Might’ve been an off day, but the food was mediocre. Still on the prowl for a top notch local Chinese take out place! Ordered take-out of a large variety of things with mixed results. Nothing noteworthy in the pros OR cons column here. I’d probably order again from here, just because the options are pretty limited for our area. Will update the review if anything changes :)

This place its just amazing” the food has delicious flavor”. I come here at least twice a month and its always a hit”.try the kung pao chicken” or the broccoli beef”. the wait could be a little overwhelming” but its worth the wait.

I’ve always given restaurant a chance. But No way you can call this Chinese food. I given a restaurant the benefit of the doubt. Good food, ok servise poor atmosphere or its a great looking spot well decorated, but food is so horrible it’s not fit for consumption. This place has a poor atmosphere, and the food is so bland i couldn’t not recommend this place to any one. The owners don’t care about food or the quality. I have found for flavor in a frozen dinner than this place. By far the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I refer to place as Cheap, Tasteless, not worth the money you spend. I forgot to mention that there 10 tables cramped together to fit in the small area. Sorry but when people leave I didn’t want there behind in my table

Very generous portions and tasty food! Definitely the best place to get Chinese food on this side of my city. Ordering take out is the better option.

Best Chinese food ever! The special chow mein and orange peel chicken are out of this world. Lucky for me it’s walking distance!

Not much to say really, place has me lost for words. Great lil hole in the wall, with lots of love put into their every meal. Love this place! Just go give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

This is definitely a take out restaurant. We were the only diners in the place and waited forty minutes for our food. They had lots of patrons calling in and picking up their orders. The cook apologized for the wait though. Food was OK, but not sure I’d be back.

Delicious. Affordable. Plenty of food. Just the right amount of seasoning and a good mix of meat and vegetables. Was definitely our go-to spot for Chinese since there aren’t many good ones on this side of Fresno. Would I go here if it wasn’t close to home? Probably not. Favorite Chinese food spots are still Shanghai and D’Hou, but good food nonetheless. Just be sure to order well in advance as wait time can be long. Also, they don’t answer their telephone(I witnessed this going inside during pickup), so being able to get takeout is kind of hit-and-miss. One star off for that. Otherwise, if you live in West Fresno, worth checking out.

Have gone here many times, I think they have the best orange chicken on this side of Fresno for sure… Don’t know how the service is, I’ve only gotten take out.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had! All my friends whom I’ve taken there and bf agree. Meat is trimmed, sauce is perfect, food is not especially greasy like so many other Chinese places, price is right, and service was friendly(although I have been there when I guy was not so friendly, but I would sooo deal with it to get their Chinese heaven food.) Orange chicken is by far the best! Seriously. Panda cannot even touch it with a 10 foot bamboo stick. Now my only problem is to find a place in my new home, the Bay Area, that can compare. It took me 26 years to find a place this good and now I move away! Sad story.

Love the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and special chow mien. Ordering in is kind of hard bc we can never really understand the person that answers the phone but don’t worry, the food is delicious!

This place is awesome. Don’t get too hung up on the service. The people at the counter are quiet and all about making your food instead of talking to you. It’s ok though, because their focus makes their food fantastic! Get the Orange chicken and the broccoli beef!

I have lived in the area for about 6 years and finally tried this place out. The only reason we did is because we didn’t feel like going across town. I am so happy we tried it. Their almond chicken has to be the best I have ever had! Can’t wait to try their other dishes!

The food here is good, you’ll notice that the second you take a bite. But, there is a huge problem with customer service and speediness of orders. The phone doesn’t stop ringing — you would think that’s good for a business, right? The man at the counter looks burnt out, you can tell by his demeanor when he takes orders over the phone or how he converses with you. I can’t tell, but there is at least one cooking in the back, maybe two? Regardless, food takes forever to come. Don’t you dare come in and wait for your order, call ahead, which may even prove to have a high wait time. This restaurant is a dine-in, but I think it’s primarily take out. With that said, does the restaurant set aside all take-out orders when a customer comes in to dine? My guess would be yes. Restaurant would benefit from 1 – 2 additional staff. Smile, no one likes to be greeted by a quiet, expressionless employee.

Very pleased with this place! We were going to Tsing Tao restaurant in Clovis next to Japanese Kitchen, and that was our go-to for the longest time. But this place is just as good and is closer to home for us. The food is very flavorful and they give you great portion sizes and is well worth price. We got the Orange chicken(delish), the Mongolian Beef(nice little spicy kick to it but still very flavorful). and the pork fried rice and pork chow mein. Both of those were very flavorful as well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the customer service… I ordered to go and the food wasn’t ready for an hour, and also the guy on the phone wasn’t the friendliest. I mean we don’t have to have an in-depth conversation or anything, but at least be more enthusiastic and ALIVE when answering the phone and taking my order. The guy didn’t even say thank you! They also overcharged me a dollar but I didn’t catch it until after I left. Next time I’ll be sure to have them give me actual prices for the dish over the phone instead of assuming we are talking about the same thing. But anyway, we’ll still be back despite the over-the-phone customer service because the food is just that good!

Super good. Ordered the lemon chicken over steamed rice, and the broccoli beef over noodles. Then an order of the fried prawns. The lemon chicken was super good. Not overly breaded, and chunks of lemon and ginger in it. The broccoli beef looked really good. All the vegetables were bright and crisp, beef was good. I can’t comment on the prawns because I don’t each shellfish but they looked good. It’s really close to home so it may become our go-to for Chinese food. Edited 4÷29÷14: I have to drop this down to a 3. Since that night, we have never been able to get through to order food. I don’t know if their phone isn’t working, or they’re closed or what, but we’ve tried three times to order from them and each time the phone just rings and rings.

Sing Tao is hands down the BEST takeout Chinese in town. There are other places that have good food, but give you small portions, and places that give you large portions, but terrible food. Sing Tao gives you HUGE portions, and amazingly delicious food as well. The prices are comparable with other Chinese restaurants in town, but for the combination of quality and quantity, Sing Tao is the best bang for your buck in town. It’s a little on the small side, but its clean inside, and everyone that works there is very friendly.
