Havent came to johns for awhile now but since it was my neice birthday i decided to. This place use to be cleaner awhile back ago but now its all over the place. To many people at one place makes it hard to be clean. The games are updated which was nice and they actually have rides now for the little ones. Overall it was an okay experience after not being there for awhile.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! The buffet area is a complete mess. There is food everywhere and tongs just laying out being touched by every dirty hand. Can you say food poisoning waiting to happen? And for the price, absolutely not worth the overpriced garbage. I can see the food being good if you have absolutely no taste buds. The pizza was instantly hard once it cooled down on the plate. There were no clean tables, so I took it upon myself to wipe down a table for my family. Don’t even get me started about the people eating/playing here. Absolute slobs! Is it that hard not to spill ranch as you pour it over your salad? Is it that hard to put food in your mouth and not let it drop to the floor? And these are grown adults I’m talking about. It makes me sad that this is our society today. And please keep an eye on your kids. They were running wild with no supervision. Germs everywhere!!! Now for the positive: they had a large assortment of games. They weren’t just little kiddie ones that you would find at the other mouse-e-cheese establishment. I even enjoyed playing a game or two with my niece. BRINGHANDSANITIZER!!! And my hat goes off to the employees working here. Every employee I saw was smiling and didn’t seem bothered by all the annoying children everywhere. They were patient and helpful when it came time for us to redeem our tickets. Kudos to you guys! Now, would I go here again? Highly doubtful because I live in another state and I don’t like being around wild unsupervised children/adults. If it wasn’t for the joy it brought my niece, I would stay far away.

I have had 2 birthday parties here for my kids and they did a great job. No complaints! I highly recommend this place. The kids played all day/night and could go visit the buffet whenever they were hungry or thirsty. We were there so long playing we had lunch and dinner. Easy way to do a kids party that’s loads of fun.

Great place to take the kids for pizza and games. They have a variety of things at the buffet; however, I usually stick with the pizza and breadsticks. Some of the other items are not very good. The games are fun to play and they have little rides for the kids too. Overall a fun place for the family

I haven’t been here for over 10 years, I decided to take my little cousins to this place for them to try and re-live the fun years I had when I was younger. We took advantage of their weekday special, it was a lot more affordable than the traditional admission pricing. Mentioned before by a Unilocaler, we were asked if we wanted unlimited beverages for $ 1.99 a person, as I drink only water we were not charged for this yet you still had the opportunity to just grab yourself a Coke and no one would say anything. We also grabbed 2 Fun Passes for $ 20 each, with these 2 passes and admission for 3 adults/1 child, my total came out to $ 71. Not too shabby for enjoying this place for about 5 hours and while the kids took 3 meal breaks as well. The place has remained unchanged, the layout is the same and the food is mediocre. You can’t expect to get much from a buffet, I only stuck with the salads that were semi-fresh(just stay away from the black olives, they tasted gross!), I snagged 2 slices of pizza and called it a day. They are however pretty short staffed which can be difficult in an establishment like this one, we waited 10 min. before a worker was able to help retrieve our tickets for prizes. Plus quite a few arcade machines were down and even in the food areas some beverages weren’t working(it wasn’t bad since I don’t drink that crap). It didn’t jeopardize our experience but having that House of Dead 4 arcade to play would’ve been awesome, if it worked. If you’re looking for some summer fun, take advantage of this place during their weekday special hours. Everyone had a blast here and will return the next time!

Cool place. Standard video games, buffet food, and place to throw your kids a party. I come here when I feel like being a kid. It can be kinda pricey if you come with a crowd. All the games normally work and are all up to date. They give you the option to use tickets or have it all on one card. I like the tickets so you can see me collect my jackpots

The place is so unsafe, this is a health hazard especially to kids. It’s too HOT, it’s the summer and their AC is broken. Yes, THEREISNOAC!!! Unbelievable and unacceptable.

We were here around 10:45am on a Friday so there wasn’t a line or a huge crowd. Lunch buffet for each adult was $ 7.49 and $ 4.99 for kids 3 – 6 plus $ 1.99 for fountain drinks. Funny thing is, the cups and fountain drinks are out in the open up for grabs so people probably say no to paying for fountain drinks but get it anyways. The buffet area was neat and the eating area wasn’t bad. They had a salad/soup bar, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pasta bar, a variety of pizzas, and desserts. Mediocre food but it’s a buffet aimed at pleasing kids. As far as the games and rides go, waaay better than ChuckECheese! $ 20 for 100 credits+1 ride. Not sure how it is at night but during the early afternoon hours, there was plenty of room to wander and elbow room to play! We enjoyed our family outing here and will be back to visit again!

