Best hookah in Fresno, if anyone tells you otherwise they don’t know what they’re talking about. Quality hookahs and the coal service is great. The staff is very cool and always ready to help.

Walked in to purchase shisha and coals. Staff was asleep on couches. Didn’t even have coals or shisha to sell. That’s run in a pizza parlor and running out of cheese! SMH… People in Fresno must not be aware of how a true hookah bar should be ran.

As for place itself; staff is wonderful. But full of an older crowd; they kinda creep. Also the interior is not up to par; it looks dingy and dirty and looks like their couches were made by them. I kinda didn’t even want to sit on them.
Then again maybe because I’m used to going to Bloos and Ghalebs; expected them up to that par. But I don’t think I will be returning.

Interior is so run down couches are falling apart the couch I was seating on the stuffing was coming out of the sides and sunken in plus it looked and felt dirty. I felt very uncomfortable seating on them being how dirty they were. The pictures are old and don’t show how this place really looks.
Besides the looks of the inside the hookah was okay. I didn’t get the flavor I ordered. I know hookah since I’ve been smoking it for 9 years when I order lemon mint spiced chai I don’t expect to taste fruity flavor. I’m sorry even if the hose has residue from other flavor I should still be able to ATLEAST taste some of the spiced chai being it is a strong flavor. They double foiled the foil which is a big red X in my book spend the extra cash and get heavy duty then foil it only once. They do use KMs and natural coal thankfully.
If they just remodel this place I’m sure they would do much better and get more customers but it looks like they won’t since all their customers are fresh out of high school and don’t know much about hookah or care if the place is clean or not. Very disappointed this place didn’t turn out as good as the past reviews and pictures.

Easily the best hookah in town. Very thick, almost milky-​looking smoke, lasts over an hour with two people on one pipe, and they make fantastic flavor combinations. I’ve walked in not knowing what I wanted and the owner said he’d surprise me, and ended up making something that was incredibly delicious. One hookah is $ 10.99 ($ 11.99 on weekends) and refills are $ 7. They have ice tips for an additional charge and have various drinks. The music changes depending on when you go and who’s in charge of it, but generally its a majority of top 40/​hip-​hop.
Despite the great quality of the shisha, I can’t give a full five stars. The interior isn’t that great. A few couches up front that are always taken by the regulars before the place officially opens, and nothing but somewhat uncomfortable tables and chairs for everyone else.
Another negative (though I wouldn’t take another star off for this one) is that you can definitely start to feel as if this place is only for certain people, as was mentioned in a previous review. Like I said, there are regulars who get there before opening and, if you’re not friends with them, you can sort of feel as though there’s an exclusive club happening. But if you can get past that (which isn’t very hard to do; the employees are incredibly nice and make you feel very comfortable), then you will have a great smoking experience.
So to sum up, fantastic hookah, but lacking in appealing interior and a bit of an «Us-​and-​Them» vibe. Overall great and definitely worth checking out (and spending a few hours there).

i smoke a lot of hookah, and have been to most of the places in Fresno, but this place has the nicest quality hookah for the price of all the spots I have been. if you don’t like your flavor, they will change it to fit your preference. the owner is really nice and friendly! great place to come and relax, with a mellow and chill environment, not to mention the ping pong table! they have always been consistently great and I am still yet to have a bad experience. keep it up!
