I love the service and how they’re open late! Definitely try the tripa tacos, crispy!!! But make sure you get there before 10pm on weekends lol that’s when they’re usually out…

Good food, can be hit/miss with the quality of the meat, but almost always better than most other«taco trucks». That said, it’s our go to «quick dinner» place when we’re being lazy and don’t want to cook! Very much appreciate the condiments being available for you to make your food up the way YOU want it! The ladies that work here are very nice!

Service is great. They have lots of condiments including grilled onions and pinto beans. Food is ok. Meat is a bit greasy and salsa lacks taste. I prefer to ask that they don’t add extra oil on my tortillas. Location is good, we’ll lit and with outdoor heaters in the winter.

Not sure if they are the best taco shop but they are good. Good prices, good food, friendly service, and conveniently place for me. I’ve seen them grow from a small cart on the side of the street to an actual food truck in a private parking lot area with tables and heaters. Let’s do a quick late night taco run!

My wife and I eat here all the time. We go after work sometimes at 130 am and the employees are just as friendly at the end of their day as the beginning. All the food is great and we even had them cater my birthday party. We went to eat this Saturday night around 145 am while sitting there 160 dollars with a receipt wrapped around the money dropped out of my wife’s pocket. We didn’t realize this until 100 pm sunday. We went down and looked around on the ground where we were and of course the money was gone. There was a lady there getting the taco truck ready for Sunday night. My wife asked her if anyone found some money last night. The lady called maria and put my wife on the phone. Maria said yes, when the ladies were cleaning up last night they found it and put it away in case the owner came back. In this day and age who does that? We have always loved the food and friendliness here but now we love the employees even more. I can’t thank you all enough for everything you do for us and our community. As we enter this holiday season we wish maria and all of her employees nothing but the best and may God bless you all.

I ordered 3 asada tacos which are $ 1.50 each. They were pretty good! I also tried the tripas that my cousin ordered and pretty good as well. I love that they have a designated seating area. And also a salsa and toppings bar with the usual onions, cabbage, lime, cilantro, etc. They also offer complimentary grilled peppers, onions, and beans. Which is a plus. There’s a lady who will bag your food for you if you want to take it to go. A small detail but I think it makes all the difference. You can tell they operate at a different level than just your ordinary food truck or taco stand. They are very clean, organized, and overall lovely ladies.

This place is pretty darn awesome & I’ll tell you why. They operate a very CLEAN establishment. They have someone who wraps up the food for you and handles the sauces. They offer loads of different toppings, grilled onions, chili/beans, hot grilled jalapeños & etc. They also sell other things like hamburgers, bacon wrapped hot dogs($ 2) and etc. They also accept card at an additional 50 cents charge. I got to try the tripas($ 1.75 a taco) & I liked that I was able to choose how crispy i wanted them. The Assad($ 1.50 a taco) was also delicious and flavorful. All in all I would visit this spot again & they even have a designated area for dining there which looked quite cute.

For your late night taco cravings — this is the place! I like everything but my favorite is the TRIPAS!!! Ohh medium crispy is the way to go. It’s so good. My hubby tried their lengua and didn’t care for it. I had two bites of it and yes i must agree; no tatse and they only give you a little bit. We won’t order it again. Love the lady who helps with wrapping your plate and bagging it too but the girl who took our order Brianna or Brenda sorry something with a «B» was rude. I greet her with a smile and said Hi how are you doing? She replied with«what do you want» okay… well. I’ll just make my order then but other than that I love the tacos. $ 1.50 for tacos. They don’t have carnitas though. Not sure if it’s just tonight or they don’t carry it at all.

Tacos are one of my favorite, if not my favorite food. I’m always looking for new places to try and Maria’s tacos definitely hit the spot for those long night taco cravings. If we were able to score different categories this place would get number one in customer service. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming, that’s why I’m giving this place a good score. I have tried their sopes, which are pretty good. Their tacos are okay, I personally am not a fan of a lot of oil/grease and that’s how they cook their tortillas and asada meat. However, I asked them to make my tacos with no oil and they did, but the asada was still cooked in oil so the taste was still there. Like I said the customer service is what will keep me coming back. Plus there is still a lot more food to try.

First time coming here and it was delicious! I can honestly say I’ve finally found a great place with the right prices for some amazing tacos! I tried the lengua, tripas, and cabeza tacos. Lengua pieces in the tacos were cut too small for my liking but was still really good. Tripa tacos were to die for and the portions were big. And cabeza tacos were really good too. Tortillas looked freshly made which is a big plus. The service was fast and friendly. I live by Fresno State but this place is worth the drive! Can’t wait to come back and try more of what they have to offer!

Absolutely the best tacos I’ve ever had. Great staff, super friendly. They’ve created such a great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy your dinner or late night snack. There’s always a police, sherif or CHP officer(s) presence. I’m a customer for life. Love you guys. 1 – 10, I give you guys a 12!

Maria’s, crucially, manages to be two things at once:(1) a reliable place to satisfy an authentic late-night Mexican food craving like only a well-equipped taco truck can do, and(2) a delicious dining experience in any category, taco truck or not. Occupying an unassuming space in a parking lot near Kings Canyon and Clovis, Maria’s is a quintessential late night Fresno institution done in a friendly and inviting way. The self-service salsa bar comes with all the trimmings and many extras that are atypical in this genre. The tables and chairs setup invites people to linger and soak up the scene. Cops, factory workers, party-goers, gringos: it doesn’t matter your demographic, this truck from heaven delivers the goods to all comers, and the near-constant lines prove this point. Prices are astoundingly good for the quality on offer, as they are what you’d expect to pay at a place far less delicious. The $ 2.00 sopes(get the abodabo) are a steal, but everything they have is excellent. The best taco truck in Fresno, and for my money the only one that approaches the quality of the legendary Aldo’s in Earlimart. Highly, highly recommended.

This place was yummy, but I had a stomach ache for a week. Tacos de tripa to order, and the condiment layout is awesome.

Always been good to me. Good carne asada tacos and the adobada is also very good. The condiment bar lets you make what you want, they will make it for you if you request. These ladies have always been good me. I’m definitely a regular. They have plenty of regulars! Good food and good service = great place! Thank you Maria!

This place used to be a great spot to go to for tacos late at night. The few times I went before it was great, however this time, it was just average. I ordered the tripas crispy— it came out hard. Like maybe it was sitting out for a while then they refried it hoping it would pass, but sadly, it didn’t. It was hard and tough to chew. The adobada which is usually flavorful was lacking. The asada and bacon wrapped hot dogs were still good, hence the 3 stars total. Salsa bar was good, lots of condiments and I like that there are employees standing outside to watch and make sure the toppings doing get messed up by the patrons. Oh tacos come without any toppings so that you can add whatever you like! The place was plenty busy so I’m sure lots of people would disagree with my review– I was too based on my previous experiences, but no… This time was no Bueno. Bring cash, avoid big purses(this side of town isn’t the safest) and prepare to possibly eat standing up even though there are plenty of seats on the side, it could get a little full. A jacket is nice too, it get a little chilly and windy at night.

By far the greatest tripas in the county yet. I actually got asked how I would like my tripas cooked and crazy to say they made them just the way I asked. I ride thirty minutes over the closest restaurants that serve tripas, to come to this place and have their awesome tacos. Plus the selection of chili is outstanding.

Some of the best tacos I have had in Fresno. Amazing chorizo and adobada tacos for only $ 1.50 each. May take a little while to get your order, but definitely worth the wait. Get there early to avoid long lines. Truly a hidden gem and a must try!
