I wish there were an option of adding more than five stars. This business is a family run gem. Pun intended. Their merchandise is exquisite. Their knowledge and expertise are unrivaled.
I had occasion to recently visit this store because of the positive experience of my son. The owner, Ken, who assisted us both was wonderful. He is a man who knows his business, yet is extremely customer focused, and honest.
If you are searching for a beautiful piece of jewelry for a man or woman, you would be selling yourself short to go anywhere else.

My fiancé and I have had nothing but the best experience working with The Diamond Gallery. Ken and Ryan have gone above and beyond! They are both very knowledgeable, honest, and have great customer service. My fiancé and his mom originally went in there based on a coworker’s recommendation, and they enjoyed every bit of searching for «the one». Since then, I have taken my ring in periodically to get cleaned and they have taken great care of me. We look forward to purchasing our wedding bands here and would recommend anyone looking to purchase! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will ensure you walk out the door happy.

The only place my husband and I go for any jewelry items. We purchased my wedding ring here and the team was helpful, coached my husband, and designed a fantastic ring. For those concerned about pricing, for the quality of service and quality of product, Diamond Gallery cannot be beat. It’s one thing to go to a jewelry store where they will sell you something sparkly, but it’s another to go where everyone knows your name, knows your jewelry, and will take the time to serve you.

While visiting family in Clovis, my fiancé and I recently visited the Diamond Gallery to look at and purchase wedding bands. Ken assisted us, first offering us coffee or water, and then began showing us the rings. We were not sure if we wanted to get silver, gold, or tungsten for my finances wedding band and he took the time to go through each options and their pros and cons! I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything!
While we were there they even cleaned my engagement ring and it looked amazing!

We bought so much from the store in one year that we received a free Kindle for Christmas as a gift! I love and adore my custom engagement ring! It is perfect and exactly the way I imagined it! Ken and his wife are fabulous and very knowledgable. I have recommended so many friends go to The Diamond Gallery and they all have been perfectly happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry.

The store is located in the nice part of Fresno, so you will feel safe and welcome. They offer complimentary bevergaes as well. Will definitely shop here again.

I don’t even want to give one star but had no choice. Went in last week to get a ring resized to a smaller size. We were quoted a price of $ 39.00. They called today (J.J) and said we made an error and it will be $ 120.00! It’s obvious they do not know their jewerly. JJ said they didn’t know the ring was 18 carat and not 14 carat and that it had Platinum in the the Tiffany ring too. Really? And you are a jeweler? We have been in before many time and purchased watches and watch batteries but not again. Went in today to pick up the ring because we decided it to be too expensive and not even an apology. Ken the owner was there and nothing. Wow, incredible in this day and age of failing businesses. We will be taking our business elsewhere!
