I was so disappointed with my nail service! I was happy to have a salon close to home, but I would rather drive all the way across town. The guy started my full set during my pedicure which took him about 40 mins… This was everything except filing my nails and putting the gel polish on. So after my pedicure was finished, I sat at his station and he told me 5 minutes. I assumed he ate during the 15 mins he took, because he had rice all over his shirt when he came back. Not super big deal, but after another 30 minutes he began to stop working on my nails to FACETIME, it was icing on the cake. I was so irritated. 40 minutes to put on a full set and cut them down/​put on the acrylic. Then 15 minutes for him to eat, then 30 minutes of filing! Get me out of there! Not to mention, the filing sucked! My nails were different sizes and they were so difficult to get off because of how the acrylic was stuck to parts of my nail.
I honestly don’t recommend this place and you won’t catch me going back. We’re in 2015 and there’s dozens of nail salons… This place needs to hire experienced manicurists! I could have done my own and it would’ve still looked better than it did!

horrible absolutely most horrible nail salon I have ever been too! Was extremely excited there would be a nail salon closer to my neighborhood, but after my second visit I was very disappointed. The first time the man took about an hour which should only take about 30 minutes for a fill & gel! While he was doing my nails he was rough with me, and tugged my hand very rude when I would tense up. I went back a week after to have them removed and the same guy got these nail clippers and started pulling them off, I seriously was crying to my mom about the pain. She told him that he was hurting me and he was rude to her. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend them to anyone. My nails have been very messed up since then, super thin, not smooth & they have a crease them…

Was satisfied with my French pedicure. The pedicure not only included the normal sponge scrub and nail clean up, but a nice therapeutic salt scrub with a pretty long leg massage, and additional hot stone massage for 25 bucks. The massage chair were legit! Everything is new and clean. There is definitely a language barrier but I still felt I was well taken care of. I would definitely come back and even request the same girl.

I was very excited when they opened a nail salon out here, I work in the center so it made things easier. I went here yesterday for the first time and I will NEVER go back! Horrible service, my nails are so crooked and in pain. My nail tech was very rough and rude, he gave me attitude when I told him I wanted them shorter. One he never even asked what I wanted just sat down and started… then throughout the whole appointment kept jerking my right hand around to one point I muttered «oh my god» and he started to laugh. I came in with 3 broken nails wanted a fill with gel, because of the broken nails he had to remove and start over and those three but when he was removing the old product he ripped my nails and the pain was so bad it brought a tear… then when my fingers accidentally touched and I got paint on my finger he scoffed and rolled his eyes at me. I have never had a experience like this… also my nails are so uneven and they are all different shapes, the only good thing is the color but they are just a mess.

I’ve been here twice now, thinking some how my nails may end up being better, and my nails have come out horrible each time. Half of my nails lifted by the second day and three of my nails came off by the end of that day. My nails were cut to all different length no matter how many times I asked him to fix them, no one would answer me anytime I had a question and the owner had the worst of all attitudes and laughed at a woman who had left after waiting 45 minutes because she said she had plans. All in all terrible customer service and horrible services. Would not recommend for the $ 40 I spent even when they said it «20% off», I’d rather wear the $ 7 Walmart stick-​ons.

This location is in a perfect location near shopping. They are short staffed as the previous reviews mentioned. I was able to walk-​in and I was sat down fairly quickly. The staff is very courteous and acknowledged me as I walked in.

So, this place is so nice and clean inside. There laps are really nice & they have a really pretty polish\gel collection. The people are really nice. Especially the manager! He is funny and makes you feel really comfortable with telling him anything you don’t like. The only down side is they are super understaffed! They have 4 people working there. I suggest making a reservation before going in.

I really liked pedicure but banner said «grand opening 25% off» but I paid full price.
Also like long waiting time.

Great to have a nail salon in this shopping center. They are trying but basically understaffed. The actual service is very good with attention to detail. The overall experience falls short as the manicurists are fragmented with their time. No receptionist causes staff to have their focus divided. Took twice as long as I’m used too for simple manicure and pedicure. I will try them again in a few weeks.

I only gave this place 3 stars because it’s only been open 5 days and there is still time for improvement. But the service was very rushed because they had other customers waiting. They are very understaffed. The gentlemen that was doing my pedicure left 3 times during my pedicure to wait on other people and answer the phone. They are in need of a receptionist and more manicurists. They have 14 pedicure chairs but only 4 people working.

New local nail salon in North-​West Fresno. One of the best and cleanest Nail Salons in Fresno County. The Staff is amazing!!! The massage chairs are completely relaxing. I highly recommend this salon. They use high quality polish!
