How do you mess up a Java Chip Mocha Frap? It tasted horrible! And I asked for no whip! You added it anyway. I was in a rush to get to a meeting, but come on! There was no one in line! All the orders had been taken! I just don’t get it? I came in with a good mood, and you guys spoil it. What is it about different locations of Starbucks and how they make their drinks? Can’t they all be the same? At least for me? This one is not one to go to if you’re looking for your perfect drink. I did get to have some satisfaction of a decent Starbucks drink, over in Fig Garden! Later in the evening after stewing all day. Goodness. I’d give you one star, but I love chocolate, and there was plenty in my drink. Just not very presentable or appealing. Bleh!

The management are totally enraptured with the Star-​buck philosophy. Each buck you spend gets inspected by this one cashier — holds the bill up high in the light to make sure your bill ain’t counterfeit. The staff are dedicated to providing you smack-​dauble TCM worldview (1940s Hollywood), ‘specially now it’s close to Christmas. I got to hear Dreaming of a White-​Christmas at mind-​effing volume, dreamy patrons wiggling hips, tapping their shoes, flying fingers to Silver Bells. Rocket man Starbuck he should invite his employees to a 4-​star Seattle vacation, so they can propose a new counter top currency. (Budget laundromat variety might include all employees free movie tickets to see Star Wars). Newspapers at Starbucks? Sorry, the object here is total escapism in the Feel-​Good, All-​America magic of civilized yestechyear.

Morning shifts are so unfriendly, non welcoming… Amanda needs to smile more:)))) thats funny i notice her with certain people she does smile, i come in evey day and she still asks me for my name, and she has ranged me up so many times!!! And not counting the conversations they have between them about customers… so unprofessional! Especially if you can hear them…
the Indian girl difinetely needs customer service classes… come on your at Starbucks your known for a happy business… RACHEL IS THE BEST!!! Maybe she needs to train them…

This Starbucks is consistent (which is more than I can say about most of the other locations which can’t seem to make green tea lattes correctly) also, the staff members are friendly and helpful 75% of the time :) I think it’s because of the location!
I just hate that there’s no drive through! But hey, it doesn’t hurt to have to get out of the car, it’s just kind of awkward if there are a few other people waiting for their drinks too because the store is kind of small.

The rudest Starbucks EVER! Rude cashier, they don’t smile, when I was telling him what I want, he stopped me and said «hold on, I have to write this all down.» I wasn’t even speaking fast, then they got my order wrong but I just didn’t feel like dealing w them again. Just rude people. If you don’t like your job, get another one.

I had a friend tell me today, «Can you rate them for me and say this place makes it the best?!»
This is the most consistent Starbucks I know. The drinks always come out right. The staff are very friendly. There’s no drive thru at this location. But it’s nice to step in anyway because it adds a little pep to the day. :) It’s my favorite Starbucks.

I’ve been to several Fresno Starbucks’ locations and I’ve to say this one is my favorite. It’s always clean (including the restrooms), staff are friendly and the service is fast. Also it’s conveniently close to a GB3.

Always a guilty pleasure, but cant get enough of the chai tea! The people that work here are super nice and cheery, and quick serving your order didnt half to wait, and they keep the line flowing and quick in the drive thru!

The temp in this starbucks is so cold. There’s not too many sitting area, outside sitting area is also very small. this location is pretty business but there’s no drive thru.

The thing that i like about this starbucks is that its right next to walgreens. I can wait for my prescription and have a frap. Its small but nicely lit, as all starbucks are. The music is pretty cringeworthy, although, once in awhile its tolerable. The thing i dislike about this starbucks is that in the 6 or so times i have stopped by, they have made my drink wrong about half the time. But they claim that they did make it correct and i sit there and take it because i just dont want to argue with a 20 year old who obviously doesnt care. I think i might just go to the starbucks inside of the vons. Why would they put two starbucks so close together?

Really slow. But the quality was good. Just took way too long to get my ice coffee. Deserves a 2 ½ star
