Weed Man

I used weed man for over a year. I liked the owner and the follow up service that they provided. My only frustration is that new weeds always popped up in my lawn within days of the technician servicing the lawn. If I did call Weed Man and complain they would come out and try and make it right, but truthfully I don’t feel like calling them after every service.
Because of this I discontinued service. I cannot justify paying $ 44 every 6 weeks to watch this happen.
Overall service I give them would be between a 5 and a 6. As far as recommendations, I would have to say if you have the money and patience then try them out because they do get rid out the most stubborn weeds from your lawn.

Terrible service. I started service with them and my lawn started to turn brown. After a couple of visits I called my service tech and he told me to water more. My lawn continued to brown and spot. I then called the office and was told a supervisor would call me back which never happened. I had to call out a commercial landscaper to take a look since they never followed through with their promise. As soon as he walked in my yard he said I had a fungus and the fertilizer they were putting on was making it worse.
These techs have no clue on spotting problems and their answer to me made my issue worse. I had to pay this landscaper a few hundred dollars to undue the damage they had done. Now with no weed man my yard looks better than ever.
If you ever have an issue with your grass they will not know what to do and then will not follow through with addressing your problem. This company is about sales not service.
