Charge you lots of deposit for move-​out cleaning. I was charged almost 400 dollars and the apartment was not even dirty or anything. I cleaned it before I moved out.
While i was living there, lots of robbery happening in the complex. Other communities all have camera and stuff but not this one. Friday parties is wild and this is not the place for families.
Not recommended.

Recent resident and so far so good. The office staff was very helpful in arranging everything. They allowed me to sign my papers in advance of the move in date because I was on a time crunch. Was nice to get everything squared away early. Unit is a good size with a breakfast bar rather than a closed kitchen. Units include washer and dryer which were the selling points to me! Office has free wifi, coffee and hot chocolate, and water.
It is gated and there are remotes for access. Car port parking and my visitors haven’t had trouble finding a spot yet.
Appliances are old at times, but my unit has new carpet which is great. Walls are not too thin, but i am able to hear my neighbor at times.
Hopefully everything stays positive.
