I bought a fan from the location on Blackstone that I had to return because it was defective, I wanted to exchange it for one of the same model but they were out, I asked if this location had the fan I was looking for in stock and luckily they did, so I came over to get a replacement.
Once I got the item and went to the register, I discovered that when I had originally bought it, some sort of 10% coupon had automatically been applied, the new item I was trying to buy to replace the broken one was ringing up at $ 10 more than what I had previously paid.
I asked about getting the same price since I was trying to buy this to replace a defective item that they didn’t have available at the original store. The cashier called a manager over and I had to explain what was going on again, she sort of looked and acted like I was some sort of idiot, she asked what if she rang it up at a cheaper price which I took to mean the final price, to which I agreed.
Once it was rang up I found that the price was actually before taxes, and after tax was applied i still had to pay $ 4 more than what I had previously paid for it. At this point I was irritated and didn’t feel like being talked to like I was a moron, so I just paid it and left.
I guess from now on I will just have to go to National Hardware instead of Orchard.

Man I love this place! Fantastic customer service, very clean and organized and awesome products. Upon entering I’ve always been greeted with a large warm smile! Today’s visit was no exception, the manager greeted me and asked if there was anything in particular I needed.
She assisted me to the drip line materials and solar light that we’re advertised (2 for $ 5; awesome) I always purchased my dad some Weber items for his Weber performance grill (also purchased here) Best Weber selection is at OSH!
The store was completely spotless and organized (absolutely love the perfection) Make sure you sign up for their Orcherd Membership; monthly coupons and extra savings on your birthday.
Highly recommend this place and will continue to be an OSH member!

We ordered a new Weber bbq from them and when we were putting together we noticed that the grill was bent! My husband went back and they took one off of a display for us! I call that great customer service!

I like OSH stores. They are well laid out and it’s easy to find things. There are usually plenty of employees to help customers find what they need. The clerks are knowledgable, too, about the items.
This OSH store was once a grocery store where I seldom shopped although located very close to my home. Now that it’s been renovated, very well I might add, I go over there often to just see what they have so as to be inspired. There is a wide variety of items for the home and yard. Today I bought seeds for summer veggies and a household cart.

First of all, I am not a fan of chain stores but for Orchard, I’ll make an exception. It’s a little more pricey than other places but for that you get a very clean store and friendly employees that are eager to help.

Went in to pick up a filter for our Shop Vac. As we were looking at the different sizes, a young man approached us to see if we needed any help. Mind you, he was the second person to offer us help. Went to the register w/​20% off coupon in hand. The hubby then asks the cashier about the propane tank refills. The gal fills us in on the price, ready to ring us up. We didn’t have our empty tank w/​us, but she offered to ring it up for us now, getting us another 20% coupon to apply to the refill. She assured us that we could come pick it up at our convenience either today or tomorrow. Good customer service is so very hard to find these days. Thanks OSH:)

It’s a nice addition to the strip mall it’s located in. It’s great that OSH used existing space instead of building a new store as they first planned.
This location has the new store layout. The departments flow together better than in other stores.
The store was very nice with a lot of products squeezed in there. The garden department was very well stocked. They had a lot of nice flowers and good looking veggies and herbs.
The prices are in line with any other big box hardware store.
The staff in the late evening looked rather young, so I’m doubtful if they would be helpful if you have DIY questions.
We were greeted only in the garden department, from the young man working was very nice and helpful.
