Super fast service!
The guy at the drive thru had a smile and was very friendly.
I highly recommend this Starbucks.

I worked for Starbucks for 5 years, even La Boulange and I’ve never heard of NOT being able to get my drink reheated. I was told it was some kind of contamination issue… Hmm that’s funny because my drink is cold and the milk can’t be heated over a certain temperature or it will curdle, but let’s see ITS COLD ALREADY SO STOP BEING LAZY POUR MY DRINK IN THE SILVER TIN CUP REHEAT IT AND WASH IT OUT AFTER LIKE YOUR SUPPOSED TO. Cross contamination my ass. Who are you trying to kid? And if you really do believe that, whoever trained you is probably a lazy barista. I had to buy another white mocha cause they refused to reheat the one I originally bought.

I love the consistency I get at starbucks. I don’t think I’ve ever had to have them remake my drink. They never have got my order wrong or were rude to me. The people at this starbucks are really nice and fast. They were patient in helping me choose my drink and informing me of what their versions consist of. So the service is great, the coffee is good the prices are kinda steep and when I can’t make it to kuppa joy, I go here.

At this stage of the game, Starbucks reviews aren’t really about the items/​products, they are about the service and location. That being said, this Starbucks is my go-​to when I’m in Fresno.
Overall, the service is really good. I especially like how they are willing to do my Blonde Roast pour-​over any time of the day. They usually have all the breakfast sandwiches I like to eat, the bathrooms are always clean, and store has fairly spacious seating (e.g. tables outside, three or four bar seats, and like eight tables). It’s more crowded in there during the week, compared to the weekend (and can get noisy). There are only three downfalls to this location: One, the proximity to Panda Express (can you say overpowering orange chicken smell if you’re sitting outside?). Two, sometimes they leave the window open in the drive through area and exhaust smell from diesel trucks will seep into the store (if your’e reading this employees, close that window!). Third, the wifi speed is slower than doing Algebra with an abacus.
My wish for this Starbucks would be for them to get a Clover machine (like my favorite Starbucks in the Bay Area; see:
)

Took 8 minutes to get unsweetened black iced tea. When the tea came it was sweetened. They changed out the drink… in about 20 seconds.
It wasn’t a busy Sunday afternoon.

The first few times I’ve been here they’ve made my drinks no problem but today? Really. I’m highly upset. I ordered a treinta passion tea lemonade sweetened half raspberry half classic pump. This shit is plain there’s no lemonade. There’s nothing. –_​_​– I also ordered a strawberry crème frap upside down and they failed that drink also. Is every worker here today lazy? Please. I don’t want to get crazy here Thats NOT a difficult order. And for the worker to give me an attitude BECAUSE she messed up my order? You shouldn’t be working. Excuse me you need to be in a different line of job. Terrible customer service I had to wait 7 minutes. YES I timed HER to replace my drink. NO she just poured the same Damn melted drink into a new cup. Terrible.

Why would I order a Grande drink when they are going to fill it like a Tall? What happened to this location??! It USED to be one of the best. :’(

Generally friendly service. And the drive through isn’t terribly slow. Two stars for that.
My problem is hit or miss on accuracy of the order. If I ask for cream with my coffee, I get it black. If I ask for no sweetener, they add classic syrup (isn’t that supposed to cost more?). Ugh. If only I tested my beverages before driving away. But I never do, because I only stop here when it is on my route and I’m in a rush.

I come to this location every single day. I’m one of those people who spend way too much on Starbucks.
This place has great customer service. Sometimes they make my drink right and sometimes they do a terrible job. I usually get the right order when a specific person is working and what a shame that I don’t even remember his name. He’s a handsome one if that helps.
But really though, I’d probably go to another Starbucks if they had one closer to me. This drive thru always takes a while and my drink always tastes rushed.

The drink order was fine. I did order a short (kids size) chocolate milk and thought it was a bit expensive. $ 2.15 for the milk and .60 cents for the mocha. Other than that everything was fine.

This Starbucks is ok. Weird parking lot. The customer service was a little spotty. When I went the employees seemed preoccupied with talking with one another, more than talking to my wife and me. This also made it a little confusing when it came time to get our drinks because one of the employees was standing lobby side of the counter just leaning over it and muffling out the quiet calling out of our names.
Outside, I felt like the music was pretty loud coming out of the speakers (James Brown); and it made it hard to have a conversation.
But, hey, at least they didn’t mess our drinks up.

Usually Starbucks service and friendliness. This location is a winner. :)

I’m in Fresno for a week needing places to work and get away from the hotel. This is one of two starbucks nearby and it was quite nice. The staff was really friendly. There’s ample outlets for the tables along the wall. If you need to work, i suggest getting there early. When i walked in the tables on the wall were taken. I was able to grab one when some people left, but the entire time I was there, a wall table never opened up again.

Y’know –it’s another bucks.
E move the crowd thru pretty well in the mornings.
Aren’t aweso ecwith remembering faces, but that’s ok.
Drinks are always up to par!

This Starbucks is on my way to work, so it’s convenient. :) I usually only go thru the drive thru at this one, and there’s usually never a long wait. The baristas are always pleasant & get my drink right. :)
