I went in on a Monday evening to purchase a suit for an event on the following Friday evening. I was greeted by Cheryl, who was finishing helping another customer, which allowed my wife & I to look around. Less than 5 minutes later, Cheryl returned and helped us. She was extremely friendly & upbeat. She helped me find a great shirt & tie, to go with the suit, and offered several up sales of shoes & other sport coats. After being fit, I was told my suit would be ready buy Thursday evening. The only issues were that the wrong size jacket was on the hanger when I picked up the suit, but fortunately it still fit & my dress shirt split a seem along the neck. Upon returning to the store Leonard helped me exchange the shirt for a brand new one & the jacket for the proper size without issue. Everyone there was helpful & friendly, I would highly recommend this store.

Maybe after the one star review the previous customer gave Men’s Wear house stepped up their game! We had an awesome experience and all the staff were dressed in suites and super helpful. Great selection and prices. Burke Roberts was our sales associate and he exceed our expectations as far as choices and service goes.

We went through this shop for our wedding’s tux rentals. While we made the initial trip in, and placed the info for our order, the experience was OK. The empty shop had two girls running it, and they seemed bothered that we were there. They messed up EVERYONE’S order. My husband’s pants were too long, his best man’s were too short. Plus the best man was given a half vest in the wrong color. They didn’t include the cuff links or kerchiefs, like we had paid for. Another guy’s tux wasn’t ready until the day of the wedding, even though he had gotten fitted two months before. I wonder if the manager of that place ever goes in, or even cares about business. The workers wear shirts that don’t even look appropriate for a night club. I guess it’s to show off their awful tattoo’s that look like they drew them on each other out of pure boredom. Maybe if Men’s Wearhouse employed better people, and wouldn’t just rely on their name, they would be able to regain our business. But for now, I feel like we’d be better off going to a place at the Fulton Mall.
