are normally very polite.
My complaint is with the attention to detail. I have ordered from here many times and made pretty simple requests. Light sauce, extra cheese, buffalo sauce on the side and they never get it right! It’s very annoying

Giving 2 stars only for decent service in the past. The last time I ordered from Here they delivered it to the wrong address so I had to cancel my order. The guy taking the order was a dumb fuck and the entered the wrong address even though I repeated myself 3 times. When telling a manager about the problem no apology or offer to rectify the situation. I will never order delivery again… if I do come back here it will be pick up only.

Terrible atmosphere and service. I was waiting for a pizza my husband had called in (he called, but hung up and called again because no one answered after he was put on hold). I was there approximately 30 min. and saw food and trash on the floor at the tables and no one cleaned the entire time I was there… don’t know how long it had been dirty prior to my arrival.
A customer came in and it was several min. before anyone addressed him and then when they did they said it would be a few minutes but didn’t ring him up and he had his wallet out ready to pay.
The phone rang a lot and several times no one picked up the phone. It just felt very chaotic and there were several employees in the back doing I don’t know what. From what I could see there was lots of food on the floor.
The pizza was not all that great. I will not be returning back to this place.

This the closest Pizza Hut to our home that we’ve lived at for nearly 9 years now. We’re not huge Pizza Hut fans, so we don’t order often… but when we do, it seems to be hit and miss. To their credit… they’ve never given me a hard time whenever I’ve called to complain. In fact, they’ve always been good about making it right (via remade pizza, store credit, etc.)
However, my last (most recent) visit was definitely a miss… and this time I didn’t even bother to complain (directly). I placed an order online on Fri 12÷27÷13 for a large pepperoni lovers pizza. Under the comment section, I typed «PLS DON’T SKIMP ON TOPPINGS». I didn’t mean to offend the pizza maker with that comment… but I can’t help but suspect that maybe I did… because of the way the pizza smelled/​tasted. It was so foul/​nasty, that after I wolfed down a few slices (I was *really* hungry)… I threw it right back up immediately. That’s never happened before. After that, I did the unthinkable… and gave the rest away to my roommate. I don’t know if it was just a fluke, or my comment inspired the pizza maker to put something on my pizza to make me sick… either way, I don’t see myself ordering from Pizza Hut for a *long* time… if ever again! :p

Unilocal really needs a new system for negative stars. We have ordered numerous times from this location and have had mainly good experiences until lately. On December 30 we placed on order that was estimated to take an hour. Well it took about that time, and arrived cold, and with a slice of the pepperoni pizza that seemed to have been partially eaten. We took that pizza back to the store as we could not get through on the phone. We showed the clerk working (Fatina) the pizza and told her that is how it arrived. She simply stated «OK…» I again expressed that it arrived that way, looking as if it had been eaten. She said «Oh I didn’t realize, well it will take 45 minutes if we remake it.» I said that was fine, and they did remake it. However, it appeared they didn’t want to help anyone with a new order as they let 3 customers go back out the door by telling them it would take 45 minutes for a carryout order. Luckily our new pizza did not take that long. I complained through the website and the manager did call back. I had not gotten a chance to return his call, but we decided to try them again tonight hoping the last order was a fluke. No luck. The online ordering system estimated the pizza at 4:51 pm. We called at 5:00 to check on the status, and again we dealt with Fatina. She couldn’t even find our order, so my husband told her to forget it. 2 minutes later, she called back and said a driver would be here in 15 minutes with the pizza. The driver arrived about 5 minutes later with cold pizza. My husband took the order back to the store and did get his money back. However, I’m really ready to write Pizza Hut off at this point.

I wish we could rate half stars, as I hate giving them 3 yet they don’t deserve a 2 either.
I miss the Pizza Huts of the early to mid 80’s. They were awesome! Tableclothes, silverware, candles and dark lighting. If you’re old enough you probably remember.
Getting to this location. It’s one of the few places that deliver to my area. The delivery was fairly quick, I was honestly surprised at how quickly they got here. From the time I placed my order to them arriving was within 25 mins. Can’t beat that. The driver was a friendly guy and not scary, I always appreciate that.
This location has online ordering which I love. I hate talking on the phone, so this option is great to have. We have never had any issues with online ordering. It’s been a breeze.
As for the food, the pizza sucks! It’s not complete shit, but it’s not the greatest cheap pizza out there. If I do order their pizza, I generally just stick to a medium pan pepperoni. I used to love the meat lovers pizza back in the 80’s, but there current one doesn’t even compare. Why they sacrificed quality is beyond me. Now it’s just to cheap quality. Avoid the thin crust completely. It tastes like crap! Worse than a frozen pizza.
The boneless wings are what keep me coming back. They are the only thing we order anymore, since the pizza is crap. The boneless wings are crispy pieces of breast meat. They are crunchy and just plain yummy! I like the garlic parmesan one the best.
Skip the pizza and order the boneless wings, that’s why I do. Grab the $ 5 pizza at Little Caesars and order your wings at Pizza Hut.

I do not often patronize this location, but I have had different experiences with this location. When using the delivery service, it does take them quite a while to get the order to the destination. I would say that the average time for the delivery services is approximately 45 min to 1 hour. My experiences with the pick up service has been good and bad. One time, I have had to wait 30 minutes after the time they estimated that the order would be completed. But, another time, they were on time. The pizza is average tasting for me.

Terrible service! We tried out the online ordering, placed the order at 5:50pm, received an e-​mail confirmation stating the order will deliver by 6:20pm. As the hungry family waited, I called around 6:50 curious about our order’s status.
The girl on the phone said that they were waiting for a driver to return. I asked if it would be quicker if I came to retrieve our order and she said yes. I told her I was on my way and she said she would change the order to carry out. When we got there, paid for the order, the girl was obviously clueless and didn’t know where our order was. After finding a duplicate order still cooking, she explained that our order was out for delivery, it would be another few minutes because they started a new order to replace it.
I mentioned that my order was supposed to be done and delivered by 6:20pm, I called and they said it was going to be here for me. She really didn’t seem to care. Basically, there was no apology, no compensation, no discount applied for our wait or for the confusion.
After sitting and waiting for our order I did happen to see a man in the back hustling to extremes-​making the pizzas, pulling them out, boxing the orders, and running around doing all the work.
I basically felt sorry for him, he was doing all the labor and had to redo our order because the lack of communication. So this one star is for him.

I agree, worst Pizza ever, place is dirty, slow service, air conditioning doesn’t work, will NEVER go back. Visit at your own risk.

I just ate the WORST PIZZA EVER from this Pizza Hut. It was a microsopic hair above a bland frozen pizza. I was enticed by one of their coupons in the mail. Two medium two-​topping pizzas, quepapas (tater tots flavored w/​cheese and chile) and a 2-​liter soda for $ 19.99. Asked for a pepperoni and olive, the other sausage and mushroom, on thin crispy crust. They must have thought I asked for cracker bread because that’s what they used. You could see the symetrical machine-​punched holes in the bottom. There was hardly any cheese or sauce making the cracker bread that much more difficult to swallow. The sausage looked like rabbit pellets. All I can say is that it took my hunger away in the most dissatisfying way. Yuck phooey!
