Drive thru service is great! I’ve been here many times and they have never failed to make me a yummy treat! One of my favorite starbucks to go to.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and every time I go inside I seem to get horrible customer service. This is at least the fourth time in a row where I have had several issues. When my husband goes he seems to have problems as well. The customer service is always terrible and the baristas are always having side conversations, it takes so long to order or for them to get through the line. Today my husband and I just got a cup of coffee but went inside to add our own cream and sugar. Once again side conversations were going on and while we waited to get our coffee I witnessed the STORE MANAGER re stocking the pastry case and sneezed while doing and continued to handle the pastries without stepping away or bothering to wash her hands or put on gloves even. (The last time I went I remembered seeing several other health code violations as well). While we were adding our cream and sugar I checked to see if there was any milk timers out on the condiment bar. (Starbucks is to keep timers on how long the milk sits out for to make sure it does not spoil) Surprise there was no timer to be found. I can only imagine what other health code violations go on here. The employees all look dirty and out of uniform, and the manager honestly looks like a former drug addict, it’s by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. This will officially be the last time I ever go here.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I always go through the drive thru and they are usually very fast and friendly. On occasion there is a long line of cars but it’s totally worth the wait. A lot of times if your wait is long they give you vouchers for a free drink on your next visit. The manager Michael is the best! When I pull up to order he already knows what I want and he is always super sweet!

The baristas here are so friendly, and have great customer service. One time I waited 5 minutes for my latte and they gave me a venti instead of a grande. Another time I waited 5 minutes they gave me a free voucher! :D

Ordered a pour over and they made it twice and both times it was very weak (either they do not put enough coffee, too much water or they dont let it drip out completely) so they need training! After all that they dont even offer a coupon for my next visit!!! I go every day to starbucks and sometimes twice a day and I would think that they want to keep a regular customer like me., but, I guess not! I’m only putting one star because I don’t have the option of giving zero stars.
