Starbucks

I am dissapointed I went to starbucks this morning at 6:40 and ordered a latte macchiate it was bitter for some reason but I needed coffee to wake me up since i work n the mrning later that afternoon I opened the lid to pour the rest of the coffee out and throw it away n found some kind of hair in it I am grossed out an will never ever go to this starbucks ever again. future reference check it out bfore you drink it.

I absolutely adore this starbucks I will come here to get a coffee before work and the workers are always so chippy it really starts my day off right:) they are always fast and super nice!

Okay, so it’s a Starbuck’s. A Starbys is a Starbys is a Starbys, right? but there are those little variances that can either put you in the «wow, they actually remember how to do something that is noticeably tasty» or… it can go into the «ugh WHY do I keep expecting something good when I should know better!» category. Well, as this location has a drive-​thru AND I was heading out of No-​Town back to the Bay, I needed a little pick-​me-​up to get me through the 3+ hour drive I was expecting… so I thought a Gingerbread Latte was just what I needed.
Only one car ahead of me, very cool — I ordered a Grande Gingerbread Latte — with 2 extra pumps (yeah I like mine to have flavor — key back to what i said up there ^^^ I usually end up with the second experience I mentioned). Pulled up to the window, staff were friendly (as they always are) and I only waited about 45 seconds for my Latte.
I pull away after a quick and easy transaction. Notice the cool feeling at the top — whipped cream –YES!!! They didn’t forget it this time! w00t! And those 2 extra pumps were WORTH it! Had a very spicy ginger kick, which was mucho pleasing to the palate! Just what I was hoping for and just what I needed for my long drive back.

I was in the area on a business trip and I visited this Starbucks nearly every day for two weeks. This is definitely the best Starbucks I have been to, the drinks are on point and the staff is so awesome and friendly. I had a great conversation with whomever was working on the days I would go through drive thru. Best tasting coffee hands down. I know where to go if I’m ever in Fresno.

this store is across the street from my office. the staff is great the coffee is always good, ive never had a bad experience here. im here at least 4 times a week.

The skinny drive through girl with braces, she was freaken rude!!! First of l her hair should of been combed her customer service sucks

Nothing bothers me more than when you spell out your name and it’s still spelled wrong… Why give the extra effort if you don’t give a hoot anyways and how hard is a smile… JUST SAYIN

Remodeled and looking good! Batista’s are consistently friendly. its usually busy, but they are pretty fast since its near many businesses and the airport. Our office is always doing «Starbucks runs.»

You would think with the price we pay for coffee we would be treated with respect
I have no idea what is going on at this location but every employee so far is rude. I understand things go on with people’s personal life’s but this Starbucks needs to be more professional
It is never OK to roll your eyes at a costumer because they ask for a drink carrier and also FYI as we are driving away we can still hear comments the employees are saying.
If this attitude continues I will no longer return to this Starbucks location because let’s face it there are tons of Starbucks everywhere I only go to this one for the convince

I am a Starbucks frequenter… no matter which side of town in on, and the areas of Fresno I regularly frequent, I can tell you where the Starbucks is. This one just happens to be the one I most often frequent all due to its location nearest my home. There lies the dilemma. If you don’t like your drink, let them know. By the time I take a sip, I am on my way somewhere and in a bit of a rush… Why would I go back? This Starbucks is also more expensive than other Starbucks I regularly frequent. All the other Starbucks, my drink is 4.95. Here, at this location, it’s 5.15! Are you kidding me? There is nearly always a «burnt» aftertaste and/​or the flavor is slightly off. This location is busy at times… But every time I go through the drive through they act as if they are in a rush! At least they don’t spend a bunch of time trying to small talk me as I wait for my coffee, as most other locations do. On the flip side, my husband loves their teas and chai tea lattes… More than other locations.
It’s just sad that they are pricey and the quality has dropped.

I like this Starbucks because they always get my orders correct and on time. They have enough space and is pretty comfortable to study in.

I tried searching for a mom & pop coffee shop before my morning commute, but it seems that Fresno lacks options so Starbucks it is.
The staff was very friendly and all seemed to be in good spirits. The coffee is always dependable here and you can always get something somewhat healthy or splurge on a less than spectacular pastry.
Overall this seemed like a well run Starbucks.

Starbucks right around my neighbor. Great friendly staff. I have been here for years now and have never encountered and rude workers. I actually love the area this Starbucks is at.

Great things are involved with this Starbucks, my friends. Before my flight yesterday, I was craving a quick pick-​me-​up, and Starbucks immediately came to mind. I needed the caffeine and I needed it badly. As I headed toward the airport, I passed this lovely gem, which was located pretty much right next door. Score. I quickly pulled in and made my way through the drive-​through. This is where the customer service really shined.
As I waited on my frap and berry coffee cake to be delivered to me, I chatted with the girl at the window. So friendly! She wanted to know all about my trip and where I’m from originally. We chatted about the distinct differences between California and Indiana, yet seemed to find those hidden similarities as well. I’m telling you — starting up a conversation with random people can make a person’s day.

At other Starbucks in the area I have had my drinks messed up. Burnt espresso. No sweetener in my drink. No foam on my latte. Etc. Etc.
None of that has ever happened here.
Also I have a gigantic crush on one of their employees. Oh baby!

Awesome place! I usually don’t pay *that* much attention to which Starbucks I frequent, but the baristas of this particular one make me want to drive the extra mile to visit! Hannah is usually who I see and she’s absolutely wonderful. Makes a bad day at work tolerable!

THREE stars because I am WAY over the moon excited to have a STARBUCKS passed security in Fresno!!! SO excited.
The store was beautiful, well stocked, and every bit an impressive visual representation of Starbucks.
Sadly, I had contracted a cold from the Flea infested plane I arrived on from LAX, when coming to town for Thanksgiving. So Sunday, when leaving Fresno I was miserable with said cold. I was in need of tea and honey!!! I feel I was VERY friendly when stopping in to my adored new Starbucks!!! The girl behave entirely as though I was BOTHERING her!!! What the HECK???
She seemed very interested in talking with her co-​worker and very irritated I was interrupting her!

It’s Starbucks… but, this is the friendler location in southeast Fresno, right across the street from Fresno International Airport. A co-​worker and I usually go in for our daily iced coffee around 4:30 PM and the customer service is great.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the weekends. I went in a few times during the weekend when it was not even busy and I was not even greeted. I’m big on service.
Other than that, this Starbucks is legit.
