The Stuffed Pipe

Went to replace my vape pen, less then impressed. Place is sloppy, professionalism lacking, disorganized: things to pretty much be expected in casual smoke shops… but it’s the service that I can’t endorse.
3 people working, I’m the only customer in the joint. The 2 girls working both steadily maintain their respective private phone conversations, pausing to acknowledge that I was there and interrupting their phone time but otherwise unapologetically blasé. Eventually, when pressed, 1 of the ladies retrieved the manager on staff to answer a basic question. This gentleman doesn’t answer the question, is generally unhelpful in all respects and then walked away as if the matter was closed.
In the end, I bought a new pen, despite it all because hey… I was already in there right? I’ll stick to buying my e-​cig pens online or go elsewhere in the future. Sad because I used to love this place when it was over by Fresno state: /​
I don’t like leaving a bad review, and normally it would make me feel guilty for judging. But I’m 99% sure that those people today neither care about what they do at work or use Unilocal so they’re not going to lose any sleep over this lol
