The ladies did a horrible job on me and my sisters mani. they massaged our hands and arms as if they have no grip. just tap here and there… they wanted us to pay of course I didn’t tip. obviously they said no tip in their language. so they all of a sudden they didn’t give a two shits after putting our polish on. Polish chipped off the next day… I would just give them 0 stars if I could… waste of our 20 minutes

Don’t go to this place. Their nails are cheap and break easily. They only repair them once for free. Two broke within two days and they refused to repair the last one, they said unless I pay $ 3 I can get it repaired otherwise I can go somewhere else. The guy that has a name tag on said the reason they broke is because the nails were too long and refused to get on the phone. Pitty! Never heard that one before. Good try, but it didn’t work. Got the nail fixed for free and proved they are full of crap. The young girl that works the front has no customer service skills, she is attending school and only working here to earn some cash, careless! She sits there and does her Friends pedicure and talks about customers and previous experiences at the Salon. And of course her Friend has negative feedback. Horrible!!! They’re not friendly and do not make you feel welcomed.

Old gel nail polish to which she added alcohol. Paid 70 plus 5 tip for acrylic gel mani and gel pedi. Crappy job and unsatisfied. Did not cut nails or clean. Sloppy job.

The place is nice and Loki area of Fashion Fair. I’ve been coming to this location for sometime and the work is the best out here in Fresno so far. My tech is the best

My mom got a mani pedi for 34 $ and tipped five. The polished are pretty old and clumpy. She said they had to make a bunch of coats to get the color to show. Convenient for being close to the mall.

Horrible customer service. First they don’t really care about u until you actually inquire if they are going to sit you down in one of the seats or not and they are not even busy!!! Then they decided to soak my fingers in the bowl of acetone. Who does that? The fact that it’s eating up all my fingers and my natural nail bed it doesn’t matter to them. That’s the way we do it here! That was their response. Really??? That’s why nobody like ur shop and ur customer service. I’m not coming back for sure! And won’t recommend it to nobody and further more ill aware everyone I know not to go!

Came in once to wax my eyebrows and probably won’t be back. I didn’t like the feel of wax left on my face, and the wax didn’t take out all it was supposed to. I’m just gonna stick to threading. Came in recently for a basic pedicure, but probably won’t be back for another one anytime soon. For $ 27 I expected a flawless French Tip and a satisfying foot message but nope. They do what any other nail salon would and charge more. So far, I see nothing special about this place. I’ve gotten consistently perfect pedicures at a different location for $ 10 less. I’m disappointed :/

I got a mani pedi, and it was good. My only complaint is their lack of polish choices. Also, they did not carry many OPI polishes.

I went in with a friend who regularly gets waxed there. She had never tried any of the other services. So we went in and both had our sets removed and wanted manicures with gel polish. Although both of our nails look ok, the woman who did mine was short with me and the massage that is supposed to be included in a manicure was literally 5 seconds each hand. The kicker is as soon as my 10 second massage was done she took my payment and then walked out the door. My friend got a slightly longer massage, but only the hands and where I normally go they massage up your forearm too. I know that’s standard because I’ve seen it at various salons. The language barrier was so hard! She knew no English. Not going back.

This place is not worth a price. I paid for a mediocre pedicure that I could have done better at home. The service was horrible. They acted like we were in the way from their day. I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a guest. She would even leave to talk to someone in the middle of my pedicure. Better salons out in Fresno.

DO NOT COME HERE! They are extremely rude the only reason I came was because I happened to be at the mall and in need of a gel manicure in a hurry bc I was running late to event! 2 days later they started lifting I came back and they said it was my fault bc of my cuticles! I have been getting gel for some years never heard that, I said no it could be bc several reason bad job, old polish regardless they were rude and blaming me the whole time! I said i didn’t want to use that same polish bottle and she said you have to or U will pay more! I REFUSED! as a curtsey and being that they already took off all my gel the lady talked shit while doing someone else’s nail! Rude place don’t waste your money plenty of other nice nail salons in the area!

Came here last minute with my mom to get our nails done. It was the only nail salon that was open past 7pm on a Saturday, so we decided to give it a shot.
The girl at the front counter was friendly and got us taken care rather fast, it was pretty busy in there too.
My mom got a regular pedicure and I decided to take a shot on getting some acrylic stiletto nails. I was a bit hesitant because I NEVER get my nails done, like ever. The lady who did my nails (Lilly, I think) was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say, she wasn’t rude or pushy at all. Same with the girl who did my moms pedicure, we both were pleasantly surprised since we usually don’t have such good luck with friendly workers at nail salons.
I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out! Same goes for my mom. I will definitely be coming back :)

I had a horrible experience at this salon last week. Worst ever! I went to have a pedicure with my cousin. I had recently had acrylics put on and one had fallen off. I asked how much for a repair? The tech said $ 5.00. Then a lady came over to me and told me, your nails are lifting, you need to take them off & get manicure. I said, «ok». Next thing I knew she proceeded to yank each nail off. The pain was excruciating. She pulled my middle finger so hard that my natural nail came off in the middle. Then she walked away. The tech who was working on my toes put alcohol on my nails. Again, pain!!! I paid $ 39 for torture. My cousin recommended that I complain to the manager and so I did. Nick was rude and unapologetic. Do not go here!

This review is just for the spa pedicure just to be clear. I get my finger nails done at another location. I know I’m funny like that. However I did really enjoy the spa treatment that I received.
The spa treatment includes a hot person wax stone massage and sea salt scrub all in the same sitting! The whole treatment takes about an hour and 20 minutes but I must say that its very relaxing the chairs are massaging and there’s always something good on the television! I definitely get this service maybe once every two months because it is more pricier than just getting your toenails colored but hey I’m worth it right!

Been coming here for years to get a pedi. Get here early on the weekends if you don’t want to wait. Friendly and clean. A bit hard to understand some of the ladies but someone is always around to translate. Great place for a pedi in Central Fresno.

They did a very sloppy job on my mani pedi. I ended up going to another salon a few days later and had them fixed. Never going here again.

Very nice inside and people very friendly. My wife got her eyes wax. They look good so I got mine done. But the saying you pay what you get. Their a little pricey.

I’ve been coming here for years now. I enjoy the atmosphere, and the movies they play. It can be hard to communicate with them at times, but it’s never been a deterrent for me. I get the Rockstar pedicures, I’ve had it done by several different people and I was happy with each. I like that they take walk in’s, but I call to schedule my Rockstars, that way I won’t have to wait long. I was in a wedding recently and the whole bridal party got pedicures and they all looked great! Also, I really like that they have gift certificates! I’ll continue to come here.

Been going here for several years now. My favorite go-​to girls are: Ann (for pedicures), and Stephanie (for waxing and eyelash extensions). Highly recommend.

Like a bad customer I went in with my daughter at 830 pm, 30 min before closing and without realizing picked an all acrylic art. The ladies that did both our nails were very sweet and did them very well still paying attention to detail regardless of the time it was taking. I’ll definitely be back for fills. Price was fair for the process it required.
