While the lines were long Jeff was just standing behind the food case texting. It is amazing he stands around drinking his drink. 6 people working. Plus refills cost .50 for gold members.

Disappointed by the service. There were 17 people in line and one person taking orders. Two baristas making drinks. I would have been more understanding, however, there were two employees hanging out and talking in the back room. When it’s busy, it’d be nice to have all staff members ready to get through the line.
