I love to try new places so, in we went. This used to be Kebab Express. I ordered the chicken fatoush salad. My wife: the chicken wrap. My order arrived on time. After 10 minutes, my wife’s order had still not arrived. People who had ordered after we did were being served. I asked where my wife’s order was and it just then appeared out of the kitchen. Ok. I went back to the table to wait. After a few minutes, a waiter came out and asked two ladies who had already finished their meal if it was theirs. Then it went back to the prep area. A waitress cam out and asked THESAMETWOLADIES if it was theirs. They had given us plastic numbers to place at the edge of the table to make their job simple. Go figure. Her order finally arrived. The place adverts: hot off the grill. Well, it was not. The chicken in my salad(I tried it right when they brought it out) was room temperature. My wife’s wrap was dry as a bone. No sauce or condiment of any kind. When I went up and asked for some tsatziki sauce, the waitress looked at me like I had three heads. After I told her what it was, she brought me out a container that had maybe a teaspoon in it. About a third of the way through wrap, my wife found a blonde hair in it. We informed the cashier who was, by the way, the only blonde working there, about it and she just acted smug and said sorry. I gathered up what was left of our$ 16 worth of food and took it up to the counter and informed the manager of all that occurred. I asked him if he had ever heard of Unilocal. He just grabbed the two plates and disappeared into the kitchen, never to return. Thanks Unilocal
