Do not come here. This place is hell packed every day with many people and there disgusting loud kids every day after 10:00 especially on weekends. Plus service is awful and unsanitary. I see the waitress using dirty and used bowls to hold people’s drinks on them to make their lives easier and its disgusting. I complained to the management but they still haven’t done anything about it. Also the waitress and hostess DONOTUNDERSTAND a simple order. When I place to-go orders it is one of the most complicated things to do for some reason they can not take down a simple order and get it to me in a reasonable time. 15 minutes? Never always about 40 minutes.

Good breakfast. Haven’t been to an ihop in a long time. There isn’t one too close to us, Denny’s is usually closer but it was better food than Denny’s. A bit pricier, to add cheese it’s $ 1.29. The waitress didn’t seem too eager. She wasn’t rude or anything but we did have to wait a bit for her to come around and bring a box, then the check. It was busy but we didn’t wait as long as we expected.

First of all I am not a fan of this restaurant but I’m here with a friend. The floors are disgusting and my seat in my booth has no padding. Very gross and uncomfortable. I am not going to eat. Hostess and waitress were very friendly but I’m still not eating here

The service was great. I ordered the steak omelette and have to wonder where the steak was? It was all egg, tomato and green peppers. I expeted more out of a $ 12.00 omelette. The salsa is very good.

Horrible service. I came here with my boyfriend since we live just down the street and we had to wait due to the restaurant was busy and stated they were understaffed. Only had to wait a few minutes until we were seated. But having to wait to put our orders in took half an hour, and waiting for our food took another 45 minutes. And it was horrible because we could see our food sit on the counter and have it become dead food(restaurant vocab). It was also very unprofessional of the employee to talk mess about other employees and talk about how shitty her job was. Doesn’t matter how bad of a night you’re having, suck that shit up, build a bridge and get over it until the end of your shift. Not to mention she was talking mess to every customer. And to end it all my food was horrible and COLD, the server had no idea what she was doing and jam packets were served ON my toast when clearly there was enough room for it to be put on the side.

This place is horrible… gone to the one off Fresno street where they are great… this place is the complete opposite! First off don’t understand why they won’t substitute eggs for anything else… many ppl don’t like eggs, including my sister and I… the waitress was very matter of fact with this and just looked at me when I told her I needed more time to look over the menu… other location has always substituted eggs for us! Also took me about twenty minutes, asking two servers and eventually going myself to the manager to get a to go box for my left over food… which also wasn’t anything spectacular. Needless to say this place is not worth your time or money! Would prefer McDonald’s breakfast to this place!

I hate to write bad reviews but this IHOP had nasty pancakes. I got the Ham and cheese omelet with 3 pancakes, the omelet was OK nothing to write home about but decent. But the pancakes just plain bad, falling apart in layers barely cooked in the middle, dry and tasteless. This from a place famous for their pancakes. Staff was friendly but the restaurant was understaffed. You really can find better.

I had the simple and fit veggie omelette. I liked it because unlike the IHOP I go to back home in Kansas, it wasn’t drenched in cheese. I don’t know if the waitress was having a bad day, but she was a bit off. She took our drink orders and 10 minutes later we still didn’t have our drinks. She passed our table multiple times with out even glancing at us, much less bring our drinks. We had to ask the hostess who promptly brought our drinks. The table next to us ordered coffee and had to wait just as long for it. I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt though, I’ll just assume she was having a bad morning.

Bad bad bad Manager! Went there with my family on a busy Sunday morning. Hubby ordered breakfast platter. We are all about done with the food then my hubby finds two pieces of hair! One in the hash browns and the other under the sausages! WTF! We got the manager and showed him the plate he looked at it and said«oh.» took the friggin plate and didn’t even come back! I can tell he didnt believe it was hair from the cooks! Probably thought we threw it in there ourselves! After that i didn’t know where the hell he disappeared to! We waited a good 15 mins! I was pissed beyond measures! My hubby just wanted to pay and get the hell outta there! I got pictures and gonna send it to there corporate office and I’m gonna contact my cousin who is a health inspector! Never will I step foot in IHOP again!!! That’s what happens when you dont own up to your mistakes! A simple apology would’ve solved everything! I didn’t want a free meal or a 10% discount! Just a freakin sorry!!! No stars if that was possible! WEARHAIRNETS people!!!

We stopped going to IHOP about a year ago cause the food was not that good. We heard they had a new menu and cook, so we decided to try again. We went for a late nite dinner, and we were seated quickly. Our waiter took our drink orders as we browsed the menu. It is a new menu, and they offered some new items. I tried the new chicken sandwich. It was loaded with chicken and sauteed peppers and onions!!! The bread was toasted properly, and the sandwich was very tasty! The onion rings were soggy and not cooked properly… Our soda glasses were never empty! Our server was very friendly and did a great job! Its good to see some changes at this location. I hope they keep trying to improve. However if u cant get something as simple as onion rings cooked right, they still have a some work to do! I will return and try one more time.

Stopped in here to get some dinner. Haven’t been to an I hop in years. Ordered my usual eggs over medium chicken fried steak and got hash browns and 3 pancakes. Wow, lots of food. Well the eggs were perfect and the hash browns were a golden brown top and bottom and nice and white and soft inside. Pancakes were veery good with some pecan butter syrup. The chicken fried steak was one of the biggest I have ever had. It was very big. Only one ever had larger was at Salida Country Kitchen. Service was very fast once seated and there was only one server. All in all a very good experience.

IHOP tends to be my go to place when I have a pancake craving, because its cheap and close to where I work, so I can stop off on the way there for a bite to eat. Are there better pancakes out there? Absolutely. But you first have to find a restaurant that makes them good, and then drive to wherever it may be located, which may not always be convenient. IHOP fits the bills when I just wanna eat some pancakes fast and cheap.

Probably would have been happier if the omelette w/NO onion had no onion the first time it came out, then when it was corrected it was missing the cheese on top. On the third bite I bit into a small rock(most likely from the bagged spinach they use). Customer srvc was alright but the eating experience wasn’t 100% This is why I’m not a fan.

I was about 70% hungry and it was 2:30 Am driving from LA to Fresno. Called up Denny on shaw ave and she didn’t understand what i want. Then stopped by ihop wow it was amazing food. Under $ 11 I had best chicken sandwich with melted provolone cheese tomatoes, pickle everything a sandwich should consist off. Chicken strips where grilled and stuffed in sandwich. has brown well done 2 Pan cakes with butter and syrup I love this place. iHop been in market since 1958 and it has very short history span. I never liked home made pan cakes and never knew what a real pan cake taste like. This place has some good stuff for starters like me. If you want delicious sandwich go with chicken sandwich $ 8.99. The lady at front counter was very friendly and helpful.

I do IHOP for breakfast on weekdays because it’s fairly quick and cheap, with always changing breakfast specials. Right now, they have a super-delicious stuffed french toast(stuffed with a sweet cream cheese), topped with fruit and whipped cream, with hash browns and two eggs for $ 4.99. You can add some bacon, sausage, or ham, and it’s $ 6.99. On the back of the main menu, there are healthy choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as the special I just described probably has enough calories for the whole day.
