Tower pest control a.k.a. Official pest control. Horrible company to do business with. We had just moved to fresno. D they came by our doorstep soliciting and sounded like a good deal since we hAd realized that fresno was full of cockroaches and other Bugs that really required regular professional pest control around the house. They sign you up for a one month contract that seemed like a good deal, but wasn’t a good deal. In retrospect, I probably would have done more research about a pest control company instead of taking the 1^st person that walked up to our door. But we were new to the area so what did we know about anything except that there were a lot of bugs?
Anyway, the men who came out to spray every other month were nice –beyond nice, they were good hArdworking and personable guys willing to do anything asked wherever we wanted specific spray. Super nice guys who got the job done, no complaints at all with this company until we had a billing issue.
Jennifer ruined our experience with this company for us. We called to deal with a billing issue and we spoke with ‘Jennifer’ who was the rudest most bitter person ever. Without getting into too much detail, she should not be working in customer service. She made our great experience with this company into a horrible one. And now we are paying wAy more for a service than we signed up for. We don’t even live in fresno anymore and she is trying to charge is for future services (outside of our one year contract) that we can’t use bc we have no home in that area. Anyway, she was super rude about it and a total witch.
I would not recommend this company. Horribly customer service.
