The atmosphere is quaint and old timey as the name suggests, the food is pretty good and it come out really fast! Our server was really friendly and we enjoyed our meal here.

I had the spaghetti with mushroom sauce, it was all right. I love their house salad dressing, I could fill up on that by itself.

Wonderful meal. Comes with a side of soup or salad and sour dough bread. Meal also comes with ice cream. These do not have to be paid for separately as they come with the meal. Was really cute inside with good service!

Never seem to be disappointed. I’ve been here multiple times and every time the food has been great and the service has been awesome. I went with a group of about 15 people for a birthday. We ended up needed 2 servers and both were amazing. They were prompt with our orders and very attentive. Our food all came out very close to the same time which i loved. All orders were correct and delicious. Kudos!

Service has always been top notch. Food is very good. Garlic bread has alternatives to load up with such as pepperoni and bacon.

Great service every single time. We always get the Mizithra and the garlic bread and we’re always waling out satisfied with our dining experience. For a chain restaurant, they do a great job at making the experience feel more«local.»

The service was good. Unfortunately the wine was warm and the food was cold. I will say that the bread and the soup were both very good.

I haven’t even gotten my food and I’m grossed out by how dirty the place is. Service is terrible! I went there with my two kids and they seated us at the both. Their table was dirty and the seating was terrible. My kids kept on sliding off the seat. Food took forever to come out and that was horrible also. NEVERAGAIN!!!

I should have known from the moment I saw that grotesque fake parmesan served on the table that The Old Spaghetti Factory would basically characterize itself as a heavily disappointing Americanized-Italian food chain. The food made here would probably conjure up sweet nostalgic childhood memories of terrible cooked food by a lazy american parent who cooks from a ‘ragu’ bottle, and reheats that frozen sausage– absolutely bland and served with such a sloppy and undesirable presentation. Its quite a pity really, because the interior is gorgeous in here, has potential to be great– like a charming medieval castle embellished in Fresno’s historic memorabilia. The array of food is simply attrocious. The Garlic Shrimp Capellini $ 15.95 was basically boiled angel hair tossed with garlic, lazily plopped on a plate, and then scattered with some frozen precooked shrimp. It tasted like some 10 year old cooked this dish, it was amateurish, tasteless, and completely missing so many components that makes this seafood dish usually tasty and delightful. The Sicilian meatballs $ 12.99 was basically a ragu marinara bottle sauce plopped on some cooked pasta and a few meatballs placed on top. It tasted so inferior for a tomato sauce. because it was not freshly made, it was a bottled sauce that was reheated– it basically was bland, sloppy and completely flavorless. The huge gimmick of the old spaghetti factory is the 3 course meal, which is a poor excuse to overprice its below mediocre dishes. They start with a choice of salad and soup. The salad was basically chopped cheap ice burg lettuce dressed with cheap dressing. The ice cream was basically inferior quality neapolitan. Also the bread served on an ugly chopping board, with a blunt steak knife was a poor touch– and the bread was really tough, while the taste of the sourdough was generic, like a reheated frozen bread. Instead of serving a bread with a blunt knife, slicing it prior to arriving to the table would have been a better choice. The restaurant needs to hire real cooks who knows how to cook real fresh Italian food, not some 10-year old kid who reheats a ragu bottle. Instead of selling a gimmick, serve real good sincere food, made fresh, from fresh ingredients. The only appeal of this restaurant is the whimsical interior, the food is absolutely horrendous.

This place was awesome! The décor was interesting to begin with and the waiters were pretty and efficient. Once we were seated the server was there promptly. My meal was the Spaghetti Vesuvius. Oh wee was it good! What I like is the portions they give. It’s so nice to have leftovers which taste as good as when you were eating it in the restaurant. The bar waiting area was nice being that the game was on and there was plenty of seats available. I’m a spaghetti person and I have never gotten a bad meal or service in any of my visits no matter what city I’m in.

This is one of the nicest restaurant I have been to in Fresno! The interior and the ambience of the inside was beyond my expectations. The waiters were really friendly and serving was fast. As much as the décor impressed me but the food was really average. But the quantity is good enough and all entrees come with bread, salad/soup and ice cream, a pretty decent deal. I could say the bread was fresh, the soup was flavorful and the ice cream was delicious. I ordered garlic shrimp fettuccini and found out that that the sauce was average and they gave me boiled shrimps which weren’t even tossed in butter. But everything else except the entrée covered it up for me so I left from there with a smiley face.

