IHOP

Thank you for making me and family’s experience at 2am pleasant. Adam, our server was prompt in seating us and taking our orders. Despite it being 2am, he remained patient and even made jokes. Awesome.

Adam was busy as usual tonight but the service was great! Even though he had to deal with some disorderly drunk kids, he remained calm and did a great job! Thanks again IHOP!

I usually love ihops but idk what it is about this location and the location downtown but they just aren’t so great the one in river park and clovis are really amazing and good service and food is really good but just this place always has an issue with the food or the bill it’s a bit frustrating going to this one and the one downtown. So to mean yeah I try to avoid this place.

How difficult is it to serve a hot breakfast? Well apparently based on my ihop experience, very difficult. Ordered the sampler, the only item that was hot was the sausage… hash browns were rubbery, scrambled eggs nicely congealed, the fattiest bacon I’ve EVER seen, (thin too, seriously if turned sideways you’d miss it!). Do yourself a favor and cook at home… or go to McD which would be more satisfying and half the price.

Not very good food is rich in flavor but not that great of flavor a lot of grease and cheap meats. It’s like A bad Denny’s but with more syrup flavors. Had to wait for a refill for a good little while the quesadilla was very oily and the spins he had a burnt or overlooked taste to it I don’t plan on coming back here again just not for me

Worst customer service. Came here and was greeted by a waiter named Adam or something. He just gave off a bad vibe. Didn’t care to refill our waters, talks like he hates his job. He asked my bf and I if we were ready to order yet, and we said no; then he left with a snotty face. When he came back to take our order he just stood there and starred at us as if we’re stupid or something. Food was okay. I’m a dennys person, but I decided to try this place out. Never again. NEVER.

Worst service ever. Came here after watching a movie with my gf expecting a good time, and then this depressing, rude, annoying waiter comes and sets down menus. He comes back and we tell him we weren’t ready yet and he gets all annoyed rolling his eyes. Finally we order and he brings us our food. Doesn’t say anything just drops it off and leaves. Genius didn’t realize that he didn’t even give us any silverware! Don’t eat here food variety is not good, better off going to Dennys. Even the pancakes aren’t all that, and that’s suppose to be their specialty! Never again!

Worst place ever. Came here at 9:40 ordered food by 9:50 and still an hour later and no food. Water not even asked to be refilled. Tried to ask the waitress and waiter a question more than 3 times and was ignored. People who came in after us and ordered after us got their food 10 minutes ago. Probably the worst ihop I’ve been to.

This is about the worst ihop in Fresno. This place is disgustingly crowded almost every morning on the weekend and the employees here are a mess! I saw the manager getting soooo frustrated with this timid girl and he was almost yelling at everyone. He was trying to keep it cool but it was not working at all it was so packed and I can see so much pain on his face having to deal with everyone as I had to stand there for 30 minutes and wait for him to get every person with there check handled before I could get a word with him for picking up a order. There is no space to stand too so when I just moved forward towards the cash register out of the way of the door this horrible Mexican man just was like «oh you think that’s going to work» as he slides in front of me like a fucking jack ass. I wasn’t trying to get in front of him I was moving out of the way I told him in front of his kid. He didn’t say anything. FRESNO IS HORRIBLE.

Worst customer service, every time. Food is standard but be prepared to be left unattended for long stretches of time.

The evening waitress is the best! We love coming here for a late dinner. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was for the annoying homeless people who hang out in front and want money. Otherwise, A+ great food, hot and nice, attentive service.

Got there as soon as we walked in the front 4 girls were very unfriendly! I even said Good morning and nobody responded… When they sat us at the tables they were filthy dirty, with crumbs of food on the new tables… and there was ashes, dust falling from the air conditioning vents!!! I approached the District Manager outside, as I was leaving he was actually smoking outside the building (which looked pretty unprofessional) I let him know everything but, reality he didn’t seem interested! The place was super dirty and it smelled like urine inside… I ended up at Jack in the Box with friendliness and cleanliness! I hope the DM takes actions… especially with lack of customer service…

Well 3 times and I’m done! I’ve been here after work, because I prefer it over Denny’s, and all 3 times I’ve been told «sorry the cook has to take a break» it’s 3 am. There are 15 people in the restaurant and the cook is gonna take a break? What’s wrong with management that allows a cook to stop business? I mean take a 10 or wait til the place is empty but to turn away patrons because you’re only cook «wants to take a break» that’s the third time I’ve been sent away or told to wait 30 min. So he hadn’t even left yet but was going to while customers sat at the bench waiting. I understand if it was one time bad luck but 3 times in a row at least 2 – 3 months apart. Never again! Terrible business practice and service. We will never be back ! complete idiots

We ignored all the red flags and now our whole family is sick.
This place is infested with cockroaches. I pointed one out and was met with total nonchalance/​apathy.
We were the only people there, ordering breakfast for dinner.
There was food/​litter on the floors. Dirt on the windows, film on the table. The staff was just sitting around when we walked in.
The food was up quickly. The waitress was too busy talking to grab it from the window… So it sat there in my line of sight for a while. Then I saw a bug crawl up the threshold of the kitchen doorway. I walked over to get a closer look. It was a big, mature cockroach. It didn’t hurry away either. It seemed nice and comfortable.
Yes, then we ate. We should have left. I wanted to leave, but the waitress was really nice and although not apologetic, we felt guilty/​obligated because we ordered the food.

We will never ever ever go to ihop again. Never! We all (4) woke up sick in the middle of the night. It was dumb dumb dumb to eat here. I’m so disgusted.

Not the best IHOP I have been to. Restaurant is somewhat clean. Had to wipe off chairs because of crumbs and they aren’t very kid friendly as they don’t have children’s menus to keep them occupied as most IHOPs do. Waitress was nice and service was quick, but food was sub par as I didn’t receive everything I ordered and had to make many substitutions. Another reason for the low score is they do not offer Military Discounts despite it being memorial day weekend. Other IHOPs offer military discounts year round. Should have went to a different IHOP.

Traveling through Fresno, this was the only 24 hr restaurant open besides Denny’s. This location is a franchise and isn’t in the best condition. Dirty carpets and seat cushions, chipped paint, lights out over the tables and restrooms that hadn’t been visited by restaurant staff, or management, in hours before our arrival. There were only 2 tables with customers so I would have guessed someone could have picked up all the trash under the tables or at least broke out the vacuum. The waitress was pleasant and the food was good, otherwise this would have been a one star visit. An executive from corporate IHop needs to visit this location as it isn’t representing the brand.

This is the worst ihop I have ever been to. The waitress came and took our order. more than an hour later still no food. She ends up sending someone over to our table to retake our order because they had lost our ticket! !! Are you kidding me? This place is a joke.

We are here right now and there’s a handwritten sign at the door that says «back at 1:40 am, having lunch.» Who does that?! This place is open for service 24 hours! Plus there’s the register and people’s receipts with their personal info on them right in front of us in plain sight. This is a JOKE.

I’m probably that guy that’s never happy…
When it comes to eggs, I can’t stand snotty whites, so years ago I changed from «over easy» to «over medium» all the delicious runny yoke with firm whites…
Big fail at IHOP today. Nothing worse in my mind then runny whites.
Other than that, it was IHOP food… take that as you will.
Coffee was nothing more than luke warm colored water :-(
