Their 2 for $ 5 bbq bacon cheeseburgers are really good, I get them without the onion rings. And the fries are yummy also. Haven’t been disappointed since I started coming here recently this year for my first time ever!

Not sure how Rally’s stays in business. I haven’t been in years and remembered why today. The only reason I went today was because I had a coupon. First the customer service was terrible. The girl at the register was acting annoyed that I was there and when I asked her what she would recommend since I haven’t been in years she just laughed at me. Literally laughed at me and then just stared at me not bothering to answer my question. Then the food was sub-par at best especially for what the price would have been without the coupon. I can get a much better quality meal at In N Out for less. Will not be returning for a long while again.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost thrown up from the garlic Parmesan wings. They aren’t worth the price of $ 9 for a small meal and they are utterly disgusting. This place is bad there’s something wrong with the food it always makes me and my boyfriend nauseous we usually come here for a quick bite but end up feeling really disgusting afterwards lol

The food is nothing spectacular, other than the fried that is, for the price I think they can do better though

This place used to be amazing. Then they changed some recipes on a few items, mainly their chicken items which used to be excellent. For example their chicken tenders/fingers used to be sliced chicken breast that was breaded and Fried, now its disgusting processed meat, that only tastes like chicken. Their fries are still kick ass…

I only got one thing — bacon zilla fries. The bacon and fries were delicious. The cheese — if it can really be called cheese — was disgusting. It was gelatinous and flavorless. I love junky nacho cheese — this was not like that at all. The great thing was I filled my car with gas, got lunch, and got a decent car wash in less than 20 minutes!

All around positive experience here, I went to get food for my girls a couple days ago because, frankly, I was to tired to make dinner. My 8 year old daughter is a big fan of the fry lovers burger, which sounds gross to me, but she likes it, so, whatever. I got that for her and a cheeseburger for her little sister, and an order of fries for them to share. I didn’t get anything for myself since I’ve been sick, but I did steal a couple of fries which were better than I remember them being. All in all, I got the type of service you should expect from fast food, pull up, order, get food, go. That’s about it.

… Continued from previous review(see below). Tuesday, July 3, 2013 @ 6:45 p.m.: I returned with my dealsaver certificate… this time determined to get there earlier before they closed. ***Also worth mentioning: their website lists them as «open late» and the business hours are incorrect!*** When I walked up to the counter, I was very disappointed to come face-to-face with the very same shift crew that I dealt with before at the drive-thru incident last April… not to mention the unpleasant prospect that I would be forced to deal with the indifferent employee at the speaker box again. This time, I took note of his nametag. His name is «Quincy». I stood there looking at the menu while he predictably ignored me. Again, never once did Quincy acknowledge my presence in any way, shape, or form. I finally made eye contact with him… willing him to acknowledge me, while he just stood there next to the register looking back at me with a blank/stoic expression and a «what do you want?» look on his face. I started grinning/giggling and thinking to myself, this guy is unbelievable! He *finally* mumbled something to the effect of, «can I take your order?». Not, «Hi» or «Hello» or «Welcome to Rally’s» or «Order whenever you’re ready». I was just in awe at the total and utter lack of customer service skills this guy possesses, and wondered how the heck he’s managed to stay employed in the service industry. I placed my order, and handed him my certificate and debit card to pay for the difference. He handed me back my receipt and card without saying another word… not, «here you go», or «your order will be right up», or «your order # is such and such»… just dismissed me by turning his back and walking away. After several minutes, the cook(didn’t catch his name), dropped 2 bags on the counter… said, «Order # blah blah blah», and also walked away without another word. I dug out my receipt from my wallet/purse to see if there was an order # on it(since Quincy never bothered to verbally inform me what it was) to confirm it was in fact my order. The cook didn’t bother waiting around to ask if I needed condiments, napkins, etc. Nor, did he bother to say«here you go» or thank you” or «come again»… nothing! He simply disappeared in the back. Seriously? What is wrong with these employees? I can only presume they really hate their jobs, and take it out on the customers. All the while, I couldn’t help but muse over the sign posted in the back. Something to the effect of «Rally’s Outstanding Customer Service Policy»… blah blah blah. Ha, what a joke! When I got home and unbagged the food, I pulled out the small fries I ordered and looked at them in disbelief… for they were the smallest fries I’ve ever seen in my life! They came in a tiny little box and looked like they belonged in a kid’s meal. No, make that a toddler’s meal. They were truly laughable, and certainly not worth the money I paid for them. Also, I couldn’t help but notice how the food(particularly the burgers) look humongous on the menu/website… yet in reality, they are half that size at best. Talk about false advertising. As for the taste? Unremarkable. The overall disappointment and disdain I feel toward Rally’s seems to increase with each visit. With so many other better places to choose from, I truly wonder how this restaurant chain is still in business. Monday, July 8, 2013 @ 9 p.m. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 dealsavers and had 1 left to use. I promised myself I would not visit this location again… on principle alone. Last night I drove to the next nearest location… which unfortunately for me and my gas tank, was downtown and far away. Another negative experience! Review on that visit here…(link forthcoming) BOTTOMLINE: I feel Rally’s has mediocre food, and the worst customer service ever. Therefore, I will *NEVER* set foot in a Rally’s again.

Rally’s you are our go to spot whenever we are in Fresno. Despite being attached to a gas station you have yet to let us down. Your food is always fresh and piping hot. Our all time favorite item on your menu are the french fries. Crispy and seasoned to perfection!

Had a business trip up to Fresno. I wanted to try this place because I’ve never seen this around where I live(S.F) and It was the closest fast food joint to my hotel. When I saw their menu they had some good variety(Burgers, Chili Fries, Hot Dogs and Wings!) I ordered some of their wings their wings menu is like a Wingstop(King of Wings to me) knock-off.(Flavors like Mild Buffalo, Angry Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Asian Kick, BBQ) I also ordered a BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Fries– Their fries pretty much taste exactly or super close to Popeyes fries. It is like curly fry seasoning on a regular fry. Wings– I was hoping these would be the next big contender against Wingstop wings buuuut. nah It didn’t stand a chance. The burger was the most greasiest thing I’ve eaten. Taste kind of like Carl’s Jr.‘s Double Bacon Western Burger. They used some super good bacon though.
