Called and set up an appointment to have a gopher problem taken care of. Appointment was a 2 hour window. 15 minutes before the end of that window still no show so I called and was told that the technician still had 15 minutes and to call back if he did not show. So surprise surprise 15 minutes later still no show. Called back and was told local office was now closed and they would submit my complaint and request to reschedule. Almost one week later still no call. Customer service lacking and not reliable. Call someone else.

Worst place ever!!! I will never do business with this company again! I am glad that I’m the first one to warn you people how much orkin rip offs their clients. The person came to service my house only did the front of the house which is 1⁄3 of my house and Orkin charged me full price. I’ve called and dispute this they say that they will give me a discount, and resend me the new bill when I recieved it there was no discount and I have a warning saying that if I don’t pay it by the end of this month then it will go to collection! What a piece of shit you are Orkin!
