The ladies who work here are so helpful. They are very polite and treat you like you actually matter. I appreciate it so much since I hate bra shopping. It’s so nice to just have them find my size so I can quickly check out and be on my way. They also returned two bras for me with no problems. I’m glad I found this location I will definitely be back! I just have to say that the customer service is ALWAYS top notch here. These ladies are always very accommodating and make you feel very comfortable whether it’s shopping in the store or measuring you for bras. They really go above and beyond with the customer service.
Although this store is pretty pricey on some things, the quality is just as good as like a Victoria Secrets. Plus, you can’t beat their sales! Example: Buy 2 bras get 2 free! Yes please!

The best, most spacious Lane Bryant I have been to. The selection of merchandise is far greater than other locations in the area. That being said, I went in to look for an item, they didn’t have it in stock– but the clerk was very helpful to get the product to me. She found it on their online store website, placed an order for me, and it was shipped for free to my house. They also have fun promotions like random chocolates at like Valentine’s Day that you take the wrapper off and miraculously, you find a coupon off your purchase. If you are looking for plus size clothing, I highly recommend this location. Also, they have accessories that could work no matter what clothing size you wear. Great for gifts.

Anyway, back to the sincerity of this review.
Lane Bryant does provide a good selection of clothing for real-​sized women. I use the term «real-​sized» in contrast to the gauntly-​slender/​bulimic types and sizes that the mainstream media makes females feel they must aspire to.
Lane Bryant also has good taste in their styles and clothing lines.
This particular location (a stand-​alone store) directly across the street from the ever-​popular Fashion Fair Mall, holds it’s own in terms of variety, friendly & helpful staff, and good sale prices.
This location also has a complete lingerie department (Cacique), giving women even more choices than a regular Lane Bryant (which usually you’ll find within a mall).
The store was well-​stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
The parking lot is shared with a couple of other stores and restaurants, but there were ample spaces available.
