I have pretty much the same experiences as those before me. Overpriced, extremely greasy, doesn’t tastes or look like other MM locations, completely empty on a Sunday afternoon(that’ll alone should worry people, like for instance, big red flag something wrong with management), etc… Which brings me to my main point: I asked why the menu offers only one option for salad bar and not all-you-can-eat and was told that the«boss» got tired of people wasting food and sharing with others. Bad business move! The majority of people are honest good paying people. By making it only one trip because of a few bad apples you only made sure that the honest paying people that want the open salad bar are not repeat customers. Repeat customers is far more important than a few idiots sharing food. You are losing more money this way. Lastly, why are you worried about people wanting the salad bar anyway? Nobody is interested in that weak salad bar more than one trip anyway. It’s not fresh, no egg, no ham, gross looking potato and macaroni salad. Also, the employees need to stop hiding(and eating) in the back the whole time. We will not be back. see what I mean. Not a repeat customer. Management get your head out of the salad bar and create repeat customers.

Had this pizza before at a friends get together but this was the first time eating in the restaurant. Never again. The pizza had so much grease on the bottom it was dripping all over the table. The guy that brought it to the table wore a filthy shirt with a bunch of crust like material stuck all over it. The gal that took our order was friendly, but I quickly lost all confidence after watching her stick her bare hands in the salad dressing containers to retrieve salad bar items that had fallen in. The floors in the dining area were disgusting and the one trash can was full. You’d think they would empty it, but no. Crusty shirt boy decided to push the food in the can down with his bare hands. I’m wondering if there was an ownership change since it had been six months between the time I had pizza at my friend’s house, and our latest experience. I guess it doesn’t matter; they’re never getting another dime from me…

My husband is always raving about this pizza so we decided to visit this location for lunch. It was about 1230 when we got there and we seemed to be the first dine-in customers of the day. We were not greeted at all and sat ourselves but I think that’s the norm for this type of restaurant. After seated, I walked up to the front for a menu. this place seems pricey if you’re used to costco’s $ 10 pizza or little Ceasars hot n’ ready. So think of round table or me n eds, you’ll spend about the same here. I wanted to eat from the salad bar but I quickly took a peek at it and it did not look fresh at all. They had been open for 1 ½ hours so I’m wondering why the salad bar wasn’t filled up. Stuff was half used and looked like it hadn’t been stirred. So I passed on that. I got us 10pcs of bone in hot wings($ 6.99) and a large cheese pizza($ 14.99). Our total was around $ 25.xx to feed 2 adults and 3 children. It wasn’t bad for what it was but my conscience was telling me I could’ve got a better deal somewhere else. When the pizza came out, which took about 30 mins because we had to wait for the wings to cook too, we were beyond ready to eat. The pizza was good and fresh and so were the wings. But honestly this is a mediocre pizza place. It’s just like every other pizza place in my opinion. It’s good pizza but not worth 14.99 when I can get a bigger pizza for $ 10. The flavor just did not meet value. Probably won’t be back unless I’m invited. Probably won’t eat their pizza unless there’s a super good deal or it just happens to be at a friends house.

Let me start by saying I had more gas than a Mercedes Benz turbo diesel. My family suffered all night just because I ate half a pizza. I I don’t think super saucy and cheesy pizza is good. That’s what this pizza is, way too cheesy. I’d rather consume dominos pizza and that’s saying something. I won’t be coming here anymore. Maybe I’ll send some pizza to someone I don’t like, but my luck it’s their favorite place and they got free pizza from it.

Fresh ingredients and nice crispy crust, not too much on cheese and that’s the way we like it. Ordered delivery here and they show up within 30 mins. Happy dinner

I typically do take-out or delivery for this location and honestly never been disappointed. Mountain Mikes is my favorite pizza in town. They are a bit on the pricier end, but to me I’m willing to pay for what I’m getting. They’re pizza is always fresh as well as the toppings. I have yet to be disappointed and I will continue to keep returning!

Mountain Mikes is by far my favorite pizza no matter what city I am in, however, this location is the best I’ve been to! I come in at least once a week for pizza and I am never disappointed in the customer service. Whenever I call in a pizza and give my number, the staff member already knows my usual order and gets it ready at the cash register when they see me walk through the door. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special to them as a customer; they always ask how I am doing or tell me they missed me if I didn’t come in the previous week. Honestly, I can get pizza elsewhere for cheaper and closer to home, but I’d much rather come to this Mountain Mike’s location for quality pizza and even better customer service. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and making my Wednesdays awesome!

Having eaten mountain mikes in the bay area several times I had a standard ordering from here. I called to order and the person on the phone was unbelievably rude. Than the pizza I recieved was burnt. I ordered again and spoke with the same rude individual the pizza this time was worse than before. Having had similar quality pizza at all the other Mountain Mikes I’m sad to say this pizza doesn’t match up to what I’ve come to expect.

I love Mountain Mikes but this location just isn’t very good. Hard to put my finger on it but the pizza just doesn’t taste as good as the other locations do. It’s a bummer because it’s so close to us but we end up getting it from the Cedar and Shepherd location. The Cedar and Shepherd location has better coupon deals, as well. We went to this location for the dinner buffet once and there was hardly anyone there so they never rotated the pizzas. The items in the salad bar weren’t fresh, either. Definitely not worth the premium price.