One of Our favorite spots. Absolutely amazing pizza(beats Ed’s Pizza hands down) amazing salad and pasta bar. kids always have the best time there. Don’t recommend going on wknds it’s so packed it’s really no fun. Go during lunch time. They have their lunch specials and not as busy. If I could make it 4 ½ star I would cause the only bad thing to say is the wknds are too busy and some people really need to watch their kids. Some are very disrespectful. Highly recommend for anyone that is in the area of Fresno to go once. It’s amazing the fun stuff they have.

Ever since I was a kid I’ve been coming here with my family for a great day full of pizza and games. Weekends are very busy so it’s always a challenge finding a table. As far as food goes they have so many different types of pizza to choose from in addition to pastas and the famous salad bar. Desserts are ok. Only thing I care for in that section are the cheesecake bites. I love the fact that you get to choose from 5 rooms to dine in(sports, cartoons, cabin fever and another with windows). As far as games go they’re the best I know of. It’s nothing like Blackbeards where everything is falling apart. I’m definitely not a kid and even I enjoy some of their games. Considering how busy it is and the experiences I’ve had with other party places I think this place is amazing. If you have kids and your family want to go out this is the place for you.

I only want to comment on the cleanliness of the place. The cleanliness is pretty shitty. The tables are always dirty; grease stains everywhere including the seats. The staff attempts to clean the tables with a dirty rag, but they only succeed in smearing the grease all over the table. Maybe they should carry a bottle of 409 Degreaser. I left this place feeling dirty and felt like I needed to take a shower in 409 Degreaser when I got home.

Soooo… John’s incredible pizza is a great place to take kids. I remember that I used to love it when I was younger. However, going back as an adult with kids 9not my kids) is not as awesome. I noticed that I spent a lot of money while here first was the $ 9+ bucks for each adult and $ 6 – 7 bucks per kid. This was the price of the buffet which you have to purchase to get in. However the buffet is all you can eat so I guess this is reasonable. Nevertheless if you are with a medium to large group this will definitely add up. As for the buffet the kids loved it. I mean it was all you can eat pizza and a whole bunch of other tried and true kid favorites like mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, ice cream, cookies etc. While there where all kinds of pizza to choose from the only one that I could stand was the pepperoni all the others I tried tasted really synthetic and low quality. I did like their soft-serve ice cream and few of the other desserts they had to offer. The games I chose to play were pretty fun but I honestly came to be a supervisor not to really play around. I also noticed that they games ended really fast so you blow through tickets and have spend, spend, spend. As i said before the money you spend here adds up really fast. I loved the staff here. In the midst of chaos there stayed positive, friendly and helpful so good job john’s on hiring quality people. In spite of my feelings about John’s incredible pizza, I am sure to remain cognizant of the fact that this place is not for me. The purpose of places like John’s Incredible Pizza is to provide a kid friendly/family oriented environment which they do very well. Kids love this place. If you want to be the cool aunt, uncle, mom, dad, etc… bring kiddos here they will love you for it! My little cousins still brag about me bringing them here. final thoughts: While I am not a huge fan of John’s incredible pizza it is definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. You come here for family fun not a five star gourmet meal. So for what it is it’s A-Ok with me!

I give five stars to the people who have to work here. Wow… I couldn’t do it. Tons of hyper kids running around. some with grumpy parents… and some with parents just not paying attention. They were constantly cleaning up spills, wiping and clearing tables and replenishing food options. I’d give two stars for the food. The buffet is minimal, focusing on pizza(you get to pick from around 10 different types including one with a spicy peanut butter sauce and pepperoni), but with a few other food choices(rice, baked potatoes, fried chicken, pasta with about six other options) and a basic salad bar. Most of the selections looked fresh, but others looked quite old. I missed out on the dessert bar. but it looked okay. Beverages are soda, hot cocoa, coffee and water. No healthy juices or anything. There are different themed rooms… sports, Disney Jr. television, fancy patio dining, etc… We sat in the Toon Time Theater room(Disney), which was almost overload for my tiny one. It seemed to be most popular for the under 3 age. The game room is chaotic and filled with flashing lights and crazy music. Perfect for excited, sugar-filled kids. For someone new to the kid scene, it will take me a while to get used to going to these places. but at least I can already tell this place would be preferred to the mouse/rat cheezy alternative – at least from the adult’s perspective. I have seen my future, and I think I will be able to tolerate going back here. maybe once or twice a year.