Five and a half hours later, and in still irritated with how bad this place was. I was wanting pasta so I went here with my friend and her daughter. We had the chicken Marsala and the chicken parmigiana. Both were mediocre, nothing to write home about. The Marsala sauce was cold, and my chicken was on the dry side. None of our entrees were very tasteful at all. The portions are small for the price. Won’t be going here again. Very disappointed.

We do not have a spaghetti factory in Las Vegas, anymore. We are here for a baptism and had a party of 30. We selected an entire from four choices they all looked good. I had the spinach ravioli. I ate it all quick sorry no picture but here comes the ice cream.

We were in town for a water polo tournament with a bunch of teen and preteen boys who had just spent 9 hours at a tournament so they were HUNGRY. The décor was wonderful, the service was wonderful, the food was wonderful! Everyone was happy and when you are talking 20 people, thats something! Cant wait to go back. Seriously!

Today is my birthday and wanted to eat noodles. There’s a saying in Chinese that noodles represents long life. My niece who has passed always told me to eat noodles on my birthday so I can live longer. Well hope Spaghetti noodles count. :) So as soon as we walked in, we were seated right away and Tyler was our efficient and well mannered server. He said his P’s and Q’s and answered all our questions. For 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child under 12, our total bill was $ 68.83 and worth every cent. Sorry if the pictures look incomplete is because I forgot to take pictures before eating and so all the dishes were already touched and eatened. It was that good. :) The restaurant was very clean and beautiful. The food was outstanding and service was fast. Loved it.

Unique interior, average service and the food was better than most. It was my first time entering this restaurant and was kinda impressed by the interior, it had a old school type of feeling. The restaurant even had a make-shift Trolley train where customer can dine in, different but effective. Necessary? I think not but it makes good table conversation. Okay service was average it could of been better, I think the management must be a person who rather be friends rather than be a boss. Tsk, tsk. But let’s move on. Food was presented good, drinks were refilled quickly and the complimentary bread kept rolling in perfectly. Food was good. It was better than DiCicco’s, and we all know we had bad experience their before. Food was flavorful and tasted like someone made it themselves and not microwaved like Olive Garden. So that’s a plus. So everything came down to almost a four rating but shy away half a star for some reason, something is missing in this place. Even tho it’s my first time and it’s been around for a long time I felt like this place needs to start doing everything with love and get its shine and spark again. Hopefully it finds a way to stand bright on Shaw from the competition. Will I return? Maybe, not in a rush but I would give it another try. I rate this place 3.5

The service was good, the staff was nice and quick, he didn’t distinguish between normal ranch and peat ranch but otherwise the food was delicious, even has gluten free choices which is great for an Italian place, we had a great experience

It’s very strange because I did not like pastas in general, but mostly due to the influence and being forced to dine in here countless number of times in the past year, I became a frequent diner at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The services are always great(perhaps a few hit and misses) and the food is nothing short of great. I usually keep my menu constant(Chicken Parmigiana and Soup for starters), but the food is always great. The meal that comes with an unlimited bread(although eating more than 1 is kind of filing) choice of soup or salad, your entrée, AND an ice cream dessert is just superb! Maybe I’m just excited for the next visit or hyped in general. Nevertheless, it’s a great place.

I’ve always seen this restaurant but never got to try it til now(have always opted for Olive Garden or Cheesecake Factory haha) The interior design of the restaurant is very antique ish with clashing, brightly colored furniture that actually gave off a Medieval ish feel to it or the old times where you go have tea parties? =x I kinda liked it They serve complimentary baked bread that had the perfect hint of crispness on the outside and the soft, hot, puffy bread in the inside. Their whipped butter complimented the bread well. I thought this being served on a wooden small cutting board and knife was a cute touch :) We ordered the: — Sicilian garlic cheese bread: so good. Served hot and fresh with the cheese perfectly melted but a bit baked on the outside :) comes with hot marinara sauce to dip in! Again the bread is slightly crispy on the crusts and edges but super soft and fluffy on the inside — Gourmet Jumbo Crab Ravioli: DELICIOUS. Presentation was unique in the fact that the ravioli had a goldfish yellow hue with red colors splashed on the ravioli and a green pesto sauce drizzled over it The contrasting reminds me of Christmas :) stuffed with crab on the inside and the sauce was like a white creamy pesto sauce — Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini: the Alfredo sauce was disappointedly bland but the shrimp was really flavorful! Each dish came with either a choice of salad or soup
