I wish Unilocal would let me leave a negative star review. Even one star is way to much for this place.
First off let me explain the inside of this place, everything is dirty. I came here on a sunday at 7ish at night the inside was dirty and no one was even inside. It smells absolutely HORRIBLE in here! I dont understand why and what this smell is but it smells like a mixture of mold, wet dog and feet.
Check your food when they give you it! The buttermilk chicken i ordered the chicken was absolutely sitting there for awhile. Ive worked fast food before and that chicken patty should not be black and dripping and soggy! The fries are half ass they dont even let it cook all the way it shouldnt be soggy when i first get it, they should be crisp.
My daughter’s chicken nugget meal was horrible. Fries were not cooked enough and nuggets were left out way too long. If you’re not going to put effort into an adult meal at least put effort into the kids meal, come on!
Whoever is running this place needs to make some serious changes i will never come to this location again. A customer is a customer and honestly i have no idea how this place is still opened. Next time i will be going to the palm and herndon location one. Its sad i came to this one for my daughter to play but never again will i suffer

Avoid this McDonald’s location. I come here sometimes if it’s closer, but don’t think I will anymore. Besides the fact that I find the 1950s music theme interior to be annoying and the use of space used poorly, it could be overlooked if the service was good. They’re slow workers and don’t seem competent to do their job. Tonight for example, I went to just get a black coffee in the drive-​thru. But after a few minutes there was zero movement in the drive-​thru and no one was behind us so we backed out and went inside. No one was inside, but it looked like they could be short staffed. I counted 3 – 4 people. Ordered the black coffee and had to wait while the cashier helped fill drive-​thru orders. While waiting, two customers came in from the drive-​thru. The first woman was given somebody else’s bag of food and they almost gave her order to the next person in drive-​thru until they stopped it. Another woman came in cause something in the happy meal box messed up, but she said she ordered a mini meal and not a happy meal. Finally got the coffee and left.
I remember a year or two ago I ate at this location and I literally broke their employees. They sell fresh baked cookies 2 for $ 1, but before it used to be 3 for 99¢. The McDonald’s I usually go to already changed prices and sometimes McDonald’s vary by prices according to franchise and location. Since the menu said 3 for 99¢ I asked how much cookies were and pointed out the menu price and she had to give it to me for that price. Right after I ordered they had employees standing in front of the menu staring up at it in confusion and then had someone physically change the prices. lol

No one was here! I just wanted some coffee :(had to drive out to the one on Herndon and Ingram. Not coming back next time when I work night shift.

This location still sucks balls too! It never fails they screw up your order or manage to make what you did order, look like hell.
We went to this location and ordered 2 of the buttermilk chicken sandwiches. One was made perfectly, and the other was a fricken joke! I wish I would have taken a picture of the perfect sandwich and the screwed up one. I did take a photo of it, and found another photo of a correct one that another Unilocaler posted. I will post both photos so you can see how they screwed it up.
It’s sad that a chain like McD’s can vary so much from location to location, especially when you expect the same at all places. Kind of point of chain places.
On the sandwich that was bogus, they I kid you not, cut the chicken breast in half and put half of it on it. How the hell does that happen? This location has pulled some shady shit in the past, like switching premium chicken breast for the cheap chicken patty’s. They are way different and the taste and texture make it easy to spot. If I am paying close to $ 4 for a sandwich, it better be the quality chicken and not the cheap $ 1 patty.
Doubtful that I will return to this location, as I have given them enough chances.

If you need to order food special ie: no cheese… DO NOT GO TO THIS McDONALDS! I rarely go to McDonalds, but each and every time I have gone here I order my hamburgers with no cheese because of allergies. Each time I have driven home only to find cheese on my hamburger and the tag on top in capital letters says NO CHEESE. Today I took it back AGAIN and told them their workers need to start reading the instructions. I told them I wanted my money returned which they gave me. They couldn’t even use being busy as an excuse as I was the only one in line and inside had only about 4 people. I will never go to this McDonalds unless it’s for an ice cream cone.

Came into a restaurant exploding with music paraphernalia, ok maybe not exploding, but the theme was music. Music notes on wall, figures dancing. Chrome and stools to make it look like a 50’s diner… and no music playing. Either the management is stupid or they gave up. Walked in around 8:45 pm on a sunday night. Place was empty. Chairs already on tables. All I heard was an employee sweeping and various machines beeping in the kitchen. Very sterile enviorment. No music, no people. Nothing… oh wait, a Chinese guy in a 1992 Merry Go Round shirt came in to use the restroom. Anyways, I stepped up and ordered the new Steakhouse Sirloin combo. $ 8 for the combo. Of course… employee got disappointed when I asked for it «fresh off the grill». Gotta say that it was not worth $ 8, even right off the grill. More like $ 3. Not alot of flavor at all. Would never get again. Tasting like that, they probably wont be around too long anyways. Leaving the parking lot, I noticed someone backing out of the drive thru. GOOD IDEA

I used to go here, but now have moved my breakfast habits across the parking lot to Taco Bell. This McDonalds is just plain terrible. The staff is rude, NO ONE SMILES! The food order is always questionable, sometimes you get what you want, but sometimes not. They are so, so, so slow. I made the mistake of one time thinking if I walked in it would be quicker… that was just plain stupid. Really over this place, they need a shake up.

Bought 2 big macs and they both smelled funny. We were on our way to madera when we noticed. We couldn’t go back to show them big macs. The manager refused to replace them on our next visit.

After three years, there has been no improvement. The staff remains friendly, but not well trained. The real problem here is that I occasionally go back because of the convenient location and the hope for change. Soggy Fries should be the name on the arches. Ah well, maybe someday I’ll learn. I give them minus four stars.

This review is not for the food, it’s for the people that work here. They are super friendly. I get my diet coke with a smile every day!

I specifically told the cashier to please make sure there was a decent amount of sauce on my big mack because I’ve had trouble with that in the past. I get my burger and the stupid thing has about three molecules of sauce on it. I went back and asked for them to put more sauce on it and she said she wanted to charge me extra for it.
What!!! First you raise the price on your food then you start skimping out on the condiments? That is completely ridiculous. I’m not really a big fan of McNasty to begin with. There is only one thing I order when I come here and they manages to ruin it for me.

Got order completely wrong!!! I know it happens sometimes but the whole dang order was wrong. They put the kids meals in the same bag as the adult meals. It was frustrating. They didn’t even apologize.

Mcdonald’s food is turn key, so the service is what is being rated. I have patronized this location via the drive thru at different times during the day. From what I have experienced, during the peak hours, the drive thru staff is quite efficient in receiving and expiditing orders. For the most part, this location has a high percentage of getting my orders correctly. What I find interesting is that during the non-​peak hours, the efficiency rate of this location decreases by 50 percent, if not more. I am not quite sure why.
