Love Manic Panic and the people who run the store in Fresno! I do my own hair and get my supplies there. They always have what I need and great advice. I have seen many people getting their hair done there and they always look fabulous! The store is quirky yet professionally run.

Love this place!!! Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. Great prices on Mani/​Pedi from Kelli. Zorayda does an awesome job on threading eyebrows and facial hair. The owner Cynthia and other hairstylist Maureen do an amazing job with hair, from cut, color, to styling they rock. If you are looking for a place where they will treat you like family and be happy to see you when you come in, look no further. You have found it in Manic Panic!!!

Formerly Kaos Headquarters. I went here for the first time today and LOVED it! Kelly is awesome (friendly and enthusiastic without being annoying), plus she did an amazing job on my hair. They embrace all that is quirky about Tower in their attitude and décor, while maintaining their professionalism and personalizing the experience for their clients. I’ve been searching for the perfect hair salon in Fresno, and I think I’ve finally found it!
