Me-n-Ed’s

Live close by going on fifteen years now. Have ordered from here too many times to count. Sometimes the pizza is outstanding, the very best. But sometimes the pizza is not and ranges from excellent to damn right bad. I guess it’s been my location that keeps me coming back. But, recently my daughter had a soccer party at the Herndon and west location. Really good. Been going there as of recent and the pizza has been much more consistent. Damn, guess I’m ordering for takeout now and have to go pick it up.

Last time this pizza will be served in my house. Raw crust and burnt in the bottom I would strongly advise those interested to consider other options especially if they are concerned with quality. It is ridiculously over priced and I’m not wasting my money anymore. Like me a lot of desi people don’t complain but they will know by word of mouth to avoid this establishment

Super average pizza. Another one of this places that locals love and I cannot wrap my head around. Nothing to see here folks. Except that they are everywhere and you can’t help but see one.

We moved out of state for ten years and was so excited to get back to Fresno and of course my childhood fave Me-n-Ed’s. We’ve only gotten take-​out and yes it’s as good and even better than I remember. Will review again once we eat inside. Curious, so many bad reviews for eating in. Hmmm…

If you are looking for a clean place to get good pizza where the Custer service is the first priority, this is not your place. The workers at the counter are busy doing their own thing and have to be interrupted to help you. The pricing on the pizza is not bad but the sale bar is way over prices for what is offered and is old and not kept clean.
The customer service feels lime your in France. It does not exist. When we were finished with our meal we asked for a box to take the left over pizza home and the guy working the counter refused to give me a box and handed me two styrofoam boxes and we had to stuff our pizza in them and head home. If you want pizza don’t waste your time here.

This used to be the Me n Ed’s closest to my house and I loved going there. The inside is great and the customer service is good but above all I like the pizza.

REVIEW FOR THE HERNDON/​POLK LOCATION
My husband and I were getting our oil changed at the Jiffy Lube and we decided to walk across to the Me-n-Ed’s on the corner… BIG MISTAKE.
First of all, this place is dirty. The tables are dirty, the floors are dirty, the bathroom is dirty… it smells like old dish water… gross!
What is worse is their customer service! The employees ignored us completely, they had a really inappropriate MTV show blasting so we could barely hear ourselves. They were too busy watching the television to take our order or to tell us when our order was ready! After 30 minutes for one calzone, I walked up to the counter and asked how much longer and the girl just sets the calzone on the counter and says «here». I asked her how long it had been sitting there and she said… «umm like three minutes, I don’t know, I didn’t read the ticket.» WOW real professional guys. I don’t know if there is no management here or if the manager just doesn’t care but this place is the worst!
oh…and the calzone was nasty.

This Me N Eds never fails to disappoint. The people working there are always very nice, they get your food ready quickly, and this place is clean! They’ve got a decent salad bar and a few arcade games. They serve decent beer to eat with your pizza… beer to eat with your pizza doesn’t mean premium local brewed good shit, it means Bud on tap. It looks great inside, partly because it’s new, but also because they work hard to keep it looking nice. The location is in a good spot for me since I live a couple streets down Herndon, and it’s WAY better than the Me N Eds on Bullard/​West. If you live closer to the Bullard/​West one, it’s worth the extra few minutes of driving to come to this fantastic Me N Eds!

Where do I start. So I called in an order for pick up. Note that I have two very hungry small kids that really want pizza. The person that took my order said that my pizza would be ready in 35 minutes. No problem, I plan accordingly. I show up 45 minutes later, because they never have my pizza ready when they say it will be ready. I walk in, pay for my pizza and the person at the register informs me that they will call my name when it is ready. Ok, I assume a few more minutes. I wait about 15 minutes, then ask when my pizza will be ready. Did I mention that I have 2 small very hungry kids that really want pizza. The person at the register checks on my order, talks to some fellow employees, looks around, then talks to the manager. I already figured out that this was not good for me. Come to find out, they did not make my order. The person at the register offered me a refund or to wait for my order. Needless to say I took the refund. No customer service. The manager did not have the balls to talk to me, wise man. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THESE DUMB***** AT THIS ME-​N-​EDS. NO MORE!!! My order is always wrong, never ready on time, and the place is a dump. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GO BACK THERE. I will tell every friend I know not to go there. I may start a facebook page titled «ME-​N-​EDS on Polk and Herndon Sucks.» I may walk in there a couple times a week and yell «Look a rat in the kitchen.» NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. There, I’m better now.

This is by far one of the best Me-n-Ed’s I’ve been to. You order Your food then leave your receipt on the edge of your table and they actually go that extra mile and bring you your order. Good customer service. Pizza was fresh and tasty. I will return to this location :)

Not much to say… wanted a thin crust… fresh mozzarella tomato and basil pizza… they can’t make that… am i missing something here? this is a pizza place right ?

Great service and pizza. The employees are funny, they joked around with me. Sundays are a great night to go, they’re not busy.

Average wings and Pizza. However, the beer selection was embarrassing. The Italiano pizza wasn’t great and tasted a bit off.

Boo-​yah! Another Me-N-Ed’s has opened on Herndon.
The Traditional Meat Lover’s pizza is a delightful, delightful pizza. Toppings all the way to the edge, great combination and variety of meats.
Michelob Amber Bock on tap washed it all down nicely. YES!
For those not familiar, you order first, THEN sit down (or carry out). Good stuff, though!
