I bought the group on deal for 6 laser treatments. It has left me with permanent marks on my face. Lisa doesn’t work there any more. It was there own doctor doing it. The worse customer service and the waiting was for 2 hours someday’s. Horrible.

I would urge you to stay away from this place! I purchased a groupon for six laser hair removal treatments and decided to do my bikini area and upgrade to the braziliian. It hurts really bad here and I figured that was normal, until I went to a different medical spa with updated equipment that hurts way less! After 3 sessions at Simran with Lisa, she was no longer there, and Janet, the new nurse didn’t know what she was doing and burnt me so bad I had scabs! I even heard another nurse yelling at her when I was leaving because she looked at my chart and saw that she had the wrong settings… ugh! So the next time I came in, they ran out of the numbing cream and didn’t bother to get more (or notify me ahaed of time). This was so horrible I considered not returning for my last appointment. I ended up getting my own precription from my doctor for the lidocain and did return and was thankful it was the Dr., instead of Janet.
I will NEVER go there again! I found Lisa at Mystique medical spa where they are very professional and have newer less painful equipment.

I got a Living Social deal for 6 Laser Hair-​Removal treatments. I had scheduled an appt, but was not able to make it due to circumstances. I wished to reschedule. Unfortunately, if i rescheduled… it would mean a forfeiture of my ENTIRE voucher (I had only used 2 of 6)! I am forced to keep this appt– or lose it all. WOW. Talk about customer service. I understand losing that one treatment… but to have to forfeit my entire voucher… just seems like a slimy scam.

I got a groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments. Lisa (the gal who actually works that laser) is very sweet and does a fantastic job. However, I was more disappointed with the office staff. This was my first time with laser hair removal so I didn’t know how it worked exactly. Lisa would say to schedule appointments for 4 – 6 weeks out, but the office staff would schedule for 3 weeks out. I didn’t notice at first — only after I realized that the longer space between appointments gives more time for the hair follicles to grow and be «zapped». I started saying, «That’s only 3 weeks, what’s open after that?» One morning the office staff was late (I understand that late mornings happen, so it wasn’t a big deal to me at that point), causing us to wait outside. One customer ended up leaving because of it, however.
My final frustration was when I missed an appointment. I very, very rarely miss appointments, and the one time it mattered was the time I missed. They say they called (which they may have done), but my cell phone shows no record of them calling. I found out I’d missed it when I called a few days later to see when my appointment was (I had just moved, so things were a big chaotic). Instead of just losing that particular treatment, they canceled the entire rest of the groupon! I’d been to 3 sessions, but because they scheduled them 3 weeks apart instead of 4 – 6 weeks and I didn’t realize the importance of the schedule until the 3^rd appointment, I didn’t get as much out of it as I otherwise would have.
So… Lisa is great. 5 stars for Lisa, 2 stars for the office. If you want to see someone who will do a good job, you can go here, just keep on top of the office staff, making sure they do what Lisa recommends, and make sure you don’t miss an appointment, because they will give you no leeway.

For Christmas I bought my boyfriend the gift of botox! He was apprehensive because he bruises easily and was also afraid to lose movement in his forehead. We booked with a nurse named Lisa and she was fabulous! She was knowledgeable and was very gentle. Guess what? NO bruises and he still has a great range of movement without the deep wrinkles. I highly recommend this chic med spa. Make sure you ask for Lisa.
