The office staff are so courteous and friendly. Mr. Lev takes the time to explain options and what may best fit your personal and financial needs. My husband didn’t care for the first hearing aids he was fitted with but that was because it was what I thought he would like. There was no cost to return and be fitted with a different style. Mr. Lev stresses that he likes to work closely with his patients during the trial period to ensure the device is working properly and that the customer is completely satisfied. My husband has been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and this is the first time he feels that a hearing aid dispenser is truly «listening» to his needs and wants. We live about an hour away but it is well worth the drive.