Lunch buffet just doesn’t have enough traffic to keep the pizzas fresh. They get overcooked by spending too much time under the warming light. Too bad, because their pepperonis are the bomb. The salad bar is meh. Employees are indifferent

Mountain Mike’s Pizza really hit a new low for me. About two weeks ago we placed an order with the Herndon store. When it arrived it was FUBAR: There was a delivery charge they didn’t mention when we placed the order. It’s only $ 3, but seriously: you’re a pizza joint. If a customer is out of your range you need to speak up. I’ve got 15 pizza parlors closer to my home that won’t nickel and dime me. And the pizzas were just not what we ordered. Frankly, it was obvious the guy who took the order wasn’t paying attention. I called the store, talked it over with the Assistant Manager, and was offered a couple replacement pizzas for take-out. The way he phrased it was«we’d hate to lose your business, will that make it right?» I agreed that would indeed set things right. The only condition was that we pick up the pies when we called in our free pizzas. I’m good with that, too. Fast forward to last night. My wife calls the store but the phone girl doesn’t know how to verify the free food. That’s okay, it’s probably uncommon. The manager comes on the line, tells my wife they don’t do free pies, and that if the order was wrong they would have brought out new pizzas at the time of the call. She tells him that’s not what was agreed upon and that she’s sure that if he checks under my name/cell number they’ll find the information. The manager tells her ‘Nice Try. Have a Blessed Day’ and hangs up on her. Condescending and sarcastic. Outstanding.

I love Mountain Mikes pizza. I recently relocated to Fresno for school and chose to get pizza from here thinking it was a safe bet because I trusted the name. Their pizza was good, a little on the greasy side, my box was covered in grease, not a big deal because it still tasted okay. I ordered a dessert pizza as well. The menu says cinnamon sugar and icing… it had mozzarella cheese and cinnamon sugar. Not exactly appetizing. I was so disappointed in this. Not sure if this branch has it’s own specials but that is a weird combo. I will return for regular pizza but dessert pizza should not have cheese in my opinion!

The pizza we had was fine. It wasn’t anything that I am going to write a novel about or anything, but it was a solid effort. Our issue was with the staff. My wife ordered her own small pizza just for her. She ordered on of their specialty pies, but I can’t recall which one. When she ordered it, she specifically asked for no onions. The gentleman ringing us up looked right at us and confirmed understanding. Then after about 20 minutes of my pizza coming and me and my daughters eating it one of the cooks came out of the back and informed us that they had cooked the wrong specialty pizza for my wife, and would have to start her a new pizza right away. That was somewhat frustrating but we let it slide. After that came the most frustrating part. So I have to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza to come out, it comes out covered in onions. So if that had to go back and we had to wait another 20 minutes for my wifes pizza. By then, we were all ready to go and boxed her pie up for the road

I wouldn’t even give it one star!!! Very Very rude cashier !! She actually disagreed with me over my order! I have plenty of tattoos too. That doesn’t mean you have to be rude!!! They brought us one pizza 5 minutes after another. Then the appetizers 15 minutes later after the pizza. Something’s got to change here!!! I will spread the word and not bring my family back.

Listen, the pizza is great. I will not deny this. However, the staff is completely unprofessional and downright rude. I ordered a pizza at around 8:45PM(well before their posted closing time) only to get a phone call 3 minutes later saying that«their delivery driver left for the night». My card was still charged for this transaction and I still don’t have a pizza. The fat goth girl that works there needs to get her shit together and stop being such a bitch.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDESTAFF!!! A co-worker of mine called in 30 minutes before opening(unaware of the hours) and they picked up the phone with attitude. She was told to call back in 30 minutes, they’re not open yet. Okay. No problem.(But seriously, why answer the phone?) Except when we call back, we are one of the first orders and it will STILL take 1 ½ hours for delivery??? We asked why so long, and her response was«that’s just how it is» among other rude responses) We are a mile away from this store and we chose to order from a further location(their delivery time was 30 minutes) just to avoid this rude associate. This hasn’t been our only experience with this store and employee. Thanks for nothing 1st/Herndon.

One thing you need to know about Mountain Mike’s Pizza is they place a mountain of toppings on your pizza, hence the name. Mountain Mike’s. I walked in and I was the only one in there, which for me is real bad news. I ordered a Mount Everest substituting onions and beef for jalapenos. It was okay nothing special and priced real high(12.48 for a 10″ pizza). You can order the same 10″ for less than $ 7. at Blast 825 and be just as good. Would I go back? i would have to be practically be across the street to go back. Otherwise find a place a lot closer to your home as this place is nothing special at all. Wait till payday to go here, because you will need the extra cash lol

I really hoped to recommend this place highly. I can’t. We went on a Saturday evening. Almost nobody there… bad sign. The pepperoni pizza they advertise came with far less meat on it than what we expected. Crust was flavorless. Sauce was good. Cheese was skimped on a bit, even though we ordered extra. It appeared there was only one, maybe two people working here. Almost every available table had dirty plates and platters sitting on it. We wiped one off to find a place to sit. Just disappointing. I’ll go back to Mountain Mike’s, but not this one.

I love their pizza. I got tired of the regular pizza chains in town and this pizza is delicious. Their crust is chewy and crispy, and they have just the right amount of sauce. Love their combo pizza.
